On September 19, I made an Order for takeaway, Sea bass with vegetables, two servings. I asked the waiter girl about the cooking time, and she replied that it was about 30 minutes. As a result: cooking was delayed for 55 minutes, when they opened the package at home, they were, to put it mildly, unpleasantly surprised. The fish was over-dried, the vegetables are two tablespoons from a frozen set of diced carrots, asparagus and peas! Although other vegetables were listed on the menu! The sea bass tasted like fried chips... A portion of this "delicacy" costs 149 UAH. This was my first and LAST visit to this institution)))

It's a very terrible place!
Yesterday, the birthday was celebrated, the portions were completely mismatched, the banquet menu was adjusted without the knowledge of the customer, the customer was not informed about the increase in the amount for the banquet, which is a gross mistake of the administration of this institution! The kitchen is average, the waiter Dmitry served us, there are no questions for him at all, the hookah is terrible!
And now about the administrator of Victoria:
Victoria, you are the face of the institution and telling the guests "I won't talk to you" shows both your level of education and competence and the level of your institution! Going out to the guests and starting to fix the outlet that we allegedly broke is nonsense! Your behavior was that of a girl from the province who is asserting herself at the expense of her position, you showed yourself and the institution, it was just ridiculous! To bring the birthday girl to tears and not come up later, not apologize and not resolve the issue separately with the customer of the banquet is low!
I got the impression of an ordinary eatery where the customer is not respected, where just children work, because some waiters are under 18 years old!
Victoria, if you have a Higher Education in the field of service provision, you must clearly understand that "The client is always right, for one reason only - he must remain your client"!
I do not recommend this place to anyone, there are other establishments in the village of Kotovsky that really meet their stated level! Guests collecting food from the tables, paying 4 UAH for one plastic box, yes, I do not argue, this is of course the "VIP" class of the institution!
