We were met by a very unfriendly manager at the reception! Cengiz(Genghis) One of the most terrifying and evil people at the reception. Hatred of people is felt from him on a mental level. We haven't been settled for a long time. Then, closer to 15:30, they gave us the key to the room and we went to check in with bright hope. When we arrived at the room, we were blown away... dirt, dust and a terrible stench... all this was waiting for us in the room of the Turkish Golden Island hotel… When I went to the reception to ask for another room, they first decided to charge me, but realizing that it was useless, they took me to another room. And it was a room for the disabled, which had the same dirt, dust, dampness, and sewer stink. Since we were very tired, we decided to stay in the room, but after 3 minutes we found that the toilet was clogged..I had to turn to Genghis for help again. He said there were no rooms and called the plumbers. The time was 18:00, and we arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. and still couldn't take a shower or go to the toilet properly. It was some kind of hell, and not the first day of vacation... I no longer had the strength or energy to do anything..I just wanted to turn around and go home. But I went to the reception again, and fortunately the shift of employees changed and I was met at the counter by a friendly young man named Enes.
I want to express my special gratitude only to him!!! Enes is very friendly, always smiling and solved my check-in problem within 5 minutes!
They put us in a normal, clean room and left us alone! But..The music didn't play for long, and a few days later, the inadequate Genghis took over, who once again made us run around the hotel due to the fact that I left a bad review about him here!!! And he started moving into the next terrible rooms again and being indignant about how I dared to write badly about him.
This time I turned to our guide from Anex, Mikael Mansurov!
Mikael helped us move into a normal room once again and asked us to rewrite my "bad" review and send him a screenshot of the new "good" review. I did everything he said just to live out the last two days in this terrible hotel and get home as soon as possible!!!

The Golden Island Hotel does not know what a high level of service is!!! They don't respect their guests! They create the most uncomfortable conditions for visitors of this hotel.
If you are interested in food, it is not tasty and monotonous. We didn't live in a circular building. Other meals are possible there, but it is forbidden to come there. They put a different color bracelet on you so that the staff understands that you are from a different class and how you need to be served. The lobby and reception staff create a sense of class, like on the Titanic.

I would like to share my opinion about the Gold island Hotel
In general, the hotel does not pull at the declared 5 stars, rather the average four, the room stock is tired, the rooms are nice, but there are small shoals everywhere, in general, renovation is required.
The territory is large, but it is not cared for, in some places there is garbage, dirt, most of the plants on the territory are dry, an unpleasant impression.
In general, it's not as critical as the problems with nutrition! The hotel has two buildings, a large ball, building A and an ordinary building, building B, so, guests from building B can use the entire territory, bars, pools, but you can not use the restaurant in building A (information about this is given only upon check-in), while we happened to go there once and we were convinced that there is a greater choice of food, better repairs and more space than in the restaurant of building B, for example, watermelons in restaurant A are given for each meal, in B only 1 maximum 2 times a day, also in A restaurant grill area, the staff can not explain why guests from B can not eat there, they come up with stupid excuses and say that there are no differences between the restaurants, but when we said that we were inside and saw the difference, we immediately fell into a stupor.
We are currently here, perhaps we will try to communicate with the management to find out the reasons for such a terrible attitude towards the guests. This fact alone spoils the impression completely of the already not the best hotel.
The price for 6 nights for two is 145 thousand, for this money there are a lot of other more adequate options, we have been to Turkey several times and I do not remember that we would have met such an attitude somewhere.

The Cold Island 5* hotel was visited with my sister in October 2023. At the beginning of the month, the weather for recreation is very comfortable. The hotel has two buildings, the main round shape and the 2nd building in. Our room was in Building B on the 1st floor with access to the pool through the balcony. The hotel staff is mostly friendly, polite, try to help even if they do not know Russian, or invite Russian-speaking employees. We would like to mention a young man working in the main building at the reception named Soner (I'm sorry if it's not right), you can approach with any question and get a polite answer. If you want to feel like a guest of the best restaurant in the world, then I advise you to visit the main restaurant of building B. Come in from the pool side and immediately to the left. In my opinion, the most wonderful person of this hotel works in this area. (unfortunately I didn't think to ask the name) I recommend the hotel management to pay attention. You take your table and forget where you are. The fuss in the circle disappears, drinks will be offered to you, excess dishes will be removed so during and so delicately as if you are the only guest. It was very nice to see how he sees all his guests at the same time. To whom to bring a child seat, to whom to offer a drink, where to pick up a plate.
If you are planning a photo shoot, we recommend contacting photographer Emre. A professional in his field. Spending a minimum of your time will give a lot of positive emotions. It doesn't matter if you are a super professional model or if you fall into a stupor at the sight of the camera, the photos will turn out fantastic in any case. A good five. There are three private beaches: two sandy, one with rocks. The food is good, the choice of dishes is varied, there is fish, there are often seafood, always delicious oriental desserts, coffee beans. The room stock is like in the photo on the Internet.
We had a family vacation in August 2023. Terrible hotel. Last year we visited Turkey for the second time. Before that, we vacationed in 3*-4* in Greece and Spain. That is, we are not picky tourists. We've read a lot of good reviews, let's go.
ROOMS. We initially booked a room in Building A. This is the main building, it looks like a huge egg, when you go inside, you realize that it's not an egg – an airship. The entire ground floor is occupied by a 24-hour bar and sofas. There is a grand piano in the middle, where you can play until 22:00. Looking up, you see the sky with clouds painted under the roof. Nicely. There are no corridors: the doors of all rooms open onto internal balconies that overhang the bar and the seating area on the ground floor. The room is excellent: high ceilings, decorated in white and turquoise colors, double and single beds, there is also an ottoman, but it is uncomfortable to sit on it. TV with Russian channels, mini-bar, kettle with tea bags and instant coffee, huge balcony. If you look closely, however, you can see that everything is not new and shabby in places, and there is mold in the bathroom. But that's if you look closely. We did not look closely, but rejoiced at the excellent room exactly until night came. It is not possible to sleep in these rooms. The door is interior, with a huge gap at the bottom, near the floor. And the acoustics in the airship are excellent. So you can hear not only the "musicians" who play a dog waltz on the piano far into the night, but even the waiters' negotiations and the clinking of glasses that are collected from the tables. As a result, on the third day we moved into a bungalow. I practically burst into tears there. Not a room, but a hobbit's hut. The ceiling is low, there is little space. The front door and the window are a single block, you go through the room, you get into the bathroom. As an additional bed, it was proposed to lay out a sofa, but the child could not sleep on it. They brought a cot with a mattress. But it's really quiet there, at night you can hear the lapping of the waves. In addition, there is a lawn in front of each bungalow, on which there are two sun loungers, a table and chairs. Ropes are stretched over the lawn, along which flowers and pumpkins are twining. It's very cool to lie down in the evening under the sound of the surf or relax in the shade during the day, admiring the sea. And the main, the best beach is just a couple of steps away.
The hotel also has a B–Mondo building. The rooms there are similar to those called bungalows. And there are nuances: from almost all sides, the windows of Mondo overlook neighboring hotels, where music rumbles until 1 a.m. And under the premium rooms with direct sea views there is a children's pool and slides. Our friends lived in the family room in Mondo. The room is nice, with two bathrooms and two balconies. But from the balconies there is a view of the fence of the neighboring hotel and music from there until late at night. Although if you go to bed late, then it's normal.
The Internet, by the way, works great everywhere. So you don't have to buy a local SIM card.
meal. Normal. If you arrive at the end of breakfast or dinner, there will be almost no food. One day, my husband complained to one of the canteen bosses that there was still half an hour before the end of dinner, and the watermelon was no longer in sight, a girl immediately jumped in with watermelons, began to cheerfully cut them. There is a Starbucks near the main entrance. However, at some point their coffee machine broke down and they made only two types of lemonade. There is a 24-hour pastry shop near the exit to the mini-club. During the day they make waffles there, but not baked, they say, such a waffle iron. Of the desserts, only factory donates are edible. At night, you can also eat a burger or fries there. A gozleme is being made across the lawn from the mini club. Auntie is very unfriendly and starts swearing if you take more than two pieces. That is, you either have to stand in line with the whole family, or be content with two tortillas for three. At breakfast, they give freshly squeezed orange juice (don't take the other one, too, supposedly freshly squeezed – burda). It's fun to have lunch at the beach bar, near those slides that are located behind the stage with the amphitheater. It doesn't taste good there. But there is a sea nearby and you can feed the fish. If you throw a piece of pita bread, a whole flock will come. Delicious factory packaged ice cream is served in the pool bar and beach bar during the day.
Two a la carte restaurants – Turkish and Italian. Turkish – on the shore, nice to sit, beautiful photos. Italian – on the ground floor of building A. Pleasant interior, delicious food.
INFECTION. Yes, unfortunately, the husband and daughter from this hotel went to the hospital. And the reason for 100% was the omelet, which is fried with different fillings in the morning in the restaurant of block A. The fact is that we ate everything else-drank together, went to the slides and to the sea together. The only thing is, I didn't eat an omelet this morning. And I was the only one who got over the infection. The sore is unpleasant, with repeated vomiting. Fortunately, in the hospital where we went on insurance, it is not a novelty. My husband and daughter were given a drip, prescribed antibiotics and vitamins, and two days later they were already quite cheerful and cheerful. If you are suddenly unlucky, just like us, keep the receipts for medicines. Upon arrival, the insurance company refunded all the money spent. By the way, there are a lot of infections in the hotel. A few days later, our friends' children got sick, and three married couples we met there got sick. One of the girls was pregnant, she was terribly scared. And she didn't have much medicine. The only good thing is that Turkish medicine is ready for this, there are drops on the stream, in any village there is a hospital where they can bring you to your senses. The car from the hospital, by the way, was not allowed on the hotel grounds. Apparently, they don't want to make the guests nervous. Fortunately, they took me to the reception in an electric car. My daughter wouldn't have gone there herself.
animation. She just doesn't exist. That is, the invited artists will show you an evening show of dubious quality, of course, but you will have to entertain yourself before and after. For the first time in Turkey in 2022, we were in a hotel with excellent animation. And it was she who made our vacation wonderful. Objectively, the hotel was also not a fountain (although no one was ill there), but thanks to the energy, enthusiasm and goodwill of the animators, all the flaws were smoothed out. If the price tag hadn't been lifted on it, we would have returned there. But... anyway, there's water aerobics in the morning. But if you want to take part in it, you need to come in advance, because the young man works only with equipment (trampolines, dumbbells), which is not enough for everyone. Half of it is also broken. The young man does not allow to practice without equipment, he yells. Terribly unpleasant, to be honest. At about 16:00, there is a zumba on the stage near the pool. The girl Olya, looking at her feet, diligently tries not to forget which steps follow each other. All this is in the heat, there is no shade at all. But there is a slippery tile, because there is a pool nearby, from which splashes fly. I didn't go the second time. At 15:00 we played water polo. Animators gathered the teams a couple of times. And then they probably got tired of it. They gave the ball to a tourist who was suffering to play, and they were sitting in a bar, smoking and chatting with some girls. And the unfortunate guest, with the ball on the edge, dragged himself between the sunbeds, trying to assemble a team for himself. The animators didn't go to play either. Moreover, if you are not used to sitting by the pool, you may not find out that the hotel has animation. They don't walk along the beach, and they don't gather children for mini-disco at dinner. Didn't you come here for a vacation? So organize your own leisure time.
In general, boredom is mortal. A mockery against this background, a disco began to rumble in the neighboring Loniser after the evening show. The guests of Gold Island can only peek at it through a hole in the fence.
The fence, by the way, is generally the main structure of this hotel. The hotel is located on a promontory, on the one hand there is a long pier studded with utility blocks, and on the other (from the Lonicera side) there is a fence with gates that are locked after dinner. My husband asked why, and they replied that tourists should not go to other hotels either (although they go swimming through open gates to the Gold Island beach in the afternoon, because Loniser does not have a beach, but a bus cabin during rush hour). In general, you will not be able to walk along the beach along other hotels. You can't really turn around on the territory of Gold Island either. All that remains is to sit on the terrace near the main entrance and sing along to the disco of the neighboring Lonicera.
beach. The best thing in the hotel. In general, there are three beaches. One is near Mondo. There are waves and large rocks. It's not a very safe combination. Although the waves are cool. There are almost no people there. Another beach is the main sandy one, with a gentle entrance and the most densely populated – to the left of the amphitheater. The third beach - with sun loungers under striped umbrellas – borders Lonicera. There are no waves here either, sand, a good entrance and the warmest water. But there are a lot of algae and swimming is unpleasant.
swimming pool. There are two of them. The largest and deepest is near building A. There is also a Jacuzzi. The second one, near the Mondo building, is smaller, there is a children's pool. There are also slides near both pools. The ones near Building A are very old. Rusty ladders. While they were climbing for the first time, my daughter kept asking if they would collapse. Near building B there is a staircase inside the building, it is more pleasant to climb, but one slide or another did not work there. Lifeguards are on duty in the pools and on the slides, making sure that no one is injured. Very friendly guys. However, one day they did not keep track, some German kid slid down a wide slide on a circle. Well, he entered the information board on the fence with his head. They took me away in an ambulance.
OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. A small market can be reached in 10 minutes from the hotel, there are also 2 pharmacies (prices for medicines in them are different!), a Waikiki store, a little further along the road is Migros.
To summarize: although it seems that everything seems to be fine, but the whole vacation is through overcoming. I don't want to go back, we went home with pleasure.

The room was taken with a Jacuzzi, in the evening you can have a great rest, I liked it! The view from the room to the sunset and the territory, the room is clean, pleasant, there is nothing to complain about. The delivery from the airport took a couple of hours. We were in the period May 24 - June 1 - the weather is 28 degrees, sunny! I will be happy to return to this hotel again!
The service is excellent, the staff is always ready to help, friendly. There is always a Russian speaker at the reception; rooms are cleaned every day, bed and linen are changed once every three days; the location is good, there is Wi-Fi almost everywhere throughout the territory. There are small nuances - one of them is a beach restaurant open from 12.00, - that is, if you go to a distant beach, you will not just take a drink anywhere. It's a long way to go after them.

Everything is at a decent level, the beach at the second building is too rocky, huge cobblestones do not allow you to walk without special shoes. No one said that there is a bar with good alcoholic drinks on the top floor of the second building.
Excellent hotel, visited twice, with the whole family, 3 children, lived in a building for families. Its access to the pool, Jacuzzi. There are 3 beaches of their own. Alone in his own bay, where there are no waves, even when the sea is rough. Concerts for adults are very decent and an excellent program for children.

The next day I got a great room and the rest began. The food is not tasty for a Russian person (almost everything is spicy), monotonous. Block A(ROUND)it gives more advantages and rights than living in block B. There is no imported alcohol)))) I was on the 7th floor))) this is not imported alcohol, they are locally bottled from imported. But the alcohol is high - quality . Cocktails, oddly enough, are better prepared in block B (both in the lobby and by the pool), I only went there to skip a cocktail. Although I tipped in the round block at first, but this did not improve the situation with the preparation of drinks. If you are going to block A, you don't have to take cosmetics with you: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion from a cool company. In the room of block A there are besides cosmetics: slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, capsule coffee maker , minibar , water. The rooms are damaged by time, but still cozy. Cleaning every day with a change of everything and replenishments of cosmetics, coffee and other things, but for tips, without tips I do not know how it will be (1-2 euros). The territory of the pools, the paths of the beaches are just super, there are actually 2 beaches: one quiet, the second with waves. And both are super. The sun beds, swimming pools and the territory are in excellent well-maintained condition. everything is great, but for the fierce buzzer I lower my rating, there are many hotels nearby with similar buzzers, but I noticed that they are either in houses or sewn with insulation so that the sound does not go into the rooms, where it stands the territory allows you to take measures, at least normal double-glazed windows would save, it was possible I would just close the window, but right now it doesn't help. Another advantage for Bolka A is the bar and restaurant on the FUGLA pier. It is very pleasant to have lunch and have a cocktail after the beach in peace and quiet, and not in a snack bar with a buffet. Tips will help you in good service, in total I spent 60 euros (it's definitely worth it to the cleaner, in the restaurant, for changing rooms and at the bar in block B)
A great hotel with three sides of the sea. The sea is clean, the air is fresh. Fitness club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool is excellent. The food is excellent. The sunset is worth it. I recommend everyone to visit there

The hotel is a disappointment. It is very dirty in the hotel, room cleaning - you can say there is none. The mini-bar is not replenished, you need to ask for toilet paper (( Rooms, lobby, everything is shabby, unpleasant, dirty. Food - nothing interesting, expensive or memorable (fried, stewed meat, cheap fish, local inexpensive alcohol). Service - there are few Russian-speaking staff, no one will say hello first, everyone is somehow unfriendly. Of the three beaches, the average is the best. Sun beds should be occupied at 7 o'clock, if, of course, you want to be closer to the pool or to the first line on the beach. I have no desire to return to this hotel, I will not recommend it to anyone.

We were with my husband in August 2022. We generally liked the food and the sea with beaches! but!!! Rooms... Case B does not pull in 5 stars in any way! The plumbing is leaking. The water in the shower is still 15 minutes after it is turned on! The tile is cracked!!! And it was the 2nd room after a request to move from a room with a balcony to a ventilation system with the most gorgeous noise accompaniment!!! We were moved to the trail. a day in the room without noise charms but with problematic plumbing! I talked to the neighbors (everyone has the same problem), They provided bathrobes only after our request... And both are 42 sizes, as if they were mocked!!! And about the bartenders at the central pool and building A, you can make up legends about the deaf and blind. Crazy people pretending to be deaf! They begin to understand when they hear a loud commanding voice. I have such a skill, but my husband does not. Therefore, no one "heard" him and the borzo ignored him. And it seems like both the sea and the beach with the sun, but I don'T want to repeat the trip there! There are better hotels! The feeling that they cheated on the ***** stars! No more ***!!!

Few of the staff know Russian, the cleaning is poor, the food is meat, poultry, inexpensive fish, local alcohol, juice from boxes, the territory is large due to two buildings located at a distance from each other, there is no promenade along the sea, there is not much place to walk, get to the hotel without traffic jams for at least two hours.
We are vacationing at the Gold Island Hotel (August 2022) with my husband and daughter of 8 years old. It's our first time here, considering the prices this summer, we can't afford Belek. We didn't have any special expectations, which is probably why we liked it so much. Our room is in building A with a sea view. For the first 2 days, there was a disco in the bar opposite until 1:20, very loud. They were ready to change our room, but fortunately it stopped. The hotel staff is very friendly and positive, always trying to help. We are not coming to gain kg, but for the sake of the beautiful warm sea, so I will not write about the food, it is good. And the free Starbucks nicely complements the picture. I really liked that the hotel has 3 beaches and 2 of them are in the bay. The sea is calm, the entrance is smooth, the sand is great for children. Sun beds can be found on the beach at any time. There are slides next to each building. A separate respect for the location of the gym, overlooking the sea. It is also interesting that right on the coastline there are separate rooms for those who like to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Alanya is 20 km away, take a taxi for $ 25, but after searching you can find it cheaper by 2 times. We went shopping to the Alanium center and just see the surroundings.

I had a rest for the May holidays. The second time at the hotel. I really like the hotel. Such a warm welcome, respect for the staff, and a desire to always help. Everyone in the hotel is always smiling and you feel like a Queen. The food for 5 is delicious and fresh. The alcohol is excellent : Belis, three types of martinis, two types of champagne, red and white wine of excellent quality and .... gorgeous cocktails. Special thanks to Ibrahim the receptionist for his organization and kindness. Thank you very much, I am very grateful to you. You have made our vacation unforgettable. The service at the hotel is absolutely not focused on the Russian person. Only 1 person from the staff who knows Russian well met. The rest know just a few words, it is impossible to explain. As for English, it is also impossible to explain anything in it, because the staff knows it at a very low level, so we asked for an iron 4 times - no one understood us. The staff knows German and Turkish perfectly well, but they have no desire for Russian and English.
The Mondo case is absolutely not self-contained. For all questions, the reception in this block is sent to the main building. It's not clear why we have to go back and forth. Absolute disorganization in this regard. It was especially unpleasant to carry suitcases, while the Germans were being carried on buggies.
There is NO animation in the hotel at all. The only entertainment is a drunken Kurd.
Animator Andrey absolutely does not know how to organize people and the entertainment of himself is always in the first place. For example, he plays volleyball himself, and if someone does not have enough space, he does not leave the game, but simply says that the playground is crowded. In addition, volleyball lasts 30 minutes, because the animator decides on his own that it's time to finish and disperses everyone, although people don't mind playing more. If several teams are playing, then as soon as the team where the animator is playing does not play, he stops following the game and doing something. By the way, apart from the half-hour volleyball, there are no sports games in the hotel. Probably their slogan is: "Have fun as you want"
There is nothing to do in the evening at the hotel. There's a pool table and a broken cue, nothing else.
Films are shown in German and cartoons in Russian. But there are no normal adult films in Russian. Animation, an attempt to make a "show" and so on - all in German. And these attempts were only 2 times in 2 weeks. At the same time, one of them is paid bingo.
There is also a disco in the evening, but there are always 3 cripples and the music is turned on only for a pack of cigarettes or an electronic cigarette. There is also an off-site disco, but it costs € 15 per person, almost like a passage to a Moscow club. There are also 3 cripples.
The staff absolutely does not meet halfway, so, for example, for karaoke, which should take an hour, they do not let you sing an extra song, even though karaoke lasts 30-40 minutes, because they pour a lot of water in an incomprehensible language.
Now the Power Supply. If you want to eat only cutlets, then feel free to go to this hotel. All 2 weeks that we were here, we ate only cutlets, while not the most delicious. In addition to the cutlets, there is also a turkey, but it runs in a circle and is not the most delicious.
By the way, the food in Building B is much worse and less abundant than in the main building. The salads are always the same, all have parsley (which is not at all suitable for non-lovers of parsley), as well as mostly salads made of mayonnaise and pasta.
The side dishes are all tasteless, distorted. There is no question of any al-dent.
Sweets are not of the best quality, instead of baklava they give some kind of bread in honey.
No seafood except fish! Although other hotels have tables full of them.
Another interesting point is the large number of olives and olives for breakfast only. Lunch and dinner for some reason, according to the hotel, do not need them. Although it seems that they are most needed for dinner.
The alcohol is diluted and tasteless, as such there are no bartenders. Cocktails are made, then by waiters, then by people from the reception. In this regard, the cocktail is a real fortune, either you can drink it, or without syrup and you want to spit it out.
Room cleaning is very so-so. There is some hair around the sink (which was never removed until the very county), the floor is stained and streaked. Towels, if you're lucky, can be given in the hole.
In my opinion, the hotel offers a lot of unnecessary services, for example, cleaning every day (you can do it every 2 or 3 days at least), waiters in the buffet dining room who do not bring food, but only bring drinks. Some unnecessary things, instead of which you could really pay attention to important points, such as animation, a varied diet, not just cutlets, staff training.
The hotel has a starbucks, but coffee is the level of drinks from the vending machine. You can drink the same thing without queuing in the dining room, but without a "stylish" glass.
We were really looking forward to the hammam and sauna when we were driving. The sauna is good, and the Hammam worked very rarely. In addition, all this "happiness" is located in the paid services area. It's a long way from the pool to it, so every time you have to go through the reception of the spa center and fend off intrusive sellers of massages and other additional services.
By the way, the way to the indoor pool and spa center lies along the dining room and right next to the tables where people eat. That is, half-naked, sweaty, wet people walk around during meals and it's not even through the glass. There is also a hairdresser near the tables, then you put a cutlet in your mouth and before your eyes the sight of someone cutting their hair. Not the most pleasant appetite.
Another nuance is the attitude of the staff towards the guests. A separate story is gozleme. There is always a queue, but for some reason, when it comes to making this bun for someone from the staff, the order of people is not important at all. They cook huge tortillas without waiting in line (2 times more gozleme for guests) and put 3 times more fillings. The woman who cooks does not care at all that you are waiting, that you may be in a hurry. She starts cooking for someone from the staff, also ostentatiously adding heaps of cheese (or any other filling). At the same time, my next tortilla is always barely filled with cheese, in fact, almost empty bread.
And some bartenders quietly take out bottles or pass them to guests. In general, bartenders are a separate topic. I have never seen such "extortion" anywhere. The constant feeling of the train station, because everyone is begging, begging for tips. It's all out in the open, very direct. It is very unpleasant, since we came on vacation, and not to fend off the "begging bartenders" and the constant imposition of additional services (in the spa and photos), the staff does it very obsessively, as in the market near the hotel. Tips should be carried everywhere, otherwise you will be treated like garbage. I recommend getting a waterproof wallet.
Cool territory, nice beach and... that's it. The room cleaning is disgusting, until you make a scandal, nothing will be done. The buffet is the same every day, and not particularly tasty. There are no animations at all! That is, after dinner you can go to bed - the hotel is in a rotten place, no parties, no rest, no discos. And what should people do? Is it 5 stars?
