Nice hotel, with a nice beach. Kind staff, great food, although there is not much choice. Take the "all inclusive", because alcoholic beverages at the hotel are expensive. The territory is small but very well maintained. The room cleaning is excellent. There are several shops and cafes outside the gate, if you can call it that.In general, do not expect it to be 10*, but the hotel is decent and the place is good.

We had a rest in March 2021. Meals are 5 out of 5, for lunch and dinner there were always crabs, shrimps, octopuses. From fruits papaya, pineapples, watermelons, durian. On Fridays, dinner is served by the pool, where lobsters are served and a dance performance is held for guests. The only thing I didn't like was the pool - a mixture of salt and chlorine, all things turned yellow after it.. it is better to swim in the sea, the water there is warm and pleasant for swimming. The rooms are good. The air conditioner does not work noisily, it is installed in such a place that it does not blow on the bed at night. There is a dressing room. We would love to go there again!!!

We are currently spending our holidays here from 10/31/2020
I will mark both the "+" and "-" of the hotel.
So, the advantages of the hotel:
1. The territory of the hotel and the location of the hotel.
The blooming grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is located on a slope - due to this, you can observe stunning views of the sea, the beach, and sunsets.
2. The beach, the pool are clean.
2. The kitchen is great! Special thanks to the Chef!
3. The reception staff is responsive quite quickly.
Perhaps one of the advantages is everything.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
1. The hotel has rooms for two: on the first day they entered exactly such a room-it was room 108. Broken glass in the door to the terrace, repairs in the room are extremely old, towels in the room are not complete, there were no soap accessories, curtains, TV stained, etc.
The next day (due to with full occupancy of the hotel) we were provided with another room.
2. Room cleaning: for 3.
Towels are not reported, water and tea/coffee are probably constantly forgotten :-) replenish. If something has been replenished, then something else will definitely not be replenished.
3. Wi-Fi is a problem! Very weak! Messenger is not working...
4. There is no medical office.
5. The sea:
I appeal to the hotel Managers: please pay attention to the boats (there are about 15 of them-with motors!) which are located exactly on the part where the guests of your hotel swim! It is not pleasant to swim among boats with engines and gasoline!
6. There is not enough music at the pool or in the pool bar - at least for a while.
7. There are quite a lot of vacationers with children.
There is no entertainment for children.
There is no animation. There is no playground for children. There is no game room.

I was vacationing here in early January 2021. Plus, it is one of the more or less decent hotels in Zanzibar. We had a beach bungalow. The furniture is a bed, sofas are made of clay or something) but you can live) The tides at sea are not too pronounced. But there are enough disadvantages - but they are no longer for the hotel, but for the actual rest in Zanzibar. To bathe, you need to overcome several intrusive merchants. In the sea, boats with stinking engines are almost floating over you. There is nothing to do outside the hotel - dirt, stench, country roads. I only liked the safari in the Serengeti, but that's another story.

The hotel is wonderful! You will not regret if you visit . I am ready to give the highest score to the staff ( and especially the staff), the kitchen and its variety, the gorgeous beach, authentic design and a sense of privacy that does not leave even when the hotel is fully loaded.

A very decent hotel. Beautiful territory, 1 ocean line. The food is good, the price tag is certainly high, but when booking, you can compare different types of food and choose what suits you, the rooms are excellent. You can order a romantic dinner by the ocean. You can walk along the coast for several km. There is no infrastructure behind the hotel. Excursions were ordered for the company so it is cheaper and more interesting, especially if there are English-speaking guys.
