In general, yes, we recommend it.
We had a rest on 05/15.23 - 05/21.23
Russians are about 70% in the hotel.
We arrived in the morning, we were checked in at 11 a.m.
The food is delicious, the animation will go
The pool is of unrealistic size, there is a lot of space. You will find free sun beds at any time of the day.
There is a large snack bar near the pool with its own menu, many did not even go to lunch + they make Turkish pizza nearby.
The gym is large and everything is there.
You can sign up for a restaurant on the 16th floor for free once.
There is a shuttle service to the beach and Alanya.
I think the view from the hotel is the best, there is a panorama from any room in the main building. Since the hotel is on a hill.
What didn't you like:
- there was a small problem in the room, it was solved only in the evening, when we came up for the third time.
-the renovation is very old, both in the rooms and on the territory. There was a lot of fungus on the tile joints in the bathroom.
In any case, all this was covered by the advantages.
Would you come here again? Yes
I really liked the hotel! The service, the rooms, the food are at a high level!
Great location! There is such beauty around! And what an air!
Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
I liked the hotel. The pool is large. The food is varied and delicious. The water park is big enough, the child was delighted. The animation was not particularly interesting. Well, this is not a minus for us, the child does not like animation in principle.
The food is great! Fruits around the clock! The location is far from the airport, 3 hours by bus! The territory is gorgeous, large, but again the hotel , the main building is located on the mountain is not very convenient, which is far from the villas ! There is a bus running through the territory every hour , but again you need to adjust ! The main pool is warm and clean! It's great that there is a children's area! The animation is good
Super hotel ! We had a rest in May , 5 points , the place is very beautiful , the rooms are super , the staff is great, the territory is large! I really liked the water park, the hotel itself is very beautiful and clean, a cool gym! Very tasty food 🔥🔥😋
Good afternoon, everyone!
I will start my long and honest review about the hotel.
We bought the tour in April 23 for 320 thousand rubles for 3 adults + a 4-year-old child. At the beginning of October . The room was a villa of two floors.
About the rooms and villas:
The day of the long-awaited vacation has come. I ordered a personal transfer. We arrived at the hotel at midnight. And we are immediately settled in the villa . We drove for a long time and were not sure how far from the main building . We woke up in the morning and went to breakfast . And then we were shocked. We were settled into villas on the penultimate line . We walked from the villas to the main building with the child for 20-30 minutes in the heat , into the hill - it 's a living hell . There are stairs - but they are so steep and long - that it is easier not to go anywhere. Of course, there is a delivery service - but it is very difficult to adjust to it . I hoped and believed that with early booking we would be settled in villas closer to the main building. At the same time , they made a note that one person has asthma and plus a child . The hotel ignored these requests .
Okay , we 're kind of resigned . But we lived without hot water for three days. I came up to the reception every day and said there was no water. The answer was one: we will send the master to look at it . The master looked at it and said that everything was fine .
On the third day in the evening , on my birthday , I came up again and reminded about the water. There was a scandal . After 30 minutes , we are told that one tank is leaking , after 15 minutes we will move you . AND we were moved EVEN FURTHER, TO THE LAST LINE OF VILLAS. And there the slopes are so hellish that it's easier to roll head over heels. And before the wiring of the same , you still have to slap for 7 minutes along the steep hill .
In the morning, another scandal took place at the reception. Everyone sent me far away from one person to another . As a result, by hook or by crook - for an additional fee, after 6 days we were moved to the main building of a two-room room. And then the vacation began to play with new colors .
For all the days of living in the villa, we wound up and down 30 thousand steps every day, would you agree to such a vacation?!
There is Wi-Fi in the rooms/villas, it catches perfectly. On the territory of the hotel , the pool, the beach - almost no fishing.
The rooms are clean , cleaned every day , towels and bed linen were also changed .
There is a kitchen, a kettle and washing machines. We bought the powder and washed ourselves.
Territory:
The territory is very large , everything is green. But! Cars , carts , and buses travel throughout the territory . You can 't let the children
run around , just by the handle next to them . The slopes are steep . All the entertainment is in the main building, the pool, meals, towels are all there. Wiring to the beach and villas is also from the main building.
Entertainments:
For children, every evening at 20:30 there is a program (dancing to music) , all of the same type. For adults, the program starts at 21:20 somewhere. Either in the amphitheater or near the pool. There is a different program every evening. It 's very diverse for adults and I liked everything.
There are no noisy parties until morning . This is still a family-run hotel. There are some entertainments during the day too . There is also billiards, bowling and something else for a fee.
Food:
It is very diverse and delicious. There is no baby food . Soups are also scarce . There are a lot of sweets , but I would like more fruits . They are fed 5 times (according to me) breakfast, brunch , lunch , dinner , late dinner.
Between lunch and dinner ( 15:30-18), you can eat pizza, burgers , pasta , etc. at the pool. They make tortillas and give ice cream (at 16 o'clock in my opinion) . Alcohol is at your disposal from morning to night . Cocktails and beer are not bad. I didn't like the wines
Beach and pool:
The hotel has its own beach area. There are a lot of sun beds , there are enough for everyone . But that 's the trouble with umbrellas . The territory is shallow in the pebbles - it is not comfortable to walk barefoot . There are toilets and changing rooms. As well as the bar - beer , snacks - please take it. The sea was very warm and comfortable in October. But entering and swimming is a horror. Descent into the sea at an incline ( sharp ) . The rocks in the sea are huge, very sharp, high and dangerous. This is the biggest disappointment. It was almost impossible to swim. Or you need to swim far away . Buy beach socks - it's much easier to be in them.
The pool- the water is very warm, clean and did not stink of chlorine. The pool is huge. There is also a paddling pool for children. There is a relaxation pool - I did not understand the meaning of it .
Excursions :
We did not take excursions from the tour operator.
We bought excursions from Alik. These are the most vivid memories of the whole vacation. During our communication, we have already managed to get along with Alik. I was in touch 24/7, for all the whims and force majeure - I helped, I went to a meeting.
We took excursions from him to: the Land of Legends , Istanbul, Pamukkale. And private transfer.
Transfer : we were met by a driver with a sign , escorted to a comfortable bus and we drove with a breeze, at each of our requests he stopped, then to buy a drink , then to the toilet twice, then to change money .
We were taken to the legends by a personal transfer , everything was told , explained , and taken comfortably. We took a super walk , and several companies have already taken us back.
In Pamukalla, we left at 2 a.m. and arrived at 12 a.m. the next day. It's super cool, a comfortable bus, a good guide, there was food too, it would do for 3, there was something to eat, but not wow. Take water with you (a lot) . There are few stops, and drinks are not included in the meal.
The first stop was Lake Saide.
Then you go to the springs yourself.
In Pamukalla itself - we took the entrance to the springs of Cleopatra - it is a complete delight.
I didn't have enough time, to be honest, at least a couple more hours. Not everyone had time to go and see. They gave me three hours to walk .
Then they take you on an excursion to the winery - they tell you beautifully, but very expensive. And you're moving back home
Istanbul : we picked up the very first ones at 1:30 , and then we stopped at 5 more hotels . Upon arrival at the airport (Antalya), the guide met, told everything and sent it to the check-in desk. The queue is general and huge . We took off at 6:30 on Pegasus planes. They didn 't feed me , but I had to fly for an hour and a half . We got on the plane , and our huge company was divided into two groups . We came across a group of 12 people , in the second group there were 40 people . And we just got the best guide - I can't describe it in words - Durkan (just love at first sight) . He tells it in such a way that his heart freezes with amazement .
It took us 4 hours to get from the airport to the old town , instead of the promised 1.20 (we hit all the morning traffic jams).
Mosques are a beauty of course .
But as luck would have it, we got back to the day when there were huge queues at the Hagia Sophia Mosque (for 3 kilometers).
Durkan changed the tour plan and went to Sofia last. I didn't go there anymore and arranged for myself two hours of excursions and walks by myself. There is a market not far from the old town, the viewport is beautiful - I walked there. After that, we had a delicious dinner at the marina and a walk along the Bosphorus. It was the most memorable and pleasant evening. It is unrealistically beautiful and cool . Have you returned to Istanbul again?! Absolutely yes. Who needs contacts a tour guide in Istanbul ( I will share )
And Alik, on my birthday, made a gift, asked a friend or acquaintance and we were taken for a walk in Alanya by car for free.
In general, I highly recommend Alik (the VKontakte group can be found through communities (excursions from Alik))
His price tag is lower than everywhere else. And makes pleasant discounts .
I liked it, but we all weren't, we weren't at the hotel, we only found it at the prom and didn't like it, because it was just a boy holding her hand, which she doesn't like.

We are resting now,08/21/28. They settled us in villas, there is no option to book a certain villa.
On the first day after arrival, the transfer drivers themselves, and there were two different ones, could not find our villa. They drove us around the territory for an hour. As a result, we arrived, the Wi-Fi in the villa does not work, the phone does not work, the cleaning is mediocre. The villas are very far away, they asked to relocate, they did not give it.even for a surcharge. Stops on the territory where the shuttle is supposed to pick up do not work. They drive along their own route, it turns out. So you don't have to wait for the shuttle from the villas. It's faster to get there on your own. Yes, it is much more difficult, but there are no other options. We walked up the stairs, there were 6 of them. But we still had to walk up the steep slopes to them.
The bus to the beach is also inconvenient. We didn't have time to catch the bus from the beach to the hotel, he didn't pick us up at the turn, he didn't open the doors. We haven't seen such a service for a long time.
The phone has not been fixed for us all the time. Wi-Fi works disgusting.
We fly to Turkey often, we will not go to this hotel anymore
The only advantages are the beautiful views, pools and food. That's the only reason 2 stars!
The playground for children is in poor condition, the territory is not particularly cleaned. There is garbage on the stairs where we walked, sewage smells. But it's better than walking down the slopes for 20 minutes uphill. With children, this is a separate kind of pleasure.
In general, I do not recommend it. Or settle in the main building, everything is there and you will not have to experience any inconvenience.
About the sea, I can say that there really are slabs and a couple of times a wave knocked them off their feet and hit the rocks. And immediately the depth is almost, with children it is so
The hotel is 5 check-in, but it is too much shaken up. If you book a villa, be careful! We were unlucky with her! Very far from the main building, where there was animation, swimming pools and restaurants. 12 minutes on foot in the sweltering heat is still an occupation, and even uphill. With children it is not very convenient doubly. They offered to change the room to the main building for $ 300🤨 refused. We definitely won't be coming here anymore. Yes, there are shuttles almost every hour from the villas to the main building, but they have never used it. It was necessary to guess the time, to plan. And on vacation with the children, they forgot something, then the baby poured cocoa on himself, then they got tired at the wrong time. The food is good, again there is a minus. There were periods of time when there was nowhere to eat. It is clear that wait an hour and everything is fine, but for the declared 5-star all-inclusive system, it is too economical🤨swimming pools, water park-excellent, everything is clean and there is a lot of water. There were enough sun beds. I took a hotel bus to the sea, a normal beach, there is also a bar, food at a certain time. The children are happy, we also rested, but we will not go here again for sure. About the room in the villa-old renovation, peeling plaster in places, a burnt-out light bulb at the entrance. It did not burn, they asked to replace it-they did not replace it. Cleaning for 3. Tolerable, but it has not been 5 stars for a long time
The Gold city hotel is wonderful. I really liked it!!!! Special thanks to Miroslav!

I really liked it. Excellent staff, service. The hotel has been renovated.
The food is delicious, a variety of fruits, desserts, hot, there is always meat, grilled fish.
The child liked the big water park and the animator in the children's club, the mini disco
Great hotel! A varied menu. There are many pools. There is a water park with a children's area. A shuttle runs through the territory, because the hotel is large and there are height differences. It is very useful to walk up stairs to improve your health. We rested from 08.08.22 to 30.08.22 and walked all the time. The territory is large, there are a lot of greenery and flowers. There is a bus to the beach. If necessary, more flights are allowed.
There are pros and cons!
From the cons, far from the airport, 3 hours to go, on excursions too, be prepared that you will be picked up first (before everyone) and brought last (later than everyone). A trip to the city of Alanya for shopping or for a walk can be carried out using a transfer to the city from the hotel, the cost is $ 2.5 one way per person, but this is the best option. The hotel itself is located on the top of a mountain or highlands, there is a beautiful view of the higher mountains and the sea around, the view is impressive. We lived in the main building, if we take a standard room, then it's not big at all and big people can't turn around much in it :) of the advantages, a large 50-meter pool, a couple of small ones and a separate pool for adults only, a water park with slides and an amphitheater with performances. The food did not seem super diverse to us, there is almost nothing for children at all, there really was fish every day, grilled, meat and chicken turkey too, delicious tortillas with different fillings are baked on the territory by the pool, they also made crumpets, the child adores them! To go to the beach, there is a transfer from the hotel, every hour, buses leave exactly on time and there is no point in coming to them in advance, the road to the beach by bus takes 13 minutes, banana plantations grow around. The beach from the hotel is equipped with sun beds with umbrellas and a bar with drinks, no snacks, there is fast food at lunch, but I would not say that the food is delicious. On the beach, the pebbles are from large to small, and it depends on the waves. It is not very pleasant for the feet to walk on large stones and in the water there are also smooth large rocky ones that are not equilateral, but the sea is very warm, salty and clean (we went in the second half of September)
We rented an apartment in July 23. If we consider it for renting housing for a long period, then the place is convenient because the infrastructure of the complex corresponds to the services of the hotel (water park, animation, you can buy bracelets for all-inclusive meals. For example, all-inclusive meals per day for an adult will cost 40 euros and 20 euros for a child) I also liked the views of the mountains, a good water park, a children's water area. That's all.
There are two categories of residents in this complex: homeowners and their guests and vacationers on an all-inclusive package. There are a lot of people. The hotel is always stuffy. On the lower floors, on the floors located underground (hammam, swimming pool, gym) everything smells damp and mildew. Everything is kind of shabby. The food in the all-inclusive restaurant is dull, monotonous, and there is little choice. I would never have believed that this is a 5-star hotel meal. There are no other restaurants nearby. There's nothing nearby at all. To the sea by bus 15 min. All shops, restaurants, pharmacies are located at a distance from the hotel, that is, you have to constantly take a taxi. A one-way taxi will take about 120 liras to the nearest store. This is the lion's share of expenses. The hotel has a grocery store, but the prices in it are 3 times higher than in a store, for example, migros. The shuttles that run to and from the beach do not stop on the way. Strictly a stop on the beach and on the territory of the complex.
There is no way to walk to the city. The whole road goes through banana fields and vegetable gardens in the open sun.
Beach: the sunbeds are dirty, the beach is littered, the entrance is rocky and slippery. There are a lot of free places.
But I would never consider this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation package. Especially with children
The food at the hotel is excellent, the Water park is clean, there were enough buns for everyone, we rolled on the slides from the bottom of our hearts, I recommend the hotel, there is a tennis court, the animators are all funny!
Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel in June 2023. We lived in a villa. Cleaning was done every day. We had a washing machine, a full kitchen and two rooms. The bed was changed every 2 days, the bed linen was snow-white, we did not tip. Towels were changed every day and there were a lot of them. The only thing is that it is not convenient for adults to get to the main building, there are many stairs to go through, or around, but we are young and it was fine for us. The territory is huge, the views are gorgeous, the food is good. Pizza, tortillas, fish in the pool bar is very tasty, you order from the menu, they immediately cook and bring on a tray 🙃 Ice cream was different.Bartenders work for 5+ Cocktails and make different ones. The animation is cool, it won't be boring. There were entertainment programs with visiting guests every day.Almost all the staff understands Russian. We had a guide at the hotel, Artem forgot his last name and Osman. Very cool guys (tour operator Anex) worked until late in the evening, and solved all the problems of tourists. Everyone will tell you, the money was changed from them. Buses often go to the beach, there is a bar, and the bartenders there are great, like bees working. There are a lot of sunbeds, Wi-Fi catches well, but sometimes there was a glitch. Rescuers are on duty. A good water park. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that there are no discos. The guys had a music column, the guard took it away at 24.00, sometimes they were allowed to listen a little longer)) We would have come back again.
We ourselves live in the golf aqua complex, but we also went to Gold City. Basically a cool place, very beautiful views, cool air and silence. Anyone who likes this will be very pleased. But you definitely need to have a car to get to the city and to the shops.
The taxi application does not work here yet, but there is a taxi, you can call it from the button.
I rested twice. The first one was not bad. A room in a brand new Boutique hotel. 5-10 minutes walk from the restaurant and reception by stairs. The second time we got to the villa, which was located far enough from the main building of the hotel. You will not find house numbers on the villas. Even the hotel staff are poorly oriented. We stayed for one night (we were waiting for another room), but even these days turned into a lot of difficulties. I strongly advise you not to choose this hotel. Or choose the main body. The owner, apparently, invests money in the construction of new villas, without investing in infrastructure development.
A great place to relax. A huge Olympic-size swimming pool. A water park with many slides. Free bus to the beach. It's a 10-minute drive. Several restaurants: buffet, European and Turkish on the roof overlooking the city and the sea. The burger joint. The shops. Car rental. Bowling and billiards. You can rent your own villa. Animators all day. Children's disco in the evening. The spa and Turkish bath are free of charge.
Positive:
- Very beautiful views
- Good enough nutrition
- There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, there is a bar and canopies (the bar is open only until 16:30)
- Comfortable, good buses for transfer to the beach
- Beautiful, clean, large pools near the hotel. There are many sun beds near the pool and bars nearby
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel: in the room, in the pool, on the beach. There were no problems with speed at all
- Good local animators
- Did you like the local musician
- The air conditioning in the room is not bad
Minuses:
- Poor sound insulation in the room (from the street, from the corridor and from neighboring rooms). They settled on the ground floor directly above the bar, and there people walked late, it was impossible to sleep the first night. That night we were not given a new room, but the next day we agreed on a room on the 3rd floor with a view to the other side and everything was fine.
- The cleaning is mediocre, they forget to leave towels
- The iron is paid
- The hotel is not new, so there are many nuances in the rooms and the hotel itself, although at one time the hotel was probably very good
- Transfer from the airport takes about 3.5 hours due to the fact that the hotel is the furthest from Antalya
Hotel features that were neither a plus nor a minus:
- You can only go to the beach by bus, about once an hour.
- The beach consists of small stones, and at the entrance to the sea there are large stone slabs. Entrance to the sea from both the beach and the pantone.
- With the animators, you can go to the Summer Garden club for $ 15.
- For $ 2 per person, one way you can go to Alanya by bus from the hotel.
1. Transfer. Very far from Antalya airport, we stopped at four hotels, for a total time of about 4 hours. There was a minibus back and only two hotels after us, for a total of 3 hours.
2. Accommodation. Upon arrival, around 10 a.m., we were put on bracelets and sent for breakfast, after which we were immediately checked into the villa (beach boy takes us by car from the main building, back at departure too, but we need to discuss the time at the reception). There is always a Russian-speaking employee.
3. The villa. At first we were accommodated in a villa, which was located on the 4th (extreme line) from the hotel, the way to the main building took about 15 minutes uphill, it's a tin! But the very first night, the air conditioner flowed in our bedroom, the benefit of the bedrooms on the ground floor is three, so we spent the night and the next morning after breakfast we were moved to another villa (already on the third line). The entrance was on the second floor and the room itself was two-storey, but with two bedrooms. The room has a kitchen and a washing machine. The room itself is cool and comfortable, but terribly dirty and tired. Dirt is everywhere, curtains, tulle and pillows are torn and stained. The air conditioners work on the edge, although they are Siemens brands (like all appliances), but they are already old and not serviced. This time, the path to the main building was a little shorter, especially through the 250-step staircase that led to the water park. The view is of course excellent from the villas, the mountains and the sea.
4. The territory. It is huge, but not everywhere is cleaned, plus problems with lighting. The roads that you need to get to the main building are full of cars, sometimes it's scary to walk, they fly.
5. Nutrition. Everything is fine with this, a variety for every taste. Beef, lamb, chicken, turkey and fish are constantly and never had empty dishes on the table. But the main restaurant is really dirty, and there are a lot of flies on the tables and on the floor!
6. Alcohol. In its pure form, it's so-so, because it's local, but it's quite normal in cocktails. The bar is essentially one (in the afternoon on the main pool, in the evening on the lobby), but the queues are not real, and even the third bartender does not really fix the situation.
7. Swimming pools. It's great too, they're clean. But there are always problems with sun beds at the main pool. There is animation and thanks for that. By the way, there are several small pools on the territory where you can swim around the clock, just like this one was next to our second villa.
6. The beach. But I left this for a sweet treat. The beach itself is good, there are a lot of sunbeds. But getting to it and back is not for the faint of heart. The shuttles are without air conditioning, inside it is like in a bathhouse when it is 40 degrees outside. They walk once an hour, the last one leaves the beach at 19 o'clock. The beach bar is open until 5 p.m. There is a pier, you can jump. The entrance to the sea has slabs, but there are fewer to the right of the pier. It is because of such a difficult path to the sea that everyone hangs out at the pool.
Overall impression: the hotel does not cost 2,700 euros for four people for 6 nights, I do not recommend it.
I was at the hotel at the age of 21. Now maybe something has changed. I liked the hotel. A huge territory. We lived in a small building that had just been built that year. Excellent family room with good finishes and wonderful views of the sea and mountains. Yes, it was necessary to walk up to the dining room and bars, but this is not a problem for me. The kitchen is decent, the water park is excellent, the sauna, the hammam are all at a very decent level. I lowered my rating only because it is far from the sea. There are shuttles, but I don't really like public transport, especially when it stood in the heat of +35.
The bomb hotel. And so the air is cleaner at the top than at the bottom.
Yes, you have to go to the sea, but buses, or rather hotel shuttles, go exactly and according to schedule. The food is standard for this level of hotel. We had a family suite. Huge 3 bedrooms and a living room with a full kitchen. And even a laundry room
Far from the sea, 3 km along the serpentine, 300 m above sea level. The animation is bad, the food is fine, the towels in the room are clean, you need to ask for slippers too. It's not worth five stars.
The hotel is top, the cuisine is very tasty, the water park is just perfect. The view is gorgeous, the beauty is simply unreal, in the very heart
Of the minuses, you will not be able to check in earlier, even if you have not slept for a day, you cannot walk to the city, the queue at the bars is too long.
Well, I'll start with the pros, there are much fewer of them than the cons!
+ a lot of drinking water (there were no problems with this, small bottles are given out everywhere and in any quantity)
+ beautiful view from the window (at least we had it)
Perhaps that's all....
- there are 2 Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception, one of them talks to you in the fuck off, and the second constantly does not understand what they want him to do, and cannot answer a specific question.
- there is a lot of food (again relatively), but there is not much to eat! A bunch of hodgepodge, incomprehensible salads, 2 types of meat, beautiful but not delicious desserts (well, this is for me)
- cleaning of the territory..... there are tubes of drinks everywhere, cigarette butts, dirty tables under umbrellas (until you wipe yourself, no one will wipe), in one word, a feeling of unwashed!
-animation for three...... children's animation is led by girls in miniskirts and a top, without a special costume, and clearly without a sense of rhythm....
-buses to the beach, stuffy, packed with people, but the truth is always on time!!!
- and at the end of our vacation there was a complete kapets...... we ordered a transfer in a week, since it takes 4 hours by bus from the tour operator to the airport, and 2 by car! We ordered for 8:30, had breakfast, went out to the lobby and sat waiting! 8:30- there is no car, 8:45-no, 9:00-there is still no car! My husband comes to the reception every 5 minutes and asks where, when, why not yet.....to which he receives, as always, vague answers, such as the driver is driving, something happened and so on.....and one answer to everything: DON'T WORRY!
The car arrived at 9:10! Thank God we didn't miss the plane!
IN ONE WORD..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FROM THE WORD, AT ALL
Now there will be as long a review as possible with all the details. The stay at the GoldCity Hotel, for a moment, 5* was just over two weeks from the end of July to the middle of August.
It is worth noting that we lived in an apartment from the owner. There is a separation in this hotel: the hotel itself and the apartments are from the owners. What's the difference? We can use the entire infrastructure of the hotel, but something for those staying with the owners is paid, namely everything. For example, transfer, hotel meals and animation. Only the pool is free.
I can't say anything about nutrition, we didn't get on it, because the price tag is sky-high = 600 lira per person (dinner), 500 lira per person (breakfast and lunch). There were five of us.
What's on the plus side:
-two large pools
That's probably all.
- swimming pool. It is open from 8.00 to 19.00 dirty territory by the pools, garbage that has not been cleaned for years. They remove large garbage - bottles, cans. If something spills, it's your personal drama. The sunbeds are terribly dirty, it's disgusting to go there.
- non-English speaking employees. Each pool has two lifeguards - at the big pool they are on their phones and they are parallel to what is happening in general. Children were playing with glass glasses from the pool bar. They are zero reaction. When I made a comment, he handed me a mobile phone and a Google translator so that I could write. There should also be lifeguards at the relax pool, but they go somewhere because things are hanging, but they are not in place. At the reception (there are two of them - for the owners and visitors of the hotel), one of all the staff speaks English. Each time he asks if he understood the other correctly. There are zero complaints against the employees themselves. They try to help, are courteous and so on. A question for the managers is a five-star hotel for tourists in which the staff does NOT speak an international language. By the way, I note that there were very few Russians in the hotel, mostly Europeans and locals.
- the elevators are very dirty. People after the pool, as a rule, do not use a towel and all the water is in the elevator. They touch walls and glass with their hands. The floor is being wiped - the windows are all stained and streaked.
- The beach is 2.3 km from the hotel. From the mountain. You can't walk 100%. There is a transfer service-paid for the owners. The beach is filthy to the point of horror. Garbage, bottles, cigarette butts, plastic bags, in general, what not. The sun beds are beige in the color of the hotel, you can imagine what color they are already. Stained with oil, food and other things. It is worth noting that almost the entire coast has such a condition at the beaches. The sea is also dirty. Floating sticks, paper, bottles, polyethylene. And this is not only on the beach of the hotel - in general, on the entire coast. We need to swim closer to the buoys and get better there.
- It is quite important that due to living in the owners' area, the Wi-Fi of the hotel was unavailable to us. As soon as you leave the apartment, goodbye to the Internet. Neither by the pool, nor on the beach.
- Next, the shop at the hotel. There is a so-called shopping centre there. To say that it is expensive there is simply not to say anything. On the first day when we arrived, and the nearest civilization is 2.3 km away, we went to the store, at least for water. A bottle of 0.5 water and 0.5 kefir cost us 400 liras (the rate is 3.6 rubles). Shampoo and shower gel - 800 lire.
It was the most expensive shampoo in my life. In addition, there are absolutely no price tags in this store. You come to the checkout and you get a surprise, and that's why the prices are different for everyone. We bought for 860 lire. We give you 1000. The change is 40. In this hotel, you need to count money EVERYWHERE, they are trying to cash in as much as possible. When you make claims, they are so surprised, as if it's a surprise that you can add up the numbers. When I asked them to count them and pointed out that another 100 lira was missing, the seller just got up and left. After the disturbances. Another employee came. After explaining the situation, she started counting again, but! I still had money in my hands. She snatched the money out of her hand and put it in the cash register and gave out 100 lire. In general, we explained to them for a very long time that they took our money and did not give us the change.
- The local Starbucks is also guilty of miscalculation. Someone has already written that a Starbucks on the territory of the hotel (it does not have a sign and it was difficult to find it) is three times more expensive. This is indeed the case. They don't make the change. They give it out specially in small bills, and, as a rule, tourists do not count money. Since we were by car, we managed to go downtown and go to a Starbucks there. 1) absolutely different flavors of coffee. He's terrible at the hotel. 2) The cost varies by 20-30 liras for coffee, and desserts by 50-70 liras.
Draw your own conclusions.

This is a magnificent place of indescribable beauty. Types of service, the food is all on top. We fell in love with this hotel and will definitely come back here again.
I liked the hotel, we rented a two-storey villa with a beautiful view of the mountains, flowers and trees.Clean air, silence, tranquility, everything you need to relax.
Recent reviews:
The hotel has changed managers.
We lived without hot water and Internet for 2 weeks, until the apartment owner made autonomous ones. Electricity is 3 times more expensive than in the city.
There is no light in the hotel in the evening, we walk in the dark.
The cards from the numbers are programmed for money.
Transfer, all services are now only for extra money. (I compare it with autumn)
The pool is cold inside. The ceiling is falling off in the pool. There is a wonderful massage therapist. Mini-golf was closed, there were street chess - they are not there either. They are building houses in this place. Courts for those who rent from the owners are paid.
The hotel was promised to open in April, now in May.
The hotel has owners who rent apartments and the hotel itself. Everything is now paid for by the owners.
Starbucks on the territory is 2-3 times more expensive than in the city. Only 2 of the 6 elevators are working.
With all questions, there is no special help and support, there is always an answer, go write and call the management. As I said above, the management is not responding..
Great hotel. We had a rest in July 2019.
Good delicious food, animation.
A large number of pools and the child was delighted with the water parks.
And most importantly, nature and air. I would love to come back again!!
We have been vacationing here for more than 5 years.During this time, more than one management company has changed, but not one of them has made repairs. The cinema used to work, not anymore.I do not recommend visiting the SPA at all (the baths are dirty, repairs have not been done for many years, the pool works on a separate schedule, the tiles are slippery, the smell of chlorine in a wet bath). The pier opens on the beach in mid-June.The sun beds are dirty.
Good time of the day. To begin with, it took almost 4 hours to drive from the airport to the hotel. That's half the trouble. There is no cleaning, the floor is not washed, gels, shampoos, toilet paper are being sought through scandal. There is no transport service inside the hotel. It's useless to call a taxi. A terrible attitude. You walk uphill for 15 minutes to eat. I do not recommend this hotel. Don't waste your time and money.
An excellent hotel complex in the price-quality ratio. The rooms, especially the family suite, are comfortable and spacious. The food is varied and of high quality, soy cutlets were not fed. Thanks to the animators of season 21, headed by Natalia and Angie! Minus-far from the sea, well, I don't want to walk at all, there is a transfer. Will we come back again, probably not, because there are so many more beautiful places on earth, but I can safely recommend it! And yes, a little makeup is always good!
It's just paradise. The location is gorgeous, the views are like on a photo wallpaper. The hotel is excellent: food, pools, water park, large beach, rooms-everything is on the level. The only drawback is the distance from the airport, but with the help of a personal transfer, time flies by unnoticed. The Internet is good everywhere.
We rented an apartment in July 2023.
Of the advantages : types
Of the cons:
-food; indifference and rudeness; mold and dampness everywhere; The hotel is very stuffy; old and dirty hammam; dirty gym equipment, the gym is simply saturated with the smell of dampness; rooms are old; distance from everything (in a stuffy bus to the beach 15 minutes, to the nearest civilization only by taxi; beach with garbage, sunbeds dirty, the entrance to the sea is rocky and slippery; prices at the supermarket in the hotel are inflated three times ; rotavirus and poisoning after swimming in the pool . The hotel does not qualify for the 5-star category and I do not advise buying tours to this hotel, especially with children. Rent a house only if you have a car.
There was a conflict in the water park due to the lack of laps for descent. A couple from Germany took away a lap from a woman with a child after the descent. outraged, a man hit a woman (from Russia) with this circle in front of a child. The hotel managers did not call the police, although the victim insisted and there were witnesses to the violence, but the staff hushed up the situation and nullified everything.

July 4, 2023
We had a vacation in June 2023 with my husband and three children, the youngest is 2.5 years old. Overall, we liked this hotel, although there were disadvantages. Positive: the food is varied, no one will stay hungry (I did not see shrimp, but there were rolls, all kinds of fish), delicious gozleme (cooked right in the restaurant at the entrance and by the pool). I didn't find a children's menu. Drinks, although local alcohol, but cocktails are good (we took pinocolada and mahito mostly, the wine is good - not sour and red and white, beer is diluted as in other hotels))), there was no champagne. For those with a sweet tooth, there is also a wide variety. The huge water park is impressive, there are many pools, but small (as we have considered, the deepest is 1.25. However, we did not visit all the pools). Someone wrote in the reviews that there was one saltwater pool, but we never saw it. Sea. It's a bit far, of course, but it's good that the shuttle is carrying. He walks on a schedule, every hour, and you have to adjust to it. It is better to get on at the main building, because if the bus is crowded, then it does not stop at the stops near the villas. The beach itself is good, the entrance is small pebbles and cobblestones. It doesn't matter to us. It's better to have corals. There are two bars on the beach, one is free, the other is paid. We were accommodated in the villa, of course, it's not bad that the room is so huge- on the ground floor: kitchen-living room (kitchen set with all built-in appliances, including dishwasher and dishes, but it was superfluous for us, since everything was included!), from the living room there is access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. There is also a table and 4 chairs., further on the ground floor there is a bathroom and a bedroom with two beds (double, single and playpen bed for a child). On the second floor there is a hall, another bathroom with a washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed and opens onto the terrace (you can also access the terrace from the hall). There are two sun loungers and a table with chairs on the terrace. There was also a cherry on the cake ((huge cockroaches were seen twice in the bathroom (probably more than 4-5 times Russian), small ants like termites on the second floor.
Since we were with a small child, but did not take a stroller with us, and in the villa under the stairs, a stroller was strapped on. I asked at the reception if we could use it, since it's inconvenient to carry a child uphill. I was told I couldn't. I asked the question, is it possible for money, are we ready to pay? The answer was also negative. Then why it's lying there is not clear)). Now the cons. The hotel itself is located on a mountain and all the villas are arranged along a serpentine in several rows. We had the third row from the main building, but it's really hard to walk uphill in the heat several times a day.(in the photo, I highlighted our villa with a red circle). We shortened the way up the steep stairs a little (it's even harder for me to climb it, but we shorten the time). There was also an unpleasant moment. When we left, my husband went to the reception and asked for a transfer from the villa to the main building to take us and all our luggage. We waited a long time, but no one came to pick us up. It was late at night, the youngest child fell asleep and I dragged him up the mountain in my arms. We began to walk slowly towards them, suddenly they would take us away - but no. We came to the main building ourselves, they told me at the reception that they had been waiting for us for 15 minutes! But why lie? Either the driver got the address wrong and waited in the wrong place, or he was initially incorrectly told where to pick us up. I had a fight about it at the reception, said that because of this moment, I will put in the review not 5 * as I wanted, but 1 *. But I will not spoil the rating. In fact, it has many advantages.
The hotel does not pull in 5 stars, solid 4. We were in 2021 from September to October. The animation is super! The children are delighted, and so is the adult. Every day there is a children's disco, there is no adult. The rooms are good. The food, as in all other hotels, is monotonous. I didn't like the staff. If you live, then in the main building, not in villas, etc., otherwise you get tired of walking, counting the steps to the sky :) The rooms in the main building have a kitchen, convenient for small children.
