A budget hotel in the city center, opposite the Pattaya Super market Center (Festival center), the hotel is decent, the breakfasts are varied, everything is within walking distance. It's not the first time I've stopped, everything is fine. The staff is decent and courteous.

We just stopped by, 02/11/2025. Room on the 8th floor 8028. Rooms with two beds are on the even side with a view of the pool, as I understand it, the room is larger in size, because at first they were settled with one bed and the room size there is noticeably smaller. It was changed on request without any problems. All rooms have a balcony. There is a rope stretched on the balcony, there is a place to hang the swimsuit to dry. The hotel is old and the furniture is the same, but the way of life is arranged. The main thing for me is that everything works without problems and, thank God, everything is fine here. The shower is working properly, the pressure is excellent, the hot water is good, it is perfectly regulated. Gel, shampoo in a dispenser, probably refilled. The shower cabin is built-in, wall, wall, curtain, simple and reliable. Water does not spill over the floor, because the cabin is 5 cm below the floor. The sink is deep like a basin, it is very convenient to rinse a swimsuit after the sea. There is a plug in the drain. The toilet flushes)
There are a lot of Hindus, as if you are in an Indian movie) Normal people, like everyone else. There are noisy people, there are intelligent people, just like people. We eat separately, they go to the right of the reception, we go to the left.
Breakfast came to me. Eggs/omelet are fried, coffee, tea are available, toasts can be fried, sausages, vegetables, pineapple, watermelon are available. Even the fried potatoes were cold, though for some reason. My husband took some soup, but it turned out to be nothing either. Breakfast credit)

We ran and bought a SIM card at 7/11, the tariff is for 699 baht unlimited at a maximum speed of 15 days, there are still calls, but I didn't want to clarify. It's not interesting. I distribute the Internet using this SIM card through an access point to two more phones. There is enough for everything, including YouTube videos, etc. You can only buy a local SIM card with a passport, keep in mind.
The pool looks deep, the depth varies, it is clearly visible from the 8th floor) Haven't gone yet) Pool towels can be borrowed from the pool for painting. We took them to the beach, returned, gave them back, signed them.

7/11 there are two nearby, you leave the hotel towards the sea by the road immediately turn left and walk for 5-7 minutes, it's big, I liked it more than the store on the first beach street, next to the Pattaya shopping center on the left, facing the sea, there is a smaller store.
There is a grocery store in the Pattaya Shopping center in the basement, where the Food hall is. There are fruit promotions, which are cheaper than on the street. We saw a green mango today (this kind) for 45 baht kilo.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025. The location is excellent, there is a Festival behind the Center, 80% of Hindus live in hotels, they are noisy, they called at night, knocked on our room, they just got the numbers mixed up (The rooms are already tired, there is no noise insulation, the breakfasts are delicious, varied! There is a deep pool, take rooms with a view of the pool, it's quieter there, on the other side, if you get a room, you will listen to music until 2 a.m. every day, there are bars downstairs! The room has shower gel, shampoo, soap, water, coffee, tea, sugar. The towels are old! There are no bedbugs!

The best memories!!! 2012!!! We met a Hindu named Omelet!😁 This is the only verbal contact with them, and no one bothers anyone in any way. These are not crowds of Chinese in Vietnam. The hotel has excellent breakfasts, excellent lunch boxes for excursions, they left small change at the reception, but the staff is always smiling! We have never been to the pool, we walked around Pattaya all the time, the location is as excellent as possible, the Festival Center - you will not stay hungry! They squandered all the money, at that rate they were millionaires! Oh, nostalgia... Now, probably, this review will not be useful to anyone.

Convenient location, the center of Pattaya, near the shopping center "Festival", which has a food zone and a children's playground, close to the sea. Always friendly staff, we were in November 2015 and November 2019. On the 11th floor it is inconvenient to go to the toilet, you need to climb a step, on the 7th floor there is no such thing. The rooms have a kettle, cups, dishes and teaspoons for two. Cleaning every day leaves much to be desired, bed linen is changed once. Otherwise, everything is decent for three stars. The hotel is home to Indians, most of them and Russians. Indians behave like gypsies, everywhere in a camp and they get into the elevator so that it does not go. In general, I like it.

This is a good location. The super hotel is located on the second street opposite the super a Festival (where you can eat a very inexpensive lunch in the basement) Although the hotel is of old construction, the recent reconstruction has transformed it in a new way. Although the furniture is not new, the rooms have everything for living. Daily cleaning, change of towels. Of the toiletries, only the soap and shower gel. Toothbrushes and toothpaste should be taken with you. The rooms on the even side overlook the pool, there is silence at night. The pool itself is large and cleaned daily, but it is better to come in the morning when there are no noisy Indians. Yes, there are a lot of Indians in the hotel, but they don't bother much, they have a separate restaurant with Indian cuisine. The breakfasts in the European restaurant are varied and delicious, with a new dish every day. The friendly staff understands Russian quite well. If we eat more in Pottaya, then only here.

We had a rest with the girls at the beginning of February 2020.I really liked it, an ideal hotel with its chic location for an Asian country.Everything is within walking distance.There are enough Indians as well as Russians, but they did not interfere with sleeping, swimming in the pool, moving around in the elevator (as they wrote earlier), they behave quite calmly.If there was noise, it was only from the street, and as a rule there are no quiet places in the center of Pattaya, Asia is always on the move)))

I definitely want to share about our stay at this hotel. From the first moment of settlement, everything went wrong from the beginning.. We were not checked in immediately and not even at 14h of the prescribed time, but only after a scandal at the reception. We had the support of Russian tourists with us. After we were given the keys to the room, we went to the 11th floor.. on the service elevator.., because it was not realistic to leave on an ordinary one, not on this day and not on the next one. We were given a room for three..referring to the tour operator., although everything was initially indicated correctly (extorting money), then it began.., since we were without men. These Indians just came home, they hammered into the room at night and in the morning..without giving rest, the pool was accordingly completely in this black spot.. Hindus. Is it worth continuing (( the room is clogged, cleaning by kick. In general, the Indians left every two days and visited this hotel. Those who want to sleep and relax in peace, I do not advise more than ! The beach is shit, I had to drive to spend time and money and the heat is unbearable.
