We settled in for 2 days. We cleaned every day, thanks for that. The towels, although washed, are stained and gray with age. The toilet was dirty, I personally cleaned the seat myself, fortunately there were napkins and antiseptic. The shower curtain, it could be changed, and it has been a long time. After the next cleaning, the facial serum disappeared, even if it was inexpensive, but it was unpleasant anyway. Everything else was not bad, there is a fast Wi-Fi, they gave plates and a knife to the room, water without interruption, toilet paper was changed as needed. The location is not bad, the hotel itself is near the walls of the fortress
The hotel is located near the old town, very eclectic atmosphere, real East. The furniture is not new, but everything is clean. A very pleasant hostess. Classic breakfast - porridge, eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, sausage. The pastries are not all fresh. In general, the price-quality ratio is excellent

Minuses: 1) when booking through booking, it was indicated that it was located in the center, this does not correspond to reality at all - the hotel is located on a busy highway between the cemetery and the hospital, really 3 km from the center; 2) when requesting check-in at night, they were initially refused, but still settled. For some reason, they canceled the booking themselves at the booking; 3) cleanliness is lame: there are traces of past tenants in the room in the form of a piece of hair and stale towels. A very meager set of bathroom accessories.
Deception. They refused to settle. We had a booking through booking, we arrived tired from the train in the evening, the young man at the reception without any explanation just gave me the phone, someone started telling me on the phone that a person could not leave our room and some other nonsense. Offered a nearby hotel without apologies and any discount. A room in a nearby hotel with bare walls, no drinking water, a kettle, poor water pressure and rotten towels, but for the same money. They move into it only if we cancel the booking at the booking office ourselves, so there are no bad reviews there. And they demand to pay for the accommodation immediately.
We didn't think to compare reviews on booking and on other resources in advance. It turned out to be their standard scheme. Apparently, there are more rooms on the booking than there actually are (they were there at the time of our arrival), They are rented to those who booked at a higher price closer to the date of stay. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude and business conduct.
We arrived from Samarkand late in the evening, dreaming of a quick check-in. But it turned out that the reservation confirmed in 10 days at the booking does not mean anything here ... "there are no available rooms, the hotel owner does not answer the phone, I do not know what to do" - this was the response of the receptionist. As a result, at 23 o'clock we have to look for a new hotel (in the midst of the May holidays, this is not the easiest task, since there are many tourists in the city). As a result, we could not find something in the center((
I'm sorry that I didn't read the reviews on Yandex maps earlier, the owners turned out to be scammers. I booked a room at the booking office, arrived around 22:00, the owner informed me that there were no available rooms. He offered to stay in a nearby hotel if we cancel the booking. The room turned out to be without a kettle, bottled water, with minimal pressure in the faucet, because of this it was impossible to wash. The guy at the reception doesn't speak either Russian or English.
They lie about absolutely everything, this experience is the first time in my life.

When we arrived, the owner said that there were no rooms, the rooms we had booked were occupied, and began offering rooms in a nearby hotel. These alternative rooms looked terrible and did not look at all like the ones we booked. In response to this remark, the owner said: "What did you want for that kind of money?" We would like an honest attitude, real photos, real location and real price, and not numerous deceptions!

The owner ***! Your booking here means nothing. We booked the hotel long before the trip, we were contacted and asked to send a passport. As a result, our booked rooms were sold closer to the season to someone for a lot of money. Upon our arrival, they began to talk nonsense about the fact that the hotel manager had changed and all previous bookings were canceled, they began to offer another hotel of lower quality. Based on similar reviews from other guests, we did not agree to this scheme and left. The person who communicated with us via whatsapp and the person on the spot telling fairy tales - it was the same employee. There was not even an apology for this situation. I do not recommend this hotel. In addition to this, it can be noted that it is located on a very busy street next to the road. Beggars or gypsies walk and pester on the street next to the hotel, this has never been seen in Uzbekistan, except in bazaars.
Lovely hotel, clean and cozy and service every day, the food is delicious 😋

A chic breakfast, where you can be offered a wider selection on request exclusively to suit your taste and this is included in the price. Rooms are cleaned daily. Please note that bottled water at the reception is free of charge. There is a hairdryer in the room. I want to note that the delay in departure is loyal, believe me it was important!)
The rooms are gorgeous. The beds are hard, but that's the way it is in Uzbekistan. A delicious rich breakfast.
It's a bit far from the center, but it was interesting for us to look at the simple life of the city, walking along the quiet broken streets.
I booked a hotel through Booking 2 weeks before the arrival date, arrived at the appointed time and we were not checked in, there is no place with comments. At the same time, 3 available rooms are displayed on the site. No, they did not check in, I do not recommend cheating in this hotel, they offer another one of lower quality, and for almost the same money. The reservation is canceled by itself with the note the guest has not arrived, beware of travel.
