I have already stayed at this hotel 2 times for more than a month. The food in the restaurant gets boring quickly, it's already in its second week. Overall, it's delicious. The rooms are small, the view from the window both times during the stay was unsuccessful inside the shopping center. The music ends and the noise from the shopping center ends only at 22:00, so there is no rest in the room until that time. The staff is not all Russian-speaking. The room service is good, but there will be a lot of dust left after cleaning. The nearest beach is a 30-minute walk away. The hotel is centrally located on Ben Gurion Street with a super view of the Bahai Gardens.👍🏻
I lived for 5 days, everything was fine, delicious breakfasts.
The staff does not speak Russian.
The rooms are clean, small, and well decorated. After 5, wine and snacks were served
2 complaints: the lunch box was not assembled at our request (it was necessary to take breakfast with you on the road), although there was a preliminary agreement. We could not apologize in a human way for the fact that I was taken to the clinic from this hotel (someone was smoking a hookah with filth, and our room was at the end of the corridor and all this stench was drawn to us. A smoking-free hotel! And I started having pulmonary edema and we paid a large sum of money for my treatment). It's a pity that you work so poorly!
