Everything was terrible today. We ordered a bathhouse in a week, made an advance payment, arrived on time, but as it turned out, this time was given to others. And only with the involvement of the police, we were able to collect our prepayment and the whole evening was ruined. I do not advise anyone to relax in this place, everything is just terrible. We did not hear any apologies in response, so it would be a minus to put five cons to this bathhouse

We ordered a sauna, warned that there would be a baby, arrived at the ice bath, it's warmer outside than in the steam room. The pool is dirty, the bottom is not visible, they are frozen, they did not even undress. They packed up and left, and only half of the money was returned. Well, let it be on the conscience of the owner.

We ordered a sauna a week in advance.As a result, it is very cold!The batteries are barely warm.It's winter outside.In the bathhouse, the cold penetrates through the boards-the heat immediately disappears from the stones.The pool is icy.They asked to add the temperature-in the end, nothing has changed.I categorically do not recommend this bath!The most awesome place.
