Looking at their website for a car, I liked one, decided to come and see it. And when we arrived, there was a "slight shock" as the cars in the photos and the description differ from reality. Firstly, it's dark in the parking lot, I don't know if it's on purpose or not, maybe it's done so that the flaws are not visible. Only positive reviews were written about the car on the website, and the pictures were perfect, but in fact... the trunk did not open at all from the word... they said any electrician would do it for you, then the painting of the car itself was terrible, no comments at all here. They asked if all the headlights were on, they answered yes, of course, and when they asked to turn it on, one daylight and one fog lamp were not on. The seat trim was torn, and the smell in the car interior was like a drowned man... whether it is damp, or it is unclear what, it is difficult to describe. Then they asked if there had been any accidents, maybe broken, they said no, but it is clear that the windshield was replaced (by the numbers on them), to which they replied well, what did you want, it's not from the cabin... You can check at the service station exclusively on those that they recommend, and if somewhere on your own, then you need to take out insurance and pay for gasoline.
It would be all right if they really said what doesn't work and what the problems are, and not that they stand and lie right in front of your eyes.

And yes, there was another option for inspection, which they also had, but after communication they did not even want to approach it. Friends also decided to see the car for themselves. According to their manager, the car is in good condition. When entering the VIN code into Google, the first link we saw was a car without the right side and with all the cushions gone. Anyway, if you're not a pedal sucker, they're not interested in you as a client. Well, also, if you go to watch something and you need to open something, let them do it themselves, because the guys are very worried, and against this background they begin to be rude.
I was very unhappy after visiting this salon. It is better for a person who does not understand the car not to meddle here. You need to choose carefully, and do not listen to sellers. They're smelling the meal.

I decided to ask for the sake of interest how much I would have to pay extra if I left my 2011 mazda cx-7 as a credit, the answer was gorgeous: "NOT INTERESTING." To the question of why - "ILLIQUID". I asked about the liquidity of the Granda curve with a large volume and was "kindly" dismissed.
I also want to tell you about my colleague who bought a HONDA motorcycle from them this summer, about which the ad stated "perfect condition". The result: almost all summer I had to repair it, because there was a problem with the fork, which could not be solved by repair and I had to order spare parts from the states, because the motorcycle was fresh.
