I really like this hotel. Comfortable rooms, clean, bright, new furniture, high-quality linen, fluffy towels. The large breakfast restaurant is decorated very beautifully, with huge aquariums with live fish, paintings, and a white grand piano. I would like to note separately the service, they are always polite, always ready to fulfill your every wish, while being as friendly as possible and always with a smile. Convenient location, in the center, near the market, shops, transport. If you need a hotel in Samarkand, then staying only here.

A wonderful hotel!
The service is wonderful - the receptionists are always polite, courteous, and will always help (we were issued tickets to Bukhara).
Cleanliness and beauty in the rooms (heated toilets are a separate song)))).
The breakfasts are beyond praise - the best in Uzbekistan from what we have seen.
The location, of course, is not the best - it is far from the center, but given the low cost of local taxis, it is fine.

Very nice hotel, lived for three days, daily room cleaning with a change of towels. Upon a call at the reception, boiling water can be brought to the room in an interesting thermos kettle. The breakfast is not bad, very tasty coffee, nuts and I liked the raisins. The rooms are isolated from noise, this is important for those who want to get enough sleep. And every place in this big hotel is a work of art! Everyone is very very hospitable! In general, people in Uzbekistan have conquered me with their good manners, calmness and hospitality.

A chic, one might say, royal hotel. The railway station is a 15-minute walk away. Tram stop No. 2 is nearby, which can take you to Siab Bazaar in 15 minutes. The hotel is great! It can be seen that "expensive \ rich", the lobby hall is a work of art! =) We had a rest with a small child, everything is clean, the food for breakfast is delicious. Gorgeous! New! When you enter the hall, you immediately realize that you have fallen into a fairy tale. The staff is friendly, polite and ready to help in everything. They speak Russian. The room is magnificent - in bright colors. Luxury plumbing. Automatic toilet with heated toilet seat. Breakfast is not yet, all inclusive, due to the small number of customers, but they brought so much that I couldn't eat a third. For any request. There were a lot of fruits. There was no time to use the sauna and the pool. The talking parrot in the lobby adds to the charm. Slippers, a safe and bathrobes - of course! The Internet is firing.I would give the hotel 5 and a half stars. From the hotel, for one or two hundred rubles, you can get to any restaurant and attraction. I recommend the hotel for the most demanding customers. I didn't find any flaws.

A normal hotel. This is more a business than a tourist one. It is not located in the center, there is nowhere to walk nearby. Very very high audibility in the rooms. The breakfasts are normal, but quite simple. The staff is very friendly.
The hair dryer in the room is just terrible, who cares (it was important to me).
