Nice family apartment hotel with small cozy rooms. The room has everything you need: hair dryer, iron, iron.blackboard,kettle,electric.stove,microwave,washing machine.car. The hotel has two swimming pools, a gym and a sauna. The transfer to the beach goes three times a day, but it's worth signing up for at least two days, otherwise there won't be enough places. There is a Russian-speaking guide at the reception, very convenient for those who do not know languages. The metro is 10 minutes from the hotel (there are two Burjuman metro stations at once). In general, I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is not bad, the staff is friendly, the food did not fit, not our taste, but of course you will not stay cold for breakfast, there is a choice. The rooms are well cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. Of the hygiene supplies, only shower gel shampoo soap napkins and a shower cap. I left my toothbrush and my toothpaste. The bed is comfortable with pillows too. The apartments have a sofa bed and bed linen. The air conditioner is an old worker. Here the curtains are old and dirty. It is necessary to replace spoil the whole impression and carpets and sofas need cleaning, there are stains. There is a balcony in the room and went out to the pool, but it is dusty. The location is convenient if you are without children or can take a taxi from the metro to allow. Nearby there are several small supermarkets with an Indian bias in the assortment. In 15 minutes there is a supermarket big Spines, there is a lot of fruit and vegetables and there is cooking, we took grilled chicken there-delicious. ABCD metro station is 20 minutes from BURJAMAN, too, to AL FAHIDI station is less, but this is a green line, do not confuse the direction. The weather at the end of February is comfortable and not hot. Nearby, within walking distance of the Dubai Frame and Zaabil Park, as well as the Creek embankment with boats for 1 derham, a museum and markets.

Golden Sands Apartment 3. Very cozy. There are polite receptionists at the reception. There are those who speak Russian.
The room is very cozy, clean. Cleaning every day. Change of towels every day. The bed linen was changed twice in 6 days. There is a kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, ironing board, hair dryer. Euro sockets.
In the toilet room there is a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet.
2 swimming pools. One on the ground floor, the other on the roof of the seventh floor. Water in the heated pool.
We had breakfast. I really liked the food. There was a choice. Bakery products. Every day watermelons, pineapples, melon.
Convenient location of the hotel. Not very far from shops, metro.
In general, we were very satisfied.

It's very good for your money, not a sail, of course) but the hotel includes a good location (near 2 beaches) 2 swimming pools, a huge shopping center, daily cleaning, delicious breakfast, you can always choose vegetables and eggs, and sweets, and muesli, fresh fruit, a stove in the room and everything, what you need (pots, spoons, forks) washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioner, TV. BALCONY (this is a rarity in Dubai)
Minus: the area is inhabited by various nationalities who came here to work, so a sad feeling from the slums

Excellent hotel, daily cleaning. Towels are fresh every day.
According to the diet, there were only breakfasts, soups for breakfast, second courses, eggs, omelets, pancakes, yoghurts, cheeses, sausages, sausages, bread, fruits (watermelon, melon, pineapple), vegetables. Coffee tea juices carbonated water. In general, everyone will find something to eat for breakfast.
For lunch and dinner, you can cook yourself. Since the room has its own kitchen with dishes and cutlery (plates, mugs, forks, knives, spoons)
Also in the room there is a washing machine, a microwave oven (chicken was cooked in it 2 times), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, kettle, refilled coffee in nescafe bags, powdered milk sugar.
The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of grocery stores, bankers, attractions (frame, flower parks, dinosaurs, dolphinarium. If desired, you can walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (reached 2 times in 2 hours).
There were problems at first with hot water. But because of the heat, cold was more often required.
The curtains close tightly.
There are also 2 swimming pools (1 on the ground floor on the terrace near the restaurant, the 2nd on the roof of Golden Sands 5. Entrance through the reception of the 5th building)
The staff is friendly, often smiling. They help with solving issues related to the hotel. Despite the fact that most of them do not know Russian.

A comfortable hotel with friendly staff. There is a Russian-speaking manager at the reception. We visited this hotel with a friend in January 2020. I liked everything about the hotel, except its location. Noticeably away from two metro stations, and there is not a single shop nearby where you could buy at least a bottle of water. I definitely recommend to visit for those who are not afraid of the remoteness from the metro. Of course, it's not fatal, it's useful to walk, but you need to keep in mind. The hotel left a positive impression. The room had everything except a balcony clothes dryer. Stove, microwave, iron - everything worked properly. Daily and high-quality cleaning. From the roof where the pool is located, you can see the golden frame and the Burj Khalifa. In the pool, the water is heated, which was important. The restaurant has food for every taste. A pleasant hotel with an optimal price-quality ratio.

We had a family vacation in November.The hotel is not bad, everything is there. the linen, in my opinion, was not changed except for towels. it's a problem to sign up for the beach, we took a taxi to La Mer (I liked the beach.but it's expensive to go back and forth 400r)The big disadvantage should be attributed to the meal schedule, especially lunch from 13 -14 hours missed a lot of lunches.then b13 is not ready yet. then everything is already cleaned up in the room.but in general everything is fine

The room had a refrigerator, washing machine and electric stove, working, but so old that it was strange that they worked. There was a fire sensor directly above the stove, which was constantly triggered by steam, it was impossible to cook. There was a very bad smell coming from under the sink in the kitchen corner. Breakfast at the hotel was from 6 to 10, buffet, and from 9 in the morning there was such a crush that we had to wait for a free table for 15 minutes (there is one restaurant for two hotels). There were very, very many pigeons in the street part of the restaurant, no one chases them, they are not afraid of anything, they fly into the tables in a flock, even when there are people at the table. Creepy, in short.

Excellent hotel, close to public transport stop(5 minutes). To the metro 15 minutes on foot. We only came to spend the night, so I won't say anything about the infrastructure. I've never even been to the pool. The staff is responsive, just like everywhere else in the Emirates. At the reception desk, they will always help, print out something or consult - contact us at any time of the day.
