A 5* hotel with excellent service
The room cleaning is excellent, there is a kitchenette for tea drinking with a coffee machine and a kettle, a mini fridge and water! Framed windows , the view was gorgeous if it was on the Creek Canal .
The standard breakfasts are the same every day, scrambled eggs and omelets can be ordered - the cook will cook, coffee will also be prepared for you, no need to stand in line near the coffee machine)
Dinner at a local Italian restaurant , the menu is the same all 7 days - this is of course a minus. It was delicious , we ate too much , but we got tired (
The location is of course in a specific area , near GoldenSouk , but the metro station is about 15 minutes on foot .
The hotel offers free bike rental (2 hours)
The lobby is beautiful, they serve Arabic coffee with dates
Rooftop pool with bar
The biggest disadvantage is the lack of a transfer to the beach and shopping center

The hotel is beautiful, located near the airport, beautiful rooms, nearby there are hotels with good restaurants.
The hotel itself has a delicious Italian restaurant.
The service does not pull in 5 stars. There are a lot of people at the reception, a lot of fuss, but in fact the questions of the guests are not particularly resolved. The service level of the hotel is 3 stars.
For some reason, we needed a cash deposit for the paid room, we had to withdraw money from an ATM, the deposit was returned before departure and we were left with bills that needed to be converted into other currencies.
The breakfast is poor. It seems like there is a minimum variety, but the food is not delicious. In a 5-star hotel, the breakfasts are completely different. The cook always cooks, there is always a gluten-free menu.
The pool is small, the shower near the pool is open with semi-cold water.
A compliment from the hotel in the form of cakes (delicious by the way) was brought at 23:30. Well, who eats cakes at this time?!
There are a lot of minor flaws that are not compensated for in any way. It's not 5 stars.

It's a pretty good hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Good quality full board, although somewhat monotonous. But for that kind of money, I didn't find anything else like it in Dubai. One of the disadvantages is the location. The hotel is above all praise! Beautiful and comfortable. The staff has always been Russian-speaking. They are polite, tactful and ready to solve any issue. Tea, coffee, water, towels, etc. were brought on request in 5-10 minutes. Cleaning every day, you can turn on an alert about additional cleaning, will do. The room is huge, with a gorgeous view. Climate control cools quickly, you can adjust it to your preferences. Everything you need in the room is there, a blackboard and iron, hair dryer, hangers, safe, toothpaste, brush, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, cotton pads, sticks, soap, razor, shaving cream, nail file - all this is disposable. There are a lot of sockets, including USB, we took our own adapter, we need it for our plug, maybe there is one at the reception. Breakfast is from 6.30 to 11.00, there is a lot to choose from, something new appeared, the cook cooks eggs separately with additives on request, any coffee/tea is also brought by waiters on request. Dinner from 19.00 to 23.00 in the Italian restaurant at the hotel, every day a choice from one not very large menu soup or salad and hot, for dessert fruit or ice cream. The pool is on the roof of the hotel, open until 20.00, small but cozy, towels are given out, there have always been places. Cocktails can be enjoyed at the bar. There is a shower and toilet. There is a gym, small. Union Metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Cost 7.5 dirhams (35-40 minutes) to the Marina area, to Burj Khalifa - 5 dirhams (15-20 minutes). We bought Silver cards on the subway for 25 dirhams, there were 19 dirhams on the account. Trips are paid at the exit from the subway. The golden market is a 35-minute walk along the embankment.

The best place I've ever been! An incredibly cool hotel, a view from the room, varied food, very friendly staff, a rooftop pool, there is a Russian-speaking staff, which is incredibly pleased. If possible, we will definitely return to this hotel.

We had a rest in May 2024. We are gambling travelers. There is something to compare it with.
We do not consider ourselves fussy, we are content with what is necessary. In fairness, I must say that the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. A cozy, flowered hall. A good menu. Helpful staff. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board and other amenities.
But we had an incident that the inert staff did not solve and nothing was done to smooth out the conflict.
On the day of arrival, we prudently asked when to leave for the beach and back, whether it was necessary to make an appointment. "Everything is OK, come down at 10, at 15.00 back," they told us. As a result, they forgot us, saying that they had to sign up (the same receptionist). Seeing our dissatisfaction, they organized a departure for us. Thanks! But at the appointed hour, they forgot about us again. After waiting for an hour, we took a taxi and paid for it by card.
They agreed with a mistake, but they did not pay the expenses, getting off with promises. And they did nothing to make amends.
Professionalism is assessed not in the daily routine, but just in the resolution of force majeure.

Good afternoon. This is probably the best hotel in Deira. I think he's worth his stars. The service is excellent. They provide everything they need on demand. Clean and beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is large with a bathtub and a shower stall. Cleaning every day. Twice a day, they offer to add water, tea and coffee (there is a capsule coffee machine).The rooftop pool, although small (approximately 10*6), is very good. (Depth 1.4) . The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel has an Italian restaurant. There are great views from the roof. If you want to have a good rest, I advise you. I liked the hotel. We were at this hotel from December 17 to December 26, 2022. The hotel is very decent. Incredibly friendly, kind, always smiling staff, at least 2 Russian-speaking girls work at the hotel and 1 guy at the reception knows a little Russian (I forgot my name). Cleaning every day, change of towels too. The room is clean, large, floor-to-ceiling Windows around the perimeter. We had a view more of nearby buildings, but we did not change the number, so it was normal. Everything is working properly in the room, there is a good water pressure in the shower and an excellent drain, no stagnation (a frequent problem in Dubai). The breakfasts are standard, there are always a lot of different fruits. Yes, monotony, but my husband and I had enough and there were norms, I don't know what else we need?! The pool is small, but cute enough and a cool view opens from it. To the Union metro station, walk 10 minutes on foot. The taxi always arrives quickly. The Deira district itself is certainly an amateur, but if you need a good hotel for a little money, then this one will be an excellent choice! If this hotel was located in the Marina area, the price tag would be many times higher. So we recommend it 100%

Great hotel, nice, clean, comfortable...responsive smiling staff..delicious breakfasts, a large selection of fruits..the metro station is not far away.there was no transfer to the beach.by taxi to the nearest beach la mamzar 15 min. 25 dirhams...very beautiful beach..20 min to the Emirate of Sharjah 30 dirhams by taxi.special thanks to the hotelier Jihangir, a Russian-speaking Uzbek...he helped us a lot...

When we come to Dubai, we always stay in Deira. So this time we decided to celebrate the pearl wedding anniversary here.Kristina met us at the reception and forgot the name of the young man who made us out, but thank them very much for the reception.The hotel is wonderful, friendly and always smiling all the staff. We lived on the 13th floor with a panoramic view of the bay.The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, buffet style. There is a beautiful view from the rooftop pool. The impressions were good. Water and coffee were brought quickly. But there was one soiled bathrobe in the room, and despite the fact that we talked about it to two employees and their promises, it was never replaced and the second one was not added. The room itself is comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the sound insulation is good. The shower didn't work, but the tub with shower solved the issue. This is the first time in Dubai, but this hotel is definitely not worse than the European fives. They didn't ask for a deposit from us.
