Close to the metro, 15 minutes walk to the Moll of Emirates, the breakfasts are delicious with Indian dishes (mostly vegetarian), the room was clean, no foreign hair was found, there was no dust anywhere either. In early December 2024, there was no noise from discos, etc. There was also an iron and ironing board in the room (not used). Of the disadvantages, it is far to go to the center and to the beaches, but these inconveniences are compensated by a pleasant price.
The hotel is 2-3 stars maximum. When checking into the room, there are only two small hand towels, a toothbrush with a mini paste (this is a plus), disposable slippers (also a plus), a cotton pad and some ear sticks, body lotion and soap, a kettle, cheap tea and coffee (milk powder separately in bags). There are no cutlery or plates.
I had to go to ask for towels (they brought it the second time), go to the restaurant to ask for cutlery.
3 cockroaches were killed in the room.
It is also impossible to make it warmer, although there is an air conditioner control panel, but no settings / settings helped to change the operating mode. You can only keep warm by turning off the air conditioner completely.
In the hotel, the nightclub makes it difficult to sleep. The sound penetrates up to the 4th floor. On the 4th volume, it's fine in principle, you can sleep, you can only hear the echoes of the bass. But they are audible. You wouldn't envy the people on the floors below.
The furniture and plumbing are old and chipped. The hot water in the bathtub is probably supplied from the boiler: it runs out if you stay there and forget that you are not in Moscow.
The staff is not bad: downstairs the gatekeepers open the doors, help with the suitcases. English speakers.
There was no smell in the room. There is a delicious smell of some kind of perfume everywhere in the corridor and at the entrance to the hotel.
The location is very convenient: close to the metro and a 24-hour supermarket, which is very important for budget travelers. The prices in the cafe in the hotel are very high, as is generally the case everywhere in Dubai. You can buy cheaper food in the supermarket. They cook there, and just like a regular store.
Convenient location. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby and several places where you can eat. The service is excellent. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. I didn't eat at the hotel, I don't know.
