A great place with affordable prices and quite tasty buffet breakfasts, there is a swimming pool and a spa. The metro is nearby, about 5 minutes on foot. There are supermarkets and a cat cafe nearby (inside the cat).
We booked a hotel for our babysitter through the Island (reservation code 183991731). We arrived late in the evening, but our reservation is not available. The hotel reception is not interested in helping at all, write to support. The answer came as follows: Unfortunately, the Golden Tulip Al Barsha Hotel has not confirmed your reservation No. 183991731. It happened because the sales were not closed on time: the available rooms had already ended, but we did not have time to inform about it. They gave me other options. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to change hotels half the night later.
I stayed here on a business trip. The area is convenient - not far from the airport, and also not too far from the Expocenter. There are inexpensive cafes and a supermarket nearby. The hotel itself is just a little tired. The breakfast is passable, but no more. The conditioner is plowing in the room, there is hot water. You can live. I took off the star for the cockroach in the room. I didn't go to swear, I nailed him with a slipper. But like this.
A normal hotel. It is located five minutes from the metro. Breakfast is served buffet style. There is a swimming pool on the roof. There is also a supermarket nearby.
Garbage dump, cockroaches running around in the bathroom. The bed linen is not changed, it seems to me even after the tenants, they just make it up. The furniture is old and it smells like junk. They don't vacuum at all, I left small pieces of paper on the floor on purpose. On the ground floor there are Korean and Chinese restaurants, a smell. In short, the hotel is not much worse. It's hard to call a hotel, it's a cheap hotel.
A terrible hotel, there is always some kind of smell in the fai of the hotel, one elevator works and you need a lot of patience to wait for it, during the 7 days of arrival they never changed their linen, there are no bathrobes, although 4 stars implies the mandatory presence of bathrobes in the room. Cockroaches walked on the walls, the tables were never wiped clean, the appearance of cleaning was created in the fact that the beds were made. There was an early check-out, they asked for lunch and didn't do the check-out boxes either, a complete disappointment
The hotel is decent for ordinary people who are not used to going to the golden toilet. The price was 1.5 rubles per day. Believe me, hostels cost the same, and sometimes more expensive.
+
Very diligently trying to help with any request
Location
-
Very high humidity in the rooms, because of this nothing dries and mold in the bathroom
Cockroaches on the 1st floor, once I saw a cockroach on the 4th floor
Breakfast is very Indian, despite the fact that I love Indian cuisine, but not very tasty, rather to satisfy hunger no more.
Instant coffee only. The omelet is not edible, the eggs are too raw (always).
Not a reasonable time for buses to the beach, actually useless, never used (goes there after 15:00)
The opening hours of the pool are not convenient, only during the day you can swim, and during the day there is no one at the hotel. Which automatically makes it useless. It would be better to work from 8 to 22.
Everything in the rooms is old and dead, the room is smoky, the windows are so dirty in the room that nothing can be seen through them. There are cockroaches running around in the bathroom. Of the advantages, only the location of the hotel (near the metro).
Plus the hotel is located near the metro, the kitchen and the service staff are Hindus. The only disadvantage is that you need to immediately pay a commission for the settlement, if there is no local currency, then they change it at an unfavorable rate.
The hotel arranged it. The three are strong. The main problem is humidity. If there is a problem with the respiratory system, etc. It may escalate. That's what happened to my wife.

The staff is friendly. Good service. Settled earlier than according to the regulations))
Breakfast: the food is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. There is Indian cuisine, which is not to everyone's taste. But there is also Russian-European cuisine: potato pancakes, sausages, pancakes, boiled eggs, toast with cheese, butter, oatmeal porridge, cereal with milk, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, sweet rolls, tea, coffee, ...
I note that very interesting paintings hang throughout the hotel.
There is a swimming pool on the roof and sun loungers where you can sunbathe.
The room was clean, cleaned daily.
In the living room you can buy vouchers for excursions.
One of the advantages is also: Mashreg Metro station is a five-minute walk from the hotel, Emirates Mall is a 15-minute walk from the hotel or the next metro stop is even faster by taxi.
A good hotel, not fresh, but clean in the rooms and the service is on the level, there is customer orientation, we were a month ago in another hotel with the letter N, where world trade street, there was no customer orientation at all!
I am completely satisfied with Golden tulip and will return to Dubai when I live in this hotel)
At the airport, the PCR was not handed over and, accordingly, the application was not downloaded. Now, according to the hotel, we were brought in at 8 a.m. we paid the tourist tax of 120 dirhams and immediately settled in without any problems. The staff is very responsive, yes, only English does not understand Russian, but I think those who constantly fly to different countries know some words and that's enough. We were settled in 521 rooms, clean and renovated. There were no problems with anything, if something was missing, they immediately brought and supplemented more than even necessary, for example, they gave us a lot of water, coffee, tea, sand, cream...more than it should be. We had breakfast included. For breakfast there was always milk porridge and eggs, toasters with butter, jam, everything else I didn't eat is not mine, I also eat at home. A big plus of the hotel is a transfer to the JBR beach 3 times in – 11.13, 15.08, 18.35 and back 3 times - 14.02, 18.00 and 20.00. This is a free city beach near Dubai Marina. You can go to the hotel in the evening for free on the transfer after walking around the Marina. There is also a transfer to Bluewaters from 10.25, 12.50, 15.25, 18.25 and back at 12.00, 14.30, 17.30 and 20.30. This is an artificial island opposite Marina Beach. It has the highest Ferris wheel in the world, Air Dubai. And you also get to a wonderful island for free on the transfer, where there is something to see, especially if you leave in the evening on the last bus. The metro is next to the hotel. We took excursions to Abu Dhabi for $75 + PCP for $30. And there was a sightseeing tour of Dubai for $ 110, this tour included Madinat Jumeirah or Dubai Venice, Palm Jumeirah Island, a catamaran restaurant, Dubai Mall, singing fountains and a climb to the Burj Khalifa. All the sights that we wanted to see in a short time in Dubai, we saw in these excursions. We bought natural, very tasty juices, such as mango. We walked for 15 minutes. in the mall of the Emirates, there are boutiques for every purse, we did not even think that we would buy very high-quality things for such money. In general, I liked everything, the hotel is designed for tourists who came to see the sights of Dubai, and not to sit in the room and look at the negatives for themselves. The Persian Gulf is a fairy tale that smoothly turns into the Indian Ocean. We visited all the oceans and appreciated this beach perfectly because I love wide, clean, warm, transparent turquoise water. Special thanks to the responsive, friendly hotel staff. And the big plus of the hotel is a free transfer to the beach. Not all hotels have such a service. Thank you for your hospitality.
Nice staff, good food
On their stars fully fulfills
Towels are changed often
The air conditioner is working properly
No inconvenience was caused
I recommend it if the budget is limited
The hotel is dirty, cleaned only when you ask several times. The attitude of the staff is bestial, the rooftop pool is small and there is not enough space either. And the most unpleasant thing is the view from the window! He's in the wall! I will never come to this hotel again
Honestly for your money, idin is one of the most budget hotels in the area, it has a very favorable location. If the quality of breakfast is not important to you, then the hotel is not bad, the staff is only Hindus, and mostly working Hindus live there too, because the hotel is cheaper per month than renting housing. The rooms are ordinary, like people said that there are bad rooms there, but we paid a little extra and took an improved one, I don't think it pulls 4 stars, rather 3 stars, but the order and, in principle, normal rooms are its plus, the staff and breakfasts are a minus, the service is as usual, we didn't notice anything like that.
Convenient location of the hotel.
There were problems with the location in the room - they promised 3 beds for adults, in fact there were 3 of them, but 2 adults and 1 child🤦♀️
There was almost no cleaning in the rooms, it was terrible (I had to invite every time).
It was impossible to turn off the air conditioner, strong condensation immediately appeared in the bathroom (this was not warned in advance, so there were problems), when the air conditioner was turned on after a while it became very cold. A double-edged sword. There were smudges on the ceiling and walls in the room, it looked like mold.
The space around the pool is scary.
The gym was always empty, work out at least from morning to evening.
The staff at the entrance is friendly.
Breakfast is not the most delicious, but sometimes you can eat.
I wouldn't have returned to it again.
I was at this hotel in April 2019. There is a shuttle bus to JBR beach. The breakfasts are not bad, you won't die of hunger))). I even had a small balcony in my room, it was possible to go out.
An excellent hotel for its price, optimal value for money , friendly staff, lots of shops and catering nearby - prices are very affordable. Near the metro and bus stop, car rental for every taste
The hotel was a bit disappointing. The building was built in the 80s, repairs have not been done for a long time.
+ friendly staff, soft beds, 4 minutes from the metro
- there were dirty chairs in the room, smudges on the ceiling in the bathroom, a tuft of hair in the same place, it's cold in the room, the breakfasts are monotonous and not very tasty.
It doesn't look bad in the photo, but it's not very good in real life
A very tired hotel with a rather sluggish staff. The hair on the bathroom floor has been lying there all week. There is dust on the walls, it is very cold in the room.
One of the advantages is the location, 15 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates, 5 minutes to the metro. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. A free bus runs to the beach 2 times a day.
the average inexpensive three,
there are breakfasts (the usual European 2-3 dishes, such as scrambled eggs / sausages / rice /chicken stew, cereals, powdered coffee and toast, sometimes disposable jam)
towels are not changed every day, you either have to throw them on the floor in front of the door or ask
for old furniture.
the staff is friendly and does not speak Russian
We were together with a friend from April 15 to April 22, 2019. A huge plus of the hotel is the proximity to the metro and the Dubai Marina area. The hotel is nice, clean. The breakfasts are quite tolerable. Transfer to 3 beaches, but due to the large number of vacationers, they did not get to the transfer to GB AR, the bus came full. We often took a taxi to Barasti beach for 22 dirhams on average, the locals advise it. There are sun beds and umbrellas for free, but you can't bring water and food. When I visited Deira, I was glad that I chose this area, because there is a village by village, and here you can admire the skyscrapers on the way to the beach and to the Dubai Marina, and to the Burj Khalifa by metro is not far
The location is super! The breakfasts and lunches are excellent quality, but there is not enough variety for the buffet category. Dinners are absolutely not recommended, it's terrible. The staff is friendly. Room cleaning on demand. The rooms are very modest for 4. WI-FI and a safe are free in the room. The pool is excellent on the roof, the depth difference is from 0.9 to 1.8 m. Towels are free. It's a pity it doesn't work after 18 hours.
Everything is fine, both for a holiday alone and for a family holiday, there are several supermarkets nearby, prices are moderate, and the hotel as a whole, the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable, that's just a little difficult with drinking water, 2×0.5 a day or even two times, the pool worked from 8:00 to 20:00
Disgusting hotel. Mold and dirt on the walls, a very expensive price, there are 3 times cheaper and cooler options on the Booking. The food is monotonous and not tasty
If the price is acceptable, then it can be considered. It's enough for overnight stays. I didn't like the breakfasts. Buses to the beach on schedule. Close to the metro)))
You can only spend the night without breakfast, they suck. Very close to metro and Dubai Mall. The hotel is not expensive, so there is nothing to complain about.
Nice hotel. The food is not bad. There is a shuttle service to the beach. Friendly staff, but no Russian speakers.

Compared to other hotels in Dubai, this is certainly not a 4-star level. But very convenient location. 3 minutes from the metro. If you go to see the city, and not lie on the beach, then this option at a bargain price will be good.
We stayed in the hotel for only 1 day, as there were no rooms in our hotel. The rooms are cozy, but the air conditioning is not regulated and the bath flowed. The location is convenient, close to the metro, good breakfast. I didn't like the al Barsha area itself, there are construction sites around, dust, nothing interesting, the beaches are very far away. We took a deposit of $ 100, returned it in dollars, which pleased us)

There is a subway nearby. That's it. If possible, look for another place
Pretty tasty. Portions are just for slaughter. It's clean inside. My poor English did not become a problem in the order. The salmon has just been over-dried, but as Portia said... A long walk after dinner could not even cause hunger)))
I liked it! Well, what can you not like in Dubai... sea, sun, shopping!

There are problems with nutrition, the menu is meager from the word "absolutely"... But a good location: near the metro station, a large Mall. Big plus: transfer to three beaches (Marina, Point, Kate)
