This is a good hotel, nice rooms, perfect service in collaboration with the restaurant. Tasty food. Hotel has a good location near the metro and various shops. There was a compliment for the birth day from hotel: nice and delicious cake. Pillows are wonderful. Reception is so helpful and smiling, they decide any request quickly. That was a pleasant stay! Thank you.
Cool hotel
It was recently, on December 23
Very convenient location for such a price category.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfasts are not particularly varied by day
But basic dishes can always be found.
In general, everything is delicious)
On-demand cleaning, we've never been let down before, I think a small tip is a nice bonus for everyone
We don't mind, it was always perfectly clean afterwards)
We had a small room on the 2nd floor
We were upset at first, but then we found out that Wi-Fi is better on the lower floors :)
We didn't have a balcony, there was no view, either, but we assumed it
Come after a busy day to sleep
, relax super
Right there in the hotel, not from the main entrance, there is a 24-hour Blumart store next door.
Very , very convenient 👌
We also went to the gym(it's small, but in general there is something from the simulators)
And a cool heated pool
It's really great to swim in the evening
The location is 10 minutes from the metro, extremely convenient
To the JBR beach from the hotel + by metro + on foot, everything goes together in about 25 minutes if you want to walk :)
A budget hotel in a good area.Old rooms, but good plumbing and soft towels. Good mattresses, sleep comfortably. There are a lot of guests. The breakfasts are ordinary, you won't stay hungry. The staff is polite and always helpful. There are no balconies. We lived in a room on the second floor, with a window in the form of a pane. The pool was small, and there was a smell of bleach from the water. There is a supermarket and a cafe nearby. In general, a good hotel for a little money.
Hi, I want to tell you who lived in this mysterious Golden Tulip Media. The hotel is a fire, and the price is generally ridiculous for the Emirates! Well, okay, not "pennies", but for such buns, it's very adequate.
Breakfasts:
The buffet is like grandma's in the village, only grandma here is a chef from a five–star restaurant. Vegetables, cheeses (lots!), porridges, hot… In general, you can overeat so much that you walk around like a boa constrictor until the evening, digesting it.
Rooms:
Clean and pleasant. Cleaning is on request, that is, if you are not a pig (like me), then you can ask once every couple of days. The air conditioner is working – this is the main thing in Dubai! Tea-coffee-water is free in the mini-bar, but alcohol is already for money in the hotel bar)).
The pool
is not huge, but at +45 °C outside it is just a salvation. The sea is like soup, only salty. + C is not water, it's broth! There is a minivan–type bus to the beach from the hotel, and the beach from the hotel is so-so: people are like in the subway during rush hour, sun beds are paid (but everyone is sitting on towels anyway). We escaped to Kite Beach – there are fewer people there, and the breeze, and the Burj al Arab (the same sail) is visible.
Transfers and surroundings:
Free bus to malls is convenient if you like to shop. On the ground floor there is a bar with normal (for Dubai) prices, a Korean restaurant. There is also a mini-market, a salvation for night trips for water and snacks.
The chips:
- The gym, but of course we didn't use it. Why, if you can lie down?
- The staff is polite, they smile, even when you ask for the fifth time how to turn on the bathroom light (yes, I am like that).
In general, it's a great option for your money. If you don't need a private palace with golden toilets, then everything is top here. The sea is not very good, but in Dubai it is a problem everywhere (except for paid beaches). It's better to rent a car or taxi and ride around the cool places.
P.S. Rating: 8.5 /10 (minus for the beach, plus for breakfast and the lack of attempts to breed me for money
Not a bad hotel, good location) it is better to book in advance at the booking office, the price is much higher on the spot)
There is a small pool, a warm, normal standard breakfast buffet, and the rooms are nice.
A pleasant hotel with excellent breakfasts, flavors, a good location and a price/quality balance.
Near the metro, all attractions are easily accessible quickly and inexpensively
The location of the restaurant is good, the breakfast is 3 out of 5, I didn't have enough variety of dishes. The pool is small, not impressed. The room is not large in size, the bed is good and the bathroom is also normal. SPA - 400 dirhams for a massage, says anyone can do it, but the menu on the ground floor is much more diverse
I liked the hotel. The metro is nearby, the area is green. They take you to the beach and several malls. Excellent breakfasts. The room is large, has everything you need, cleaned on demand. Minus a small dirty window that doesn't open.
I really liked it, I am satisfied, the staff is polite, they always tried to help in everything. I was comfortable, I slept well at the hotel. The food is delicious. I'm not attaching a photo from the front.
I would even call it a three:
No new tea is brought into the room
There is no dryer in the room, and the standard does not have a balcony where you can dry things.
Things don't dry in the bathroom, they only dry in the room, and you still need to figure out where to hang them.
Three hangers for two
The first days brought 3 0.5 liters of water, then they began to bring only 2 bottles each.
No rubber slippers! Be sure to bring your own
Dressing gowns and soft slippers are also not provided. There are 2 towels, shared for the feet. Shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel - everything is there. We ran out of hand soap almost immediately and didn't get it. I think the man wanted money, but we didn't leave it.
Only the tourist fee was paid at the reception
I would definitely give the staff a 5, everyone is very polite, they understand perfectly:
We were provided with an adapter from a European plug to a local one
They provided an iron and left it with us for all the days of your stay in the room
As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the kettle wasn't working, and it was immediately replaced.
On the day of departure, they brought a printout with information on the transfer from the hotel to the airport
Food! Not greasy, not to say that there is an abundance, but there is enough of everything. In 8 days, we only got beef once, the rest of the time we had white fish and chicken 2 times.
For breakfast, there are eggs in various forms, blue sausages and various salads.
There is always rice, such as pilaf or curry
I advise you to take tomorrow and dinner, as you can change dinner for lunch (notify the buffet counter about the replacement 1 day in advance)
There are transfers to the beach and to some tourist places, they go 3 times from the hotel and like 2 times to the hotel. We did not use transfers. We took a taxi (44-50 dirhams to marina, 49-60 dirhams to kite via ya.taxi)
To the metro station 13-15 minutes on foot, Dubai Internet City station
There are supermarkets nearby
A wonderful hotel, within walking distance of cafes, where for 20 dirhams they will bring you a dish that you can not always eat alone, and there are 500 names of dishes there, and all are different in taste. A great pool, but there are two points that I would like to note: the first is sometimes in the evenings, if there are few people, there may be cool water and at some point the sun hides behind the skyscrapers opposite.
A very pleasant and polite hostess, perfect cleanliness is maintained everywhere.
A very powerful air conditioner that will create any weather conditions in the room.
Among the minor disadvantages: the cabin may not close tightly due to the peculiarities of the door, which causes a puddle on the floor to accumulate in the bathroom, but you can throw a towel on the floor.
But the main disadvantage, since it was the first time, we got confused on the first day, decided to go to the buffet for dinner with everyone, and they charged us 120 dirhams per person. And this is with a 10% discount. It was sad, especially when, as I said above, there are places in 10 minutes where for 40 dirhams, they will bring you 10 grilled shrimps with a portion of side dish, and the shrimps there are more similar in size to a chicken leg.
But traveling is all a trial and error path, if you know these subtleties, I would call this hotel ideal)))
I stayed at this hotel at the end of March. I really liked the hotel, the good location, the food and the room in which we lived. There were three transfers to Jumeirah beach. But one small disadvantage is the pool. It's very small. Otherwise, I would love to go back there!
We rested for a week in March 2024. The hotel is of a very good level, the room has everything you need, the interior is pleasant, just to add lighting.
I liked the breakfasts, my husband didn't. There were a lot of vegetables, one kind of cheese and ham, delicious mini croissants and a consistently good scramble.
The pool is small, but clean and the view is beautiful.
The area is not noisy, it is far from the sights and beaches, but you can take the metro, it is a 15-minute walk from the hotel
There is a swimming pool and a gym. The Swedish breakfast table is gorgeous. The only negative is check-in at 14:00 but check-in at 15:00 check-out at 12:00. Everything else is super, the service is super.

The hotel is chic and inexpensive. The breakfast buffet is varied, there is everything you want: vegetables, cheese, porridges, hot snacks, cheeses. Everything is very tasty and high quality.
Rooms are cleaned on demand. There is a small swimming pool. In the heat, it's the best thing, and you don't want to go to the sea. The sea water was about +40 in August. You can take towels to the beach under the painting.
There is a free shuttle service to the largest malls.
There is a bar on the ground floor, the prices are reasonable for Dubai. There is a Korean restaurant, but they never got into it. The gym was not used.
There is also a hairdresser, a beauty salon.
There is a small supermarket on the ground floor, it was a salvation.
There is a bar in the rooms. Tea, coffee, and water are free of charge.
The staff is polite and helpful.
The beach, where there is a transfer, is not very good. There are a lot of people, shops, paid sun beds that no one takes. The water is dark. We took a taxi to Kite Beach. It is not crowded, it is much cooler there, there is a cafe, the Jumeira sail hotel is visible. There is a park near the Jumeira beach, suitable for children and adults.
The hotel is nice, the staff is polite, they took breakfast, the food is good. It lasts for 3 days, then repeats. The room is cleaned every day! 10 minutes walk to the subway, free bus to Dubai Marina beach
Overall a good hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly. They clean it every day, but they don't wipe the dust off the shelves. I even asked them to wipe it off, they said it was fine, but they didn't wipe it off. Sometimes you can't find anything to eat at breakfast, it's almost monotonous. The location is very good, there is a Bluemart supermarket right under the hotel, which is open 24 hours.
The location is excellent, 5-7 minutes to the metro. There is a convenience store in the hotel building, and a liquor store across the street. The breakfasts were hearty, there was quite enough of everything. The pool was very helpful at +39...This is where all the advantages ended....Room cleaning had to be begged...The taka system...you leave the room, press the button asking for cleaning...you come back and nothing is cleaned...I had enough patience for 2 days...at the reception they said that I was pressing the wrong button...Yeah, sure...I seem to know the language, I can read.. and still not right🤦♀️ In a standard room, the bathroom is just tin as designed, one door beats on the bidet, the second on the toilet...The threshold from the shower is a couple of centimeters, so getting out of the shower is always a swamp in the bathroom itself...as a result, when leaving the shower, the leg went and the flight was fabulous, well, at least I didn't break anything, we won't definitely go there anymore,
A good city hotel , suitable for coming to sleep, the bed is comfortable.friendly and caring staff. The breakfasts are monotonous, you can eat, everything is fresh and delicious, but very simple, there are more interesting hotels for this price. A convenient location to get to the beaches, the city center, parks and shops nearby, there is a shuttle service to the malls, beaches and highways. It's a good area to live in, but if you go to a resort and spend a lot of time at a hotel, it won't work.
The staff is a big plus. At all levels. They are polite and attentive. The reception is beautiful girls) the breakfasts at the hotel are good. Cleaning too. A separate issue is the organization of shuttles to the beach. This is another quest that you don't want to participate in. Be prepared, if you are well-mannered and not arrogant people, to take a taxi or subway to the beach. The overall hotel is 4 stars for its 4 stars with good staff.
Pretty good hotel. Cozy lobby, polite staff, your own entertainment and excursions service, but it's better to book a vacation program yourself- it can save money (although in any hotel and country it is).
Sooo delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners. If you book, be sure to include it in the price of your stay, as it is expensive to eat in Dubai somewhere in cafes and restaurants.
During the renovation of the pool, the management took care to find an alternative in the form of a pool in a nearby hotel, which also indicates the level of service.
The location is convenient, not far from the metro station. Nearby there are also grocery stores, coffee shops, cafes. The hotel itself is pleasant and clean. The staff is friendly, they will tell you what you need and help you)

A wonderful hotel that fully met expectations and even exceeded them! The location is just perfect — just 5 minutes to the metro, which makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, not very modern, but clean, and for such a price it's a godsend.
The food at the hotel is good!
The view from the window turned out to be simply gorgeous — especially in the evenings.
I would like to mention the service separately: the staff is very friendly, always ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a rest with my daughter at this hotel! The food is great! The service is excellent! The pool is comfortable, there is a sauna and a gym on the top floor! The breakfasts are simply bombastic, especially the croissants.♥
We will definitely come again
An excellent hotel, the staff is as friendly as possible, there is a swimming pool, albeit small, there is a Korean restaurant (it's spicy there, I like it), delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, even without frills.
It's very cozy.
For provincial Siberia, a wonderful vacation: varied meals, a menu for any diet table, daily linen change and room cleaning, there is a small swimming pool, a gym, if necessary, there is a Russian-speaking hotel employee.
Nice hotel, close to the metro and Marina area, but far from the beach. You could get to the beach by bus from the hotel, it was impossible to get back because of the large number of people, we took the subway. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, there were plenty to choose from. The rooms are great, but without a balcony. Cleaning was carried out every day. Who cares, there is no Russian-speaking staff.
Lovely hotel, lived on the floor in a non-smoking room. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the metro. We really liked the hotel.

Great city hotel in Dubai.
Delicious breakfasts and dinners.
There are few people in the pool.
Very nice rooms.
The beach in Dubai Marina is very cool! The best beach in Dubai!
The rating is a solid 5ka. All wishes and requests are fulfilled by the staff immediately! The transfer to the beach is always on time. The cuisine is varied and delicious, including for children. Nice city hotel. To the metro station 15 minutes with a baby stroller! There is a taxi at the hotel around the clock. There is no alcohol in the hotel, but there is a shop around the corner in the same building! Suitable for families with small children! It's quiet and cozy! Far from the main highways! The rooms are equipped with everything you need, refrigerator, kettle, safe!
I really liked it, they explain everything at the reception, help, solve any questions. The staff is polite, smiling. Room cleaning every day, water is delivered every day, tea, coffee too. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and simple. The pool is from 7-19:00, we went to lunch, there are fewer people and it heats up from the sun, it's fun. There are shuttles, according to the plan, to all malls near the Marina, and to the beach jbr., The schedule weighs in the lobby, and you can ask at the reception. There is a 24/7 shop near the hotel. You can buy everything you need there. The metro is 5-7 minutes away, depending on how to walk) the bus stop is also nearby. He's also cute.
The hotel itself is not bad.Comfortable.Good cleaning and breakfasts are quite decent. But the management, some "crooked" Buses come to the beaches and malls, some strange ones, first a large one, but full of guests from Rotana, 5-7 people get there with a fight, then some retro seats for 20 and everything is in some kind of fuss, the manager thinks there is something thereHe's kicking someone out. Then you have to wait for something, such a service. They asked us to call a taxi, went somewhere, caught something, didn't tell us, apparently we have to show miracles of clairvoyance.Well, due to the difficulties we know with the cards, guests from Russia also had something to do with payment, then they sent an invoice to prove it without my signature, but just with the right price, well, I can also rivet a hundred of these at any price. In general, if you are going to use the services that I have listed from the positive ones, they include the location and the price in general, then choose boldly. But if you still understand that you can't get around the staff, then look for something else, they will overshadow everything positive for you.Arrogant, boorish people from third World countries
A good hotel , cleaning , change of towels every day, good cuisine , no frills , but delicious , huge portions for lunch , not enough .
It 's too bad that there is no Russian- speaking manager or administrator .
I chose it because of the rating/price ratio. The room is nice, spacious, upgraded. In it, one of the minuses is a non-working coffee machine, the rest is good.
The metro is not far away, 10 minutes.
Breakfasts are monotonous and not rich. The gym is small, but everything is basic, but I didn't understand if the air conditioner was working there, it seemed that it wasn't.
The staff is friendly, cleaned every day.
I liked one dish, I ordered it in rumservice for all 3 days, but each time it was cooked differently, but it's a pity.
The most negative for me is the pool, small, shallow, not even for swimming a little. The sun appeared at 11.30, when it was necessary to hide from it, the end of May. So it was not possible to combine a business trip and a tan.
Next time I'll choose another hotel...
The hotel does not pull at 4 stars in any way, it is a maximum of 3 stars. The condition of the rooms is poor, the renovation is old and looks bad. We booked a room for 3 people, we were given a room with two single beds. After much clarification at the reception, it was agreed that they would give an extra bed. The bed was uncomfortable. The rooms for three people are small. Breakfasts and dinners are monotonous, 90% of the dishes are repeated every day. The sockets are all with adapters, which hardly hold chargers - everything is loose. The sound insulation is mediocre. It's very noisy at night. Everything looks decent in the pictures, but not really. The staff is polite. On the day of check-in, we arrived early and were told that there were no available rooms, but there was money. So much for Arab hotel loyalty. I will not return to this hotel anymore.
Good location. Daily room cleaning. Decent breakfast and dinner . Shuttle to the beach and Malls . Friendly staff at the reception. There is a small pool, but there is enough space for everyone.

The hotel is decent, located in a good area. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. The room cleaning is average, the floors have just never been washed and hair tubers have been flying. The carpet was constantly wet. Breakfasts and dinners are average, there are options. However, the dishes were often dirty, or there was hair in the dishes. The administration should pay attention to the identified service deficiencies.
Lovely hotel, close to the metro. Good breakfasts: lots of greens and vegetables. The room is spacious. There is a shuttle service to the beach and the main shopping centers.
I booked the hotel in Bukin, at its price there were very good reviews. But after living in a hotel, I didn't understand where such reviews came from. Breakfast is very poor, on the 3rd day you don't know what to eat, there is no meat and cheese, the whole rest is one variation of terrible sausages. Fruits are only watermelon, melon and orange. Coffee machine only espresso and Americano, tea bags of poor quality. The pancakes are a little dry and there is only honey for them, something like nutella was given rarely and dosed.
Rooms are cleaned every day, but towels are not reported, a towel for hands and feet was only on arrival, then they were not given, you need to ask.
Shuttles to the sea are not from the hotel, but from the city. If you can't fit in the bus, then you get there yourself.
Pros - polite staff and decent, but not a large pool with sun loungers.
I wouldn't come here anymore.
There is also absolutely nowhere in the room to dry things, not one tube of the type of heated towel rail. The swimsuit does not dry out overnight.
The room was deluxe.
We stayed for two nights after the cruise, helpful staff, delicious food. We couldn 't have breakfast at the hotel , so we packed breakfast with us at the airport . It was very pleasant . The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
The hotel itself is quite clean, the service is there and the staff is responsive. The room has bathrobes, slippers and everything you need. The breakfasts are disgusting, there is no sausage, there is only white cheese, the choice of the hotel level is 2*.
