This is a good hotel, nice rooms, perfect service in collaboration with the restaurant. Tasty food. Hotel has a good location near the metro and various shops. There was a compliment for the birth day from hotel: nice and delicious cake. Pillows are wonderful. Reception is so helpful and smiling, they decide any request quickly. That was a pleasant stay! Thank you.

Very convenient location for such a price category.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfasts are not particularly varied by day
But basic dishes can always be found.
In general, everything is delicious)
On-demand cleaning, we've never been let down before, I think a small tip is a nice bonus for everyone

We were upset at first, but then we found out that Wi-Fi is better on the lower floors :)

A budget hotel in a good area.Old rooms, but good plumbing and soft towels. Good mattresses, sleep comfortably. There are a lot of guests. The breakfasts are ordinary, you won't stay hungry. The staff is polite and always helpful. There are no balconies. We lived in a room on the second floor, with a window in the form of a pane. The pool was small, and there was a smell of bleach from the water. There is a supermarket and a cafe nearby. In general, a good hotel for a little money.

Hi, I want to tell you who lived in this mysterious Golden Tulip Media. The hotel is a fire, and the price is generally ridiculous for the Emirates! Well, okay, not "pennies", but for such buns, it's very adequate.
Breakfasts:
The buffet is like grandma's in the village, only grandma here is a chef from a five–star restaurant. Vegetables, cheeses (lots!), porridges, hot… In general, you can overeat so much that you walk around like a boa constrictor until the evening, digesting it.
Rooms:
Clean and pleasant. Cleaning is on request, that is, if you are not a pig (like me), then you can ask once every couple of days. The air conditioner is working – this is the main thing in Dubai! Tea-coffee-water is free in the mini-bar, but alcohol is already for money in the hotel bar)).
The pool
is not huge, but at +45 °C outside it is just a salvation. The sea is like soup, only salty. + C is not water, it's broth! There is a minivan–type bus to the beach from the hotel, and the beach from the hotel is so-so: people are like in the subway during rush hour, sun beds are paid (but everyone is sitting on towels anyway). We escaped to Kite Beach – there are fewer people there, and the breeze, and the Burj al Arab (the same sail) is visible.
Transfers and surroundings:
Free bus to malls is convenient if you like to shop. On the ground floor there is a bar with normal (for Dubai) prices, a Korean restaurant. There is also a mini-market, a salvation for night trips for water and snacks.
The chips:
- The gym, but of course we didn't use it. Why, if you can lie down?
- The staff is polite, they smile, even when you ask for the fifth time how to turn on the bathroom light (yes, I am like that).
In general, it's a great option for your money. If you don't need a private palace with golden toilets, then everything is top here. The sea is not very good, but in Dubai it is a problem everywhere (except for paid beaches). It's better to rent a car or taxi and ride around the cool places.

I would even call it a three:
No new tea is brought into the room
There is no dryer in the room, and the standard does not have a balcony where you can dry things.
Things don't dry in the bathroom, they only dry in the room, and you still need to figure out where to hang them.
Three hangers for two
The first days brought 3 0.5 liters of water, then they began to bring only 2 bottles each.
No rubber slippers! Be sure to bring your own
Dressing gowns and soft slippers are also not provided. There are 2 towels, shared for the feet. Shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel - everything is there. We ran out of hand soap almost immediately and didn't get it. I think the man wanted money, but we didn't leave it.
Only the tourist fee was paid at the reception
I would definitely give the staff a 5, everyone is very polite, they understand perfectly:
We were provided with an adapter from a European plug to a local one
They provided an iron and left it with us for all the days of your stay in the room
As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the kettle wasn't working, and it was immediately replaced.
On the day of departure, they brought a printout with information on the transfer from the hotel to the airport
Food! Not greasy, not to say that there is an abundance, but there is enough of everything. In 8 days, we only got beef once, the rest of the time we had white fish and chicken 2 times.
For breakfast, there are eggs in various forms, blue sausages and various salads.
There is always rice, such as pilaf or curry
I advise you to take tomorrow and dinner, as you can change dinner for lunch (notify the buffet counter about the replacement 1 day in advance)
There are transfers to the beach and to some tourist places, they go 3 times from the hotel and like 2 times to the hotel. We did not use transfers. We took a taxi (44-50 dirhams to marina, 49-60 dirhams to kite via ya.taxi)
To the metro station 13-15 minutes on foot, Dubai Internet City station

Among the minor disadvantages: the cabin may not close tightly due to the peculiarities of the door, which causes a puddle on the floor to accumulate in the bathroom, but you can throw a towel on the floor.
But the main disadvantage, since it was the first time, we got confused on the first day, decided to go to the buffet for dinner with everyone, and they charged us 120 dirhams per person. And this is with a 10% discount. It was sad, especially when, as I said above, there are places in 10 minutes where for 40 dirhams, they will bring you 10 grilled shrimps with a portion of side dish, and the shrimps there are more similar in size to a chicken leg.
But traveling is all a trial and error path, if you know these subtleties, I would call this hotel ideal)))

I stayed at this hotel at the end of March. I really liked the hotel, the good location, the food and the room in which we lived. There were three transfers to Jumeirah beach. But one small disadvantage is the pool. It's very small. Otherwise, I would love to go back there!

We rested for a week in March 2024. The hotel is of a very good level, the room has everything you need, the interior is pleasant, just to add lighting.
I liked the breakfasts, my husband didn't. There were a lot of vegetables, one kind of cheese and ham, delicious mini croissants and a consistently good scramble.
The pool is small, but clean and the view is beautiful.
The area is not noisy, it is far from the sights and beaches, but you can take the metro, it is a 15-minute walk from the hotel

Rooms are cleaned on demand. There is a small swimming pool. In the heat, it's the best thing, and you don't want to go to the sea. The sea water was about +40 in August. You can take towels to the beach under the painting.

There is a bar on the ground floor, the prices are reasonable for Dubai. There is a Korean restaurant, but they never got into it. The gym was not used.

Overall a good hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly. They clean it every day, but they don't wipe the dust off the shelves. Pretty good hotel. Cozy lobby, polite staff, your own entertainment and excursions service, but it's better to book a vacation program yourself- it can save money (although in any hotel and country it is).
Sooo delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners. If you book, be sure to include it in the price of your stay, as it is expensive to eat in Dubai somewhere in cafes and restaurants.

A wonderful hotel that fully met expectations and even exceeded them! The location is just perfect — just 5 minutes to the metro, which makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, not very modern, but clean, and for such a price it's a godsend.

Nice hotel, close to the metro and Marina area, but far from the beach. You could get to the beach by bus from the hotel, it was impossible to get back because of the large number of people, we took the subway. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, there were plenty to choose from. The rooms are great, but without a balcony. Cleaning was carried out every day. Who cares, there is no Russian-speaking staff.

I chose it because of the rating/price ratio. The room is nice, spacious, upgraded. In it, one of the minuses is a non-working coffee machine, the rest is good.
The metro is not far away, 10 minutes.
Breakfasts are monotonous and not rich. The gym is small, but everything is basic, but I didn't understand if the air conditioner was working there, it seemed that it wasn't.
The staff is friendly, cleaned every day.
I liked one dish, I ordered it in rumservice for all 3 days, but each time it was cooked differently, but it's a pity.
The most negative for me is the pool, small, shallow, not even for swimming a little. The sun appeared at 11.30, when it was necessary to hide from it, the end of May. So it was not possible to combine a business trip and a tan.
Next time I'll choose another hotel...

The hotel does not pull at 4 stars in any way, it is a maximum of 3 stars. The condition of the rooms is poor, the renovation is old and looks bad. We booked a room for 3 people, we were given a room with two single beds. After much clarification at the reception, it was agreed that they would give an extra bed. The bed was uncomfortable. The rooms for three people are small. Breakfasts and dinners are monotonous, 90% of the dishes are repeated every day. The sockets are all with adapters, which hardly hold chargers - everything is loose. The sound insulation is mediocre. It's very noisy at night. Everything looks decent in the pictures, but not really. The staff is polite. On the day of check-in, we arrived early and were told that there were no available rooms, but there was money. So much for Arab hotel loyalty. I will not return to this hotel anymore.

I booked the hotel in Bukin, at its price there were very good reviews. But after living in a hotel, I didn't understand where such reviews came from. Breakfast is very poor, on the 3rd day you don't know what to eat, there is no meat and cheese, the whole rest is one variation of terrible sausages. Fruits are only watermelon, melon and orange. Coffee machine only espresso and Americano, tea bags of poor quality. The pancakes are a little dry and there is only honey for them, something like nutella was given rarely and dosed.
Rooms are cleaned every day, but towels are not reported, a towel for hands and feet was only on arrival, then they were not given, you need to ask.
Shuttles to the sea are not from the hotel, but from the city. If you can't fit in the bus, then you get there yourself.
Pros - polite staff and decent, but not a large pool with sun loungers.
I wouldn't come here anymore.
There is also absolutely nowhere in the room to dry things, not one tube of the type of heated towel rail. The swimsuit does not dry out overnight.
The room was deluxe.
