I had a rest from the tour operator from 7.02.25 to 16.02.25
Advantages: convenient location in the city center, close to the promenade along the lagoon and parks, singing fountains.
I took breakfast and dinner, a buffet, and I didn't stay hungry, but the breakfasts were monotonous. For dinner, the system is without drinks. Everything is quite tasty and satisfying. The restaurant has a beautiful panoramic view of the lagoon.
The room had a kitchen area, a comfortable bed, and a spacious large room.
Towels and soap accessories were changed every day. Tea, coffee, sugar, and water were replenished daily. Helpful staff, I do not speak English, we spoke through a translator. There is no Russian-speaking staff.
The building has a pharmacy and a supermarket, as well as a coffee shop. There are many cafes in Dol embankment.
Cons:
The room was cold, I asked to increase the heat 2 times, the master came, but the situation did not change, the air conditioner was blowing cold air (perhaps I was doing something wrong or the heating system was broken.)
According to the description, there should have been a microwave and dishes in the room, in fact they said that this room it does not imply this.
There is no shuttle service to the beach. 45 min walk. Alhan public beach.
They do not provide a transfer to the Dubai Mall, as in some hotels. I took a lot of guided tours from my guide, so there was a lot to go. (I didn't find anyone offering tours in the hotel itself)
The cleaning was average, the sink and bathtub were not washed, apparently they were not vacuumed (I dropped the pill and found it in a corner 2 days later.)
There is no electric dryer to dry the laundry, the washed clothes and the swimsuit dry for 2 days.
Overall, I was satisfied with my vacation, but if you need a beach vacation or shopping in Dubai, look for a transfer.

There is only furniture from the kitchen! No microwave, no spoons, no forks! There is nothing but a kettle and a refrigerator.
The rooms are spacious, Wi-Fi is excellent, everything is clean, cleaning every day.
They don't take you to the beach. Al Khan is 5 km away on foot. To Mamzar by bus (1 km to the bus stop, but you need a NOL card to get there, they don't take cash) with a transfer to bus 28.Travel through Sharjah is paid in cash. But if you're willing to splurge on a taxi, then there's no problem.
The breakfasts and lunches are excellent.A large selection of everything, without restrictions.
There is a swimming pool and sauna, but the pool on the roof did not work.
On the 1st floor there is a currency exchange and a grocery store.The first floors of 8-10 are all kinds of offices, a dining room, a swimming pool, and the hotel itself starts above. If you were given a room on the 11th floor, then in fact you will have the 20th floor.
The hotel is in a great location, probably the best in the whole of Sharjah.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night, because there was a transfer in Sharjah. Objectively, the hotel has a good location, all the infrastructure is around. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy on the ground floor. But be prepared for the fact that this is a tired smoky hotel. Dark rooms in need of renovation, we had 4 rooms, maybe we were unlucky. The room has a kettle (tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water), a safe, scales in the closet. Icy tiled floor - you definitely need slippers. The linen and towels were clean. An additional place for a child is a folding bed with a blanket instead of a blanket. Breakfast was not used because there was an early check-out.

Nice hotel. Large clean rooms with a nice big bed and a good mattress. Polite staff. The kitchen is not bad, we had breakfast and dinner. The only disappointment was the lack of tea or coffee, only water. Downstairs near the reception there is a very tasty coffee shop, a large supermarket. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many shops, playgrounds, cafes. The sea is 2.2 km away. You can walk, you can take a taxi, the cost is 13-14 dirhams. In general, the hotel left positive emotions, we were satisfied.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2024 with two children. A good hotel for a solid 4 stars. The rooms are large, cleaning is done every day, water is also provided. The food is a buffet. The choice is not very big, but everything you need to eat is meat and chicken, fresh vegetables and fruits, delicious pastries in the morning. There is no transfer to the beach, but there were no problems with a taxi, 15 dirhams to the beach. We walked back on foot, 40 minutes very slowly. The location of the hotel is very good, near the embankment, shops, parks. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a pharmacy, an exchange office, a large shop and a cafe with very tasty coffee! We definitely recommend the hotel!

We stayed at Golden Tulip for the second time from 16.01-22.01.25. We just took rooms without breakfast, cooked in the room, the gas stove worked well, the only thing that was confusing was the refrigerator "leaked", but it was quickly repaired. Towels and supplies were changed and replaced every day. The hotel has a convenient location- the Caricature center, next to the lagoon, we went to eat at the cafe across the bridge. The hotel is old, but the staff is trying, friendly. Our family got a gift- a free breakfast.
The hotel has a swimming pool, but the sauna was not working and the water in the shower was barely warm. You can also practice in the gym, there is a minimum of equipment for classes.

There is a supermarket on the 1st floor, the prices are reasonable. Currency exchange is also in the building, very convenient. The room wasn't cleaned, of course, but it was cleaned every day, towels were changed, no complaints. There are no shuttles to the beach, there is a minimum of 13.5 local money for a taxi. There is a park nearby, singing fountains, lots of places for walking, cafes. One of the best hotels at this price. The fitness room and the pool are acceptable, but the downside is that the saunas don't work, and you can't warm up after the pool.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are cool. There is a lot of furniture and even two TVs. It is very clean and cozy. The food is very good, very tasty, special thanks to the chefs. There is a fitness room and a swimming pool. The staff at the hotel and at the reception are very friendly and helpful. They will not leave anyone without attention, they will tell you everything. They will help solve the problems that arise. I definitely recommend it. The location is great. There is a bay across the street, a huge embankment. We arrived in October, the weather is great. When choosing this hotel, keep in mind that the beach is 5 km from the hotel. There is no transfer. The taxi will take you by a circular route (8 km) 500 rubles. in one direction. The food is normal. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the bay, but the windows are so dirty that the photo will not work. The staff is nice and courteous. The hotel requires cosmetic repairs, but not critically.

Great hotel. Good breakfasts, there is a small gym (I didn't like it), dead exercise machines. There is a large swimming pool, the water is warm, clean, indoor, but the renovation of the room is not very good and spoils the picture of arrival from this place. There is a shuttle service to a nice beach. The beach is great and clean. There are probably a lot of shops around.

One of the advantages is that it is well located, there is its own small Parking, rooms are not bad for this level (in fact 3 *) there are breakfasts, but conditional. On the ground floor of the building there is a shopping center, a grocery store, a barber shop ) . cons - tasteless portioned breakfasts, you have to walk 300 meters to the parking lot and there is almost always a full house. The entrance to the parking lot on the map, which often does not work. Then you won't enter, then you won't leave. Elevators in the hotel up without a card do not work. The cards also do not always work, as well as the entrance to the room. I went and reprogrammed them several times. The staff is aware of the problem, but apparently can't solve it. You can take a walk on the embankment right next to the hotel. You can also run on it, in the evening it is very convenient. It is not suitable for a sea holiday, far away if you are without a car.

Taxi only - Al Khan Beach. A taxi costs from 13 to 16 dirhams (count at the current rate). The costs are not bad, but it's always the same. Potatoes, sausages, omelets and fried eggs are cooked in front of you. Every day, the same person stubbornly asks which room you're from. And here's another thing, when checking in, water flowed from the ceiling into the room.... But the number was changed. There is a cheap day tu day store nearby (15-20 minutes on foot) - prices are several times lower than in Dubai.

I lived in this hotel on a high floor, there is a crazy view from there! There is a shopping center on the ground floor.The rooms in the hotel are very cozy and well maintained. There was also a bus from the hotel directly to the sea, the beach was amazing, we also had free (included in the price of accommodation) breakfasts, we were fed like in ordinary hotels. The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool (which you can't jump into (((). In general, the hotel is not even bad considering the local prices.

Towels were changed every day. Tea, coffee, and water should also be replenished every day, but this has never happened. There is no balcony. The central air conditioner worked only for cooling, there was a oak tree in the room. At night, this air conditioner made a lot of noise, even though it was turned off. The key card was constantly demagnetized, neither the number could be opened, nor the elevator could be called. You can take the elevator to the hotel floors only by inserting the card into the hole near the floor buttons. In the room there is a universal socket block with USB outputs, an adapter is not needed.

The room has a kitchenette with a kettle, a toaster, a set of dishes. A small refrigerator, a wardrobe, a table, armchairs, beds. The shower is a pallet with a curtain, the water went badly. We lived on the top floor, the view from the room was on the mosque. I was glad that the elevators were working properly. The food for breakfast is normal, but it's almost the same every day. The location of the hotel is good relative to the promenade and shops, but not good relative to the beach, very far away.

The breakfasts are nutritious, but monotonous. In the rooms: kettle, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenette without stove. Without a balcony - like most hotels in the UAE. Wi-Fi is flying. The iron can be easily taken on the floor from the maids. There is a large supermarket on the ground floor, and another one around the corner. Prices and assortment in them are different.
