A very good hotel, delicious and varied cuisine, courteous staff, the location is very convenient, the pool is small but there are plenty of sun beds. There is also a huge plus of having a shuttle service to the shopping center!

Great hotel! The staff is wonderful! Spacious, clean rooms! Very tasty food! And breakfast and lunch and dinner! Fresh fruits and seafood! Convenient location! A five-minute walk 7eleven, from the hotel the shuttle takes you to a huge shopping center, it can also be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes! There is a subway near the shopping center! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is cozy and colorful, although it seems a little old-fashioned. Convenient location, close to shopping malls, night market and metro station. The restaurant is awesome, the chef and his team are just Gods. Among the disadvantages are completely blind windows and air conditioners that "blow" so that it can only be turned on for a long time, otherwise it will blow.

Great hotel, great food, lots of seafood, local dishes, vegetables, fruits and super desserts!!! The rooms are spacious, clean, cleaning every day, incredibly soft bedding : down pillows and blankets. There are many shops and shopping centers nearby, a night market. The staff is very friendly.

We stayed at the hotel during the New Year holidays from 30 to 6. The check-in was quiet. The staff does not speak Russian from the word "absolutely", but we understood each other in different ways, there are no complaints. And in general, the staff is friendly and, I would say, not noticeable. The room was spacious, clean, linen and towels were changed every day. The hotel is located almost in the center of Bangkok, you can call a taxi in any direction. And you can even walk to places nearby. The hotel had a swimming pool, not big, but it was enough, and a gym, although we didn't go there, we didn't have time. We took accommodation with a buffet breakfast above all praise - food for every taste. I was so full that I had enough until the evening.
Minus. We were tormented by the toilet flushing system.

Special respect is due to the Tom Yam soup, which is prepared in the evenings in front of you, from the ingredients you selected in advance (the freshest products are right in front of the cooking area). Every day there is a varied selection of appetizers, main dishes, desserts. Juices are for an amateur, coffee and tea are delicious. The pool is good, you can swim in peace. There are plenty of sun loungers nearby. There is a gym with professional equipment. The rooms are large and cozy, with comfortable beds. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel (according to schedule) to the shopping center, and you can walk in 7-10 minutes at a calm pace. Responsive staff. Decent dry cleaning service.

The kitchen is good, the price tag is loyal. Rooms (standard) are common for Bangkok hotels of this level. Large bathroom + shower cabin. There is a towel dryer and software. - a thick pipe with hot water. Pool + sun beds on the 12th floor, not bad.
Location is a disadvantage. Sandwiched between two freeways. There is a shuttle bus to the Pra Ram IX metro station and the shopping center, and I walk -12 minutes.
The staff and service are traditionally fast and courteous.

Cockroaches. Shock of course. I returned 2 days ago, stayed at this hotel for 6 days. On the first day I saw a cockroach on the wall, I think OK, sometimes it's terrible, of course, but the next day I take a bathrobe and a cockroach falls on me again. I complained, I was immediately moved to another room, which smelled wildly of dichlofos. The rooms are old, it looks honestly shabby. Buffet, staff, hospitality, ok, but shock of course.....the location is not very good, there is nothing total nearby. I didn't like it, everything is old
