We brought a hamster to the clinic with a swollen cheek. It turned out that he had gained a lot of food and could not pull it back. The food in my cheek has already started to rot. They carefully pulled everything out for him, washed the erosion on the mucous membrane in his cheek. They prescribed medications. My hamster is as good as new. I only went to this clinic with my shepherd dog. She is almost 10 years old. You can't tell right away what she had. She just became sluggish, walked with difficulty, and had a stomach ache. They did an ultrasound. She's got a pyometer. It was already too late for us to apply. There was a lot of pus. 3kg! Considering that the dog is old, we were immediately told that it might not come out of anesthesia. But it was necessary to do the operation, because when the pyometer ruptures, pus will escape into the abdominal cavity and the dog will die anyway. I really trust the doctor. His advice.
