I liked the hotel first of all for its location. A quiet area, near a market, a shopping center, everyone bought souvenirs and gifts without any problems. All public transport is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need: refrigerator, hair dryer, soap accessories. The rooms have balconies. Yes, it is clear that the furniture is not new. but everything is good. There was a problem with the water / it was not cold / when checking in, but it was fixed quickly. Our breakfasts were included in the price, just gorgeous and delicious. There was a buffet where absolutely everything was presented: porridges, eggs in all kinds, nuts, pastries, homemade warm pancakes, various cold cuts, coffee beans and much more. I liked everything

Not a bad location, near a large shopping center, convenient free Parking. The rooms are clean and cozy. Excellent breakfasts.
Of the cons: there are few non-smoking rooms, the refrigerator in the room is noisy and does not cool well.

At the time of the visit (January 2025), the hotel was undergoing renovation, so there was a slight smell of paint. The room is slightly larger than the average size, the price category is average, and it is possible to include three meals a day in the bill for corporate clients. The equipment in the room is quite old, of the last generation, without the ability to connect external media. The room's lock refused to respond to the card, replacement did not help, they gave me a regular key, saved the day. There is wifi. The plumbing is also old, the shower cabin is leaking, but in general everything works, clean towels, hygiene supplies and dental kits. The weather conditions are severe - rain and wind. Apparently, in connection with the repair, the electricity was turned off (heating boiler acc. too), the glass was covered with ice, I had to climb under the blanket in my clothes😁 Meals are served in the dining room on the ground floor.

A very profitable hotel if the main criterion is price, this is where all the advantages end)) by the way, the service and the general attitude of the staff are on top! Breakfasts are not ice, you can't find a place for breakfast the first time, elevators are not just small but tiny, beds are creaky, kettles are dirty. It is quite suitable for extreme recreation.

I liked the hotel, we took two rooms for children (two separate beds) and adults (one double bed) both rooms are in good condition. The staff is polite, Russian-speaking, promptly solve all problems (they printed vouchers and e-tickets for travel for free) and other issues. The hotel has its own free Parking, plus it is possible to arrange inexpensive Parking for the duration of the trip. Cleaning every day, convenient location of the hotel in the city (near the city center, cafes, shopping centers, shops within walking distance) The breakfasts are varied and delicious (buffet). We provided a shuttle to the airport, packed a lunch box instead of breakfast. We were in late December -early January 2023, rooms were rented according to the price-quality ratio promotion in Astana, this hotel was out of competition. I definitely recommend it, we plan to stay here on our next trips.

The hotel does not pull for 4 stars, but they try very hard.
Upon check-in, I waited for the administrator for about 5 minutes, there was no one at the reception.
I lived in a non-smoking room, but there was still a smell, perhaps due to the general ventilation or the bed linen smelled.
Carpet cleaning in the rooms is required.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty.

I would remove a couple of stars from the four drawn at this hotel. The poor condition, the smell of the kitchen on all floors. It would not hurt to repair both the exterior and interior. It doesn't even smell like four stars. There aren't even toothbrushes in the shower. But the breakfasts are delicious and the bartender Zakir is well done!

In the sauna, you wait for the waiter for an hour, they wanted to wash the car, promised to call us, and did not wait for the call from the sink. The prices on the website do not correspond to the real ones, as well as the prices in the elevator advertising do not correspond to the prices in the menu for promotions.

This is the worst hotel in my life😟
The only good thing is the smiling staff.
Everything else is bad - the decoration of the rooms, like at my grandmother's cottage, the furniture is falling apart, the plumbing is just in terrible condition, mold and lime deposits in the shower.
A double room of no more than 6 sq. m. In addition, the door was constantly either not closing or not opening (broken locks).
The Prestige room is large, but the entire wall has panoramic glazing from which it blows very strongly.
The Suite can still be recommended. But if you plan to work or watch movies online, listen to music, answer emails and watch social networks - do not count on wi-fi.
And finally. The breakfasts are terrible. There is no pool there, as indicated in the description. There is a paid sauna with a font.
In general, I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not wish it on myself!🫤

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, 4 stars and not even close. Dirty carpets that have never been cleaned in 4 days, only garbage is taken out, the shower is broken, the air conditioner does not work., water and tea were given only upon arrival, coolers are empty on all floors, kitchen staff and maids are extremely unwelcoming. The girls at the reception and the guys at the buffet are friendly, respond to requests, it is possible to sleep only in rooms that do not face the courtyard, so from 5 a.m. you will listen to the laughter and smoking of the staff every 10 minutes. Of the advantages, there are shops and cafes nearby., a lot of TV programs in different languages.

We spent 3 nights on 09/23/2022 , 09/24/2022 and 10/06/2022 , so on the last night prices increased 2 times , although we booked in advance . All this is in the light of recent world events. But there is nowhere to go, they remained. Because everything was busy in Astana at that time.
