It's not a bad place, a pleasant area and it looks like the only golf course and golf academy in Belarus. The disadvantage is that you can't just come to see it, take a walk. A car without a password or record will not be allowed to pass. For residents of the area, it is a plus, of course, for guests it is a minus.
