This company does its job just disgusting! On 12/25/2024, I turned to them for grinding and boring the block, polishing the crankshaft, grinding the cylinder head, replacing the valve guides. The receptionist told me to bring the valves to adjust the gap between the valve stem and the guide sleeve. There is such a thing as an exchange and return of an item if it suddenly did not fit. Each valve was in a separate package. Instead of at least opening one of the 16 valves and trying it on, they opened all 16 valves and even splattered the packaging with their oil hands and said other valves were needed. When replacing the valve guides, a huge gap was made between the valve stem and the guide sleeve. The old guides weren't even as broken as the new ones had become. As a result, I was damaged by 372 bel.rub. for 16 valves and 106 bel.rub for valve guide bushings. Of course, they did not admit their mistake. Then the problem arose with the crankshaft. They said that it had only been polished (although I initially asked them to check it) and all the crankshaft necks remained standard size. As a result, I bought connecting rod + STD root liners, started assembling the block, and after assembling the block, I started scrolling the crankshaft manually to make sure everything was fine, but as a result, there was a knock. I got upset and started looking at everything and saw a decent backlash between the connecting rod insert and the crankshaft neck. Again, I had to sort everything out and take the crankshaft to another place. In another place, the crankshaft was measured in my presence and it turned out that it needed to be sanded to fit the repair size. Plus, again, the damage is 200 bel.rub. for the STD liners that I bought and went to the trash and it was in vain to polish 65 bel.rub. Before you go to this company 1000 times, think! You wouldn't even recommend such a company to an enemy! And they have a sign with GERMAN TECHNOLOGY. If this was how they did their job in Germany, then such a company would be closed instantly!

Oh, if only it were possible to leave 0 stars. Not high-quality engine diagnostics and not complete repairs, for which 2000 was initially paid and then 600 for additional diagnostics and alterations. Keeping silent about problems that cannot be fixed in order to retain the client. They do not take responsibility for themselves. And the head of the technical department said: "there is nothing to restore the engine, buy a new one." And this is the official position of the engine repair company. A nightmare!

Yes, it is clear that it is not their profile, but already before entering the box, the master receptionist, apparently, confirmed that there is a tire service, we will do everything. They did it badly! In the process, I noticed that the rubber is directional, to which I received the answer that I see everything and know everything. As a result, the tire was installed incorrectly. Yes, I didn't notice it right away, but when I got to work, and it's literally in the next building from them, well, or in line of sight. Without problems, everything was redone and for free, although the master mechanic at the beginning tried to say that he did everything right (like a fool himself), but not correctly, he even looked at the other wheels himself, and when I asked him to smear the sealant a second time, he received an answer that it was not necessary, to my remark that in in that case, I will come to them for the third time, and this is the time. What is the result? An hour and a half, together with the alteration to one wheel with a normal puncture, is a lot.
What's all this about? The same master, when I arrived, was adjusting the valves of the engine head of someone's car (he said so himself). I sincerely wish that this was NOT your car.
There are probably good specialists there, but I did not encounter them.

hello, I left the crankshaft to restore the keyway, just cut a hole (round key), drilled a little asymmetrically, and hammered it so that the shaft became an egg, 5 acres, plus an egg shaft. The pulley does not stand up straight. Clearly, people are working without understanding the internal combustion engine and its principles of operation.
The only advantage is fast (1 day), but this does not justify poor work, drilling a hole for 150 rubles is ridiculous!!!

The conversation turned out to be easy with knowledge of the topic and the subject of the conversation. But while I was figuring it out, they told me to collect manatees and they told me that there is a cylinder head repair on Kozlova22 Street, it's the same company. There's nothing to do, I packed up and went. There are no requirements for acceptance and work. Everything was done properly. But the spare part is something. I haven't seen such a divorce on spare parts prices for a long time. I have spare parts without discounts (and they have such a large scale, most likely wholesale discounts somewhere. I think so. ) a quarter cheaper , or even more could buy (and bought). I open the first site I see with him (and before going to them, I reviewed a lot of sites and oriented myself in prices and popular manufacturers, for this repair of the cylinder head) and began to name prices, and he looks at me and cannot explain his (on average more expensive by 50-80 rubles, depending on the manufacturer) prices. It's something with something. I met this in the early 2000s when I was just starting my driving history.
So I would say so. Before contacting them, check the prices of spare parts very well.
Once again, I did not find any reasons for dissatisfaction at work and would put a solid 5, but for spare parts I would not put higher than 2-3. I agree it is necessary to earn money, but the main thing is that the mouth does not crack from a bitten piece.
