Very good reviews about the institution, but unfortunately we could not join them. Maybe the cook had a bad day, maybe the waiter had his first day? To be honest, lunch at the canteen and the service at the bazaar the day before Golpas were better. There were 2 menus for 7 seven guests. They patiently passed it to each other, after about 15 minutes they asked for more, and gave 2 more. One of the ordered dishes was immediately refused. They ordered another one instead. Two girls from our company ordered one liver kebab with vegetables each. After about 15 minutes, the waiter informed me that they could only make 1 barbecue with liver. We are making a new order. After half an hour, the waiter informs that the barbecue (almost everyone ordered a different kind of barbecue) will be in 15 minutes. In total, it took an hour and a half to wait for the "main course". In between, they caught an insect and a fly from the drinks. They laughed, but did not advertise. Insects, well, what to take from them. The long-awaited barbecue with liver was brought. The liver is there, there are no vegetables... We call the waiter, ask for the menu. We're talking about whether we ordered it. We read with the waiter: shish kebab with liver and vegetables. We plow where the vegetables are. The waiter takes a fork, gently spreads the liver, says: "Here!" and points to the Caesar salad lying next to him on a plate. We explain that this is a different dish. He picks up the plate, appears about 15 minutes later with the liver and already with vegetables. But it didn't end there. Half of the lamb kebab in my sister's plate turned out to be charred. It is necessary to handle the claims again. Her dish is being prepared anew. While they were cooking, all the guests had already had dinner. They asked me to pack it in a container, he will take it on the train tomorrow. But to date, she has essentially gone without dinner. In general, the rest of the food was not special, other establishments in Taraz cook better. But that's not all. The cherry on the cake was another discovery on the way home. First, they ordered 2 salads, then I ordered another one, because they didn't bring the kebab, and the food on the table was running out. The third salad was never brought, but they took the bill for it. I did not remind the staff at the end that the order did not appear on the table. But I never thought that it would be included in the payment. My husband was paying, and he did not know that I had made an additional order during his short absence. I saw how unpleasant it was for my husband, as the inviting party, for all the inconveniences in front of the guests. We are guests of the city and we do not have the opportunity to invite you to our home and cook for ourselves. We didn't choose the cheapest place and really wanted to make this evening unforgettable. In a certain sense, he remained unforgettable.. Conclusion: do not invite guests to unfamiliar places. Do not rely on reviews on the Internet. I want to believe that it was a good institution, we heard a lot of good things about it. In our case, something went wrong. There are too many "joints" at one time. I do not recommend this restaurant in any way. The worst thing that happened during the evening was live music. The pianist was just great.
