I decided to walk from the hotel to your bar. I had a goal and a pass in the net for the first time. Perhaps all the establishments in the chain differ from each other, but the review is solely based on your bar.
Before leaving, I read the reviews, there are practically no bad ones, I decided to go to you.

Your staff is excellent, attentive and polite! Well done)
The atmosphere was created for a sports bar, but everything is somehow uncomfortable and uncomfortable. There are few places on the ground floor and it is cramped, there are more places on the second floor, but it is also cramped and the ceiling overhangs. From my table, the TV with the broadcast of the match was not visible, if you move to another chair opposite, then you can see a small TV on the wall. And it's not just my desk that's in this position. You're a sports bar!
It is inconvenient and uninteresting to watch popular sports broadcasts here.
For beer)) It's generally an open question here. There are only 2 grades on the taps!!! Why are there so few... is this a bar? Where is dark, wheat at least....you can add variety. Bottled, too, only about 5-7 varieties. It's not too thick either.
According to the food, I took only fried shrimp in batter and cognac sauce. They go with sauce in batter, in general they are normal, it's terrible for cognac sauce! I returned almost everything as it is, offered with my hands, they give me a cup of water and that's it)) there are no wet wipes or gloves, the hands after the first shrimp are dirty, greasy and how to proceed ... do not take the phone, the glass is immediately dirty. Well, after the first one I washed my hands in a cup, but then the story is the same, but the water is greasy and dirty....

Any cafe in the city of Astana is beautifully decorated. But the kitchen Goal + pass cannot be compared with anything! My daughter and granddaughters, who are grown girls, and I often go to this cafe. The design is cozy, the cuisine is Top class, and this applies to all Gol+pass cafes in the city. In any of them, you will be given a delicious and satisfying meal, and at the same time watch sports games on numerous televisions. I recommend.

Super tasty, quick cooking, instant service. Tips are not included in the receipt, they remain at your discretion. There are several cool dishes every day until 3 p.m. (beef liver, Kiwi cutlet, etc. You're going to die!) I recommend.

It is very noisy , the administrator does not turn the TV down , this football is yelling in his ear , the waiters do not respond to the call at all , there is no normal menu only online , online is not convenient at all , there are no normal kebabs , in general the menu is disgusting , it is impossible to be , it is not worth going there !
