Hello.I want to thank the dentist Maxim Arturovich Botukh in the treatment of two teeth at the reception. The doctor is very friendly and attentive. Thank you for your professionalism, for your hard work, and for your empathetic attitude.May there be more wonderful doctors like you in this world. And a low bow to the dentist-surgeon Anatoly Mikhailovich Patorsky (if you pull out a tooth, then only to him).
Good afternoon, dear management of this "institution"! I have been using the paid services of your clinic for more than one year.I always turn to one doctor and take the opportunity to note his professionalism, Doctor Kashpur. Unfortunately, this cannot be said about the boorish, I would even say, redneck behavior of an employee of your registry office!!!
Today, on December 31, at about 12:40, I contacted this "institution" by phone, since this is not my clinic at the place of residence. And I live outside the city. You must agree that recording by phone is much more convenient for today and in my case, a personal visit. But apparently your receptionist has a different opinion.
I called to make an appointment for a professional dental cleaning, since last summer I had this procedure for the first time in this "institution". The cleaning was done by a male doctor, and I was very pleased with his meticulous work and the result. But I didn't remember the doctor's last name, because it was the first time I had seen him for this procedure, unlike Kashpur.
And so I decided to repeat this procedure, of course, I liked the doctor.
After all, I'm the client, and I'm paying a lot of money for the service (the price was 150p last summer), and in my opinion, I have the right to choose which specialist to go to.
My request to the registrar is to make an appointment for brushing teeth, on a weekday, any time from 17:00. I was offered a time that was convenient for me, even at the end of next month (I don't mind waiting, I'm not on fire)I agreed, but I asked to see a male doctor, as I had already seen him once, and I liked it. To which they ask me the name of the doctor, and this is logical, I explain that I did not remember the last name, as I understand it, you have several male doctors who carry out cleaning. Her response: Well, I also don't know who you've been to, it's up to you to remember and write it down. I suggested that the receptionist use my card to find out the doctor's last name.Although, in the understanding of a normal healthy person, this, and without a sentence, should, maybe, should (call it what you want) be done by the registrar. To which I received an answer, a quote, a direct speech: I will not look at anything, I will not look at any cards!.
I ask: How so, and why?
Answer: Come in person and make an appointment.
To which, of course, I replied: I will definitely come to the head doctor, let him personally, since you can't, look at my chart and make an appointment with a doctor.
That was the end of the conversation.
But my patience is not over. I call her back, she answers, and I ask her the question: Is it the time of the chief physician's appointment?
Answer: Look at the website!
And they hung up.
If your staff is not aware, they have no right not to provide this information, even if it is indicated on the website!
I will spend my time and will definitely come to this institution for the last time (thanks to such rudeness and piggishness) to clarify this incident.
If you have even the slightest opportunity to contact another clinic, take advantage of it.And if you want to ruin your teeth, then you're in court. Everything that you heal will be removed in 1.5-2 years. Starting from the reception desk, where everyone considers themselves the head, and ending with paid services, it's a complete horror. Give me a ticket to the surgeon. Why would you? What happened to you? Your doctors, who, God forbid, did their best, that's what happened to me. The filling fell out, the tooth began to sink, and it came to 35 K. There are also "stars" there."-Sign up for treatment (this is in 2 weeks), and then either heal or remove," At the same time, there is not a single person in the corridor. What everyone is thinking about right now is hanging right in the air. The pin fell out, came to the paid one. The cement was poured and plopped back. And clean the hole? Why did it fall out? Maybe there are remnants of old cement or a piece of walnut stuck there? They didn't bring me by the hand, so I'll get away with it anyway? .In general, this is not the place where they will help you................
Had teeth removed (for free). Everything went great. When there were minor doubts, the doctor sent me to take a picture (for free) to make sure that the root that was crumbling was completely removed, and did not just send me home. You can make an appointment at the reception without any problems, the staff is polite, and you can also make an appointment by phone.
It's nice to come in after the renovation. I was on the record today at the removal of 8. I left happy, I didn't feel any pain.
Many thanks to Danila Bondarenko, the surgeon.
The disadvantage of organizing the reception. There are not enough doctors. I came by appointment, and I got an appointment an hour later.
She came in a serious condition due to acute pain, was not accepted, and was sent to the Regional Hospital because she was registered from the Gomel region. In the regional hospital, 220/100 pressure became bad right in the chair . I almost gave my soul to God. Thanks to the doctors of the regional dentistry, I could have had a stroke at the age of 45. The legislation prescribes acute pain should be taken in any clinic!
The clinic has changed for the better, compared to a couple of years ago: the corridors have been renovated - it's not so scary to sit waiting for an appointment, compared to the old gray walls. Polite receptionists. I was very surprised that they called back from the state polyclinic to inform me that there was a free and more convenient time for me. I treated my teeth at the doctor Stashchenko - everything was fine, no worse than in a paid clinic. Of the disadvantages, there are no experienced surgeons left (they advised removing the tooth better elsewhere) and, in my opinion, not the most modern equipment, but they perform their task on it.
Disgusting filling material. Falls out before reaching home. And it's not the doctors' fault. Even in paid offices, the seals fall out after 3-4 hours. Doctors say that they buy only Belarusian materials. During anesthesia, needles are used to remove teeth as in 60-70 years. The crunch and pain are such that you no longer want to pull out a tooth. Potocki is a doctor from God, but apparently for all the years of his work, he was so fed up with rotten teeth that he became rude, impudent and boorish. In general, going to the dentist is like going to Calvary.
Hello. I would like to express my gratitude to Akhtyrchenko Evgeny Vitalievich. The doctor is attentive, tactful, professional in his field. I am pleased with the medical services provided to him, and with the good human attitude. Thank you for your hard work. I advise this doctor without the slightest doubt.I was at the reception on 09/18/2024.
Disgusting attitude
! a seal was placed on February 27, it fell out today (March 19), it took 5 minutes to be put back
in, they said the nearest entry is for the month of April.
Free dental clinic, previously the tartar was removed at a dentist's appointment and for free, now I was at the dentist, all the teeth are fine, I said there is tartar in several areas, the answer to the question of how to remove it is oooo no,we do not do this, you are only on a paid appointment, three years ago in 15 minutes it was done for free in the office, what has changed? That is, if suddenly a person does not have the opportunity to pay, go like this...remove the stone 10 rubles, I do not even know how much of it and in which areas...and how much I will give in the end...moreover, when I did ultrasound removal for free, the quality was what before what after, where is the guarantee that the work will be done successfully?Of course, I signed up for a paid one, I wonder if I can keep up with 200 rubles...for 1 tooth 10 rubles
I hope my review will be read by the management of the clinic. My mother, a pensioner, treated a tooth in the fall at Pavlova I.P. The doctor put a seal gave a guarantee for a year and with the words, if you get sick, come. I got sick, and even on the weekend. I had to sit on Krestyanskaya Street for half the night. First aid was provided. Then, under warranty, I came to the clinic. Assured, yes, guaranteed, free of charge. They were treated for a long time. In the end, in addition to free guaranteed treatment, the pensioner was billed for cleaning the channels at the half of her pension. I hope the State Control Committee will take a closer look at this institution.Deep unprofessionalism, unrealistically high prices. People, contact private clinics with good specialists!
We arrived at an appointment for acute pain, the dentist-surgeon Patorsky gave an injection of anesthesia, all the anesthesia flowed out and he cut off a piece of swollen gum hanging over the tooth. We will not turn to this surgeon anymore, even if it presses hard

The clinic itself is good, but there are many doctors of retirement age who take on few cases. And my husband also had his tooth ruined in a paid office. If you go to the paid office of this polyclinic, it's better to go to the branch on Kotovsky Street, because specialists are tight here.
Excellent dental clinic! I have been serving it for about 20 years.
Doctor Brileva is a dentist from God!
I had to go to the surgery and take a picture, attentive service.
I treated here for the first time at a paid department. The staff is good. At the reception, the doctor told in detail what happened to the tooth and how it would be treated. I consulted on other teeth. They write about the long wait, I was personally accepted even ahead of time.
The best and most attentive prosthetist in this clinic is Alexander Ivanovich Khvidchenya, and in general an excellent clinic, they will never refuse admission, even on a day off you do not need to look for paid services with acute pain
The most famous dental clinic in the city.
Modern equipment.
Experienced doctors.
In general, not only the doctors, but all the staff left a good impression.
Only their download is too big. After passing the time specified in the ticket, you can also sit in the queue for 20 minutes. But they will do it slowly and efficiently!
Polite and professional specialists, especially I would like to mention the chief physician Suprunova O.K. - kind, responsive and a true professional in her field
It is very well serviced, attentive doctors, paramedics, surgeons, prosthetists and junior staff.Convenient self-recording.There are practically no queues at the reception, they will always pick a time convenient for you. Both free and paid services are always at the highest level.
Wonderful doctors and excellent staff work here! I treated my teeth here, everyone was attentive, starting with the reception desk, ending with a wardrobe employee!
There was one excellent surgeon, Dmitry Ivanovich Khvedchenya... but he left this clinic. I pulled out a tooth once after he left - I listened to colleagues' discussions for 15 minutes... it became clear why the Doctor left....by the way, there were 20 people waiting in line for him.
Doctors are good, no doubt. But we need to solve something with the gurgs. You come to the removal and there are 30 people sitting in one office. And it doesn't matter if you're in acute pain or not. There is only one queue

We visited the surgeon Yevgeny Vitalievich, a young, intelligent man, did everything quickly, thank you, provided help quickly for emergency pain, thank you
This stamatalogy is one of the best where I have ever been treated , for acute pain . Accepted as a pile . The treatment went great. The staff is responsive .
I healed a tooth in a paid office, the cost of treatment is 305 rubles, is this normal for a state institution?or you should still contact the KGC to check your pricing! Naturally, I will not come here, for 305 rubles it is too much to sit for 40 minutes under the office, and then also under the X-ray room.
Qualified doctors, excellent dental technicians, there are almost no queues. Polite staff. Cleanliness in the offices and corridors. A little inconvenient location. Far from public transport stops.
Kashpur is an excellent dental paramedic, a very attentive and polite specialist, there would be more such dentists...We go to her with the whole family...We ask the administration to encourage such employees!!!
Dentistry on the first floor of a high-rise building. Everything is simple there: reception, cloakroom, corridors, offices. Parking is small, there are no ATMs
All fillings fall out after treatment and teeth break then that they need to be removed. The quality is lame from the word at all. Perhaps the materials are like this.
I do not recommend it. The staff is not competent. From the registry to the doctors. Apparently, an age-related person is in charge (although they can be advanced). The I'd map was looked at like a UFO. They did not know what patient status I was assigned to (permanent residence). As a result, I took the ticket to the paid office. They were admitted an hour later, the nurses are just chatting in the hallway about this and that. I found out almost all the gossip.... The doctor may be good, but I have 2 more patients who do not fit into the schedule. Short recommendations and a call to sign up, then we will solve everything ...
Disappointment, it hurts for Belarus, I will not go to this clinic and I do not advise those who value time and order. I should also call the Ministry of Health. But that's later, there will be a surprise...
I hope everyone will see this review.
03/04/2022 (Friday) my grandmother applied to this institution for tooth extraction. A young specialist, although he cannot be called a specialist, made a painkiller on the cheek, who and when began to make painkillers on the cheek for tooth extraction? Since when am I sorry? Grandma has a swollen cheek that hurts, a hematoma on the floor of the cheek (bruise) and she got help right? If there are any further complications for her, or something is wrong, I promise that I will go to the right place. Unfortunately, she did not remember the doctor's last name, she only said that he was young and the last name began with the letter "A". If you think I wrote a review and we forgot, then no! If you skipped couples in honey, or you were not adequately trained in this specialty, go to work in the morgue, so as not to ruin people's health. I hope my feedback reaches the authorities, if not, I will come and personally write to the complaint book.Grandma does not want to write anywhere, because she feels sorry for the young, she regrets not realizing that such doctors should not work, or they should work under the guidance of a SPECIALIST. Don't come here, you'd better go to a private stomatologist, you'll be healthier.
I arrived this morning for acute pain with pulpitis, the guys are literate and know their business! I was pleased with the surgeon who froze in a couple of seconds and the dentist therapist who put the medicine and put a temporary seal, cool guys, I recommend it to everyone! I was served for free, but it would not be bad if the clinic provided such services for a fee!
A very good clinic. I want to express my gratitude to the dental paramedic Antipenkko T. V. - a professional in his field, treats patients with all responsibility and patience, is careful in her work, attentive!!!
A year later, I had to remove the wisdom tooth (eight) again. I signed up for Patorsky again. I deleted it in 15 seconds, without pain. A miracle, not a doctor. I advise everyone. Now only to him. He also takes in anyuta-dent, I don't know just what kind of doctor.
