In general, about polyclinic. Everything suits me. Proximity to home. They respond promptly to all requests. Physiotherapy was prescribed. Everything is fine, clear and did not have to wait long. Thanks!
A large local clinic with a small parking lot. During the pandemic, the right decision was to move the red zone to the ground floor. Otherwise, nothing outstanding. The boy runs around and delivers paper cards on the floors. Crowds of patients and a shortage of specialists. Blood donation on the ground floor is comparable only to Fort Bayard- it's not enough to defend half an hour, you need to defend in front of the public and the right to take your turn. The recent renovation still reminds us of the great and outstanding Soviet era. The only thing that pleases is the persistent introduction of electronic recipes. It's quite convenient. It would be wonderful to introduce neural networks to help doctors, so that there are fewer erroneous diagnoses and faster service speeds. An electronic queue for blood donation and registration would also help to avoid many problems (there is a great example in one Russian city, where this innovation was also painfully introduced, but then allowed to reduce crowds to a minimum. It is an honor and praise that the limited state budget allows you to keep this institution in a functioning state.
I would like to thank Svetlana Petrovna, the registrar of the Kaluga dental clinic, for her sensitive
and attentive attitude, for patient and understandable explanations to an elderly person. Thank you for your work!
