Blood donation on the ground floor is comparable only to Fort Bayard- it's not enough to defend half an hour, you need to defend in front of the public and the right to take your turn. The recent renovation still reminds us of the great and outstanding Soviet era. The only thing that pleases is the persistent introduction of electronic recipes. It's quite convenient. It would be wonderful to introduce neural networks to help doctors, so that there are fewer erroneous diagnoses and faster service speeds. An electronic queue for blood donation and registration would also help to avoid many problems (there is a great example in one Russian city, where this innovation was also painfully introduced, but then allowed to reduce crowds to a minimum. It is an honor and praise that the limited state budget allows you to keep this institution in a functioning state.

Since you can't see the doctors' schedules anywhere, the only way out is to call. When you make a phone call, they often just don't pick up the phone, as if everything at the reception is extinct. You need to constantly dial and dial and for a long time. The site only has an appointment with doctors and for certain days and times, and there is no start and end time of the doctor's appointment. It is necessary to post the schedule of all doctors of the polyclinic on the website and update it.

Come a little ahead of time and sit and wait, do not take up the queue, you will be called. And then they sit by appointment in one queue, then they are followed by people who came with coupons, those who are called by appointment, are accepted, the next person thinks that he will go further, but he will no longer go anywhere because people go further by appointment, too, and the person no longer knows who he should be. Because that person has already been accepted and he left without telling anyone who he was after. MAKE AN ELECTRONIC QUEUE TO THE THERAPIST why an electronic record if there is no record to the GP for 4 days ahead!!!!!He sat with a fever from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The doctor issued a sick leave until 04.04.2024, i.e. until Thursday, and asked to make an appointment for Thursday, on Monday at 12 o'clock there is no record at all. Terrible attitude!! Got injured. Knowing that it would not be possible to get an ultrasound in the near future, I immediately did it in a paid clinic. When I came to the doctor with the result, I was shocked. I'm silent about the queues, of course. Going into the office and giving all the results, the "doctor" did a favor and pressed on the sore spots and said that I had damage, which, in principle, is written in the conclusion of the ultrasound. That's it!!!! He didn't say another word, I sat for 7 minutes and didn't understand whether I should go out or still be told further actions in recovery. He sat silently and corresponded with someone in a telegram on a laptop. The nurse at the end only sent to the rehabilitologist and extended the hospital leave for as much as 2 days, despite the fact that the damage on the leg and it was hard to move. P.S. Pros: the women's consultation (specifically, I had Valyushkina's doctor) prepared for the operation, helped, calmed and were not rude; The blood collection from the vein (except for the queue) is neat and fast, not even a bruise is left. And there are injections there - the same good attitude and professionalism. The head of Zubarenko Ekaterina Sergeevna is also a good doctor and a person. Then everything is in the cons. And huge queues, waiting for cito, and the eternal loss of cards and tests (especially upset when they lost half a million tests before the operation and had to be done for a fee elsewhere). Almost everything that is not a mild disease, such as flu or colds, is being tried to be transferred to other clinics and hospitals (even if they have already prescribed treatment there and told the therapist to simply monitor the patient and prescribe medications). The cat didn't cry about human relations either. Especially if you start asking questions about your illnesses. Some doctors prescribe fuflomecins and homeopathy. Not all ultrasounds are performed in the ultrasound room. Total:if it were possible not to go, I would not visit and would recommend this institution.
