Good day to all!I am very glad that Sophia Dmitrievna Sivakova, a young general practitioner, works at our site! The first time I met her was when I brought my grandmother to the reception. And from the very first minutes I noticed the sensitive and attentive attitude of a qualified specialist.Subsequently, I turned to her on my own for ARVI.A wonderful doctor, a wonderful girl!!!Good luck and moving forward!!!
I read the comments and get the impression that all these people and I go to different clinics…
In 6 years, I have never encountered a bad attitude from health workers towards me. Everyone is attentive, ready to listen and help! To such doctors as Mordus O.A., Baglay A.V., Babadzhanov S., Plisko M.F., special thanks! And I have not yet mentioned those who, unfortunately, left the clinic. The nurses from the functional diagnostics room are also very clever!
The queues under the office are created by the patients themselves, the older generation especially likes to be arrogant, they always "just ask" or "I'm not going to the doctor, I'm going to the nurse" and all this drags on for a good 20 minutes.
Doctors without a category? Well, we all started once... and young doctors usually have a lot more desire and zeal to treat, so don't write them off!
There are always lovely girls on the phone at the reception, I'm always surprised at their strong nerves, because it's hard to get through to them in the morning, the phone literally breaks! But they always answer calls very politely.
Repairs have started to be done, everything is changing a little bit, it's cool!
Bottom line: if you come initially with a bad mood and the task to quarrel, then the new elevators will be slow and small, and the queues are long, and the doctors are angry, and everything is bad ... be simpler!
And thanks to the medical staff, strength and patience! ♥️
