Until recently, the city's honor board, unlike the regional one, was not particularly impressive. It was perceived as an on-duty, unimpressive object in the city center. Reconstruction and modernization have made this composition truly worthy of special attention! Bas-reliefs with episodes of the history of the city, starting from 1142 - the year of the first mention of the settlement in the chronicles - are made brighter and more contrasting. The information and cultural attraction was complemented by a screen.
