Thank you for your professionalism and timely and qualified assistance. Your friendly attitude towards patients and the observance of medical ethics are not ignored. I would also like to mention Vera Mikhailovna Shulyak, a nurse of the highest qualification category in physiotherapy. We arrived for a paid appointment - consultation with an angiosurgeon. The appointment was made at 14.00. Stepanets, a doctor of the highest category, took it, as it is written in the coupon. They came to the office at 13.45, gave the ticket to the nurse. They sat under the office for about 45 minutes. No one explained where the doctor was, why he didn't take it on time. Then he came, glanced casually at the veins. No consultation. He said he needed surgery, that's it. They asked about the laser, and he replied that he did not. Then he asked me to come out and wait for the conclusion. Admission is 1 minute and 30 seconds for 17 rubles. I didn't tell you about the condition of the veins, or about the coldness or neglect, or about the trophic ulcer, although I probably didn't pay attention. No way. Is this a consultation? He may come in during breakfast, demand to put on masks - then you will die. He spits out a phrase with a question, immediately interrupts and goes on to the next one. He speaks politely, but disrespectfully. He hardly listens. If you bother him, he'll lie, tomorrow he'll make big eyes, make a fool of you, and lie again. They say he is a good specialist.
