If you want to disconnect from them, you need to go to their office, the website and especially the personal account have not been working for a long time. They turned off their personal account on purpose because now only one problem has quietly entered it, I came in from A1, but I couldn't log in from their Internet.
I turned off in 2014 because I was not satisfied with the quality of the Internet. In mid-September, I saw an advertisement with rather pleasant prices and decided, so to speak, to try again. So far, I have been using their services for a little more than a month and everything is fine. It definitely got better than it was at the time of my shutdown. The Internet works stably even in the evening (once I noticed a drawdown in speed, but not particularly critical). But the personal account, of course, looked shabby, and remained so.
