Tatyana Vasilyevna Demidova-You are just the perfect doctor and person for me! But the pathology department left terrible impressions for me. I gave birth to my first daughter there, a doctor, I don't remember the last name, like Natalia Viktorovna, the rudest doctor I've ever met. An examination on a chair is a pain. She caused childbirth, too, as if she likes to hurt. Rude. After one lying down, I decided I would never return to this department. I liked it in the family as the firstborn, everything was pleasant, helped and suggested how best. Postpartum is not bad. There were nuances with feeding, it did not work, but some shifts allowed me to feed my daughter from a bottle, since she was hungry and constantly crying, but I could not take the breast.The second and third daughters were lucky enough to give birth at the observatory, it was at Tatyana Vasilyevna's. It would be happiness, as they say, but misfortune helped. I got to the department for the first time when I couldn't recover from a cold for about a month, I got there just a couple of weeks before the pdr. It was an unforgettable ride. The birth was not easy, but thanks to Tatyana Vasilyevna and midwife Vera, they left good memories for me of the birth of my daughter. We, women in labor, could receive such attention and care only from our mothers. The second birth also took place under the supervision of Tatyana Vasilyevna, as an old sore got out-kidney problems, a pebble went. Special thanks to Maxim Borisovich Lemtyugov, Head of Urology, for his help in this matter. Due to some health problems, a COP was planned, and thanks to Tatyana Vasilyevna and Maxim Borisovich, it took place. But then, something went wrong. I can't say anything bad about the intensive care unit where I was lying, but when my daughter turned out to be in intensive care, as it turned out, there were many nuances and questions. She was diagnosed with pneumonia, while she was on oxygen and was told that the picture was not pneumonia, antibiotics did not give results. They were also in no hurry to transfer to a children's hospital, they wanted to observe, as a result, they removed oxygen and looked at whether she could do without it on the 8th day. At the same time, they did an ultrasound, took tests and the diagnosis was questionable. Here's my question? What kind of specialists looked at the ultrasound? As a result, the child had a very rare and serious heart defect, and she needed urgent surgery. But we now have such specialists working that they could not deliver anything either in the maternity hospital for 8 days or in the children's hospital for 20 days. Ultrasound and CT scans were done and found nothing, only one doctor in the children's hospital, just looking at the child, said that it was impossible to discharge, but urgently to Minsk. So, thanks to specialists who could not see what was visible on ultrasound and CT, the situation with other organs of the child worsened. And literally a week of repeated tests before the operation, the child was no and the operation was difficult not only because of the defect, but also because they had to resort to plastic surgery of the trachea, which deformed within a month of finding out the diagnosis. We found ourselves at home only almost 2 months after birth.

The second birth in this hospital. The first ones were 8 years ago. Time has influenced for the better. Excellent attitude in pathology, I lay there three times for preservation before giving birth.. Nice nurses, normal, delicious food for the hospital.
There was an emergency cop. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and all the staff who work in the intensive care unit. Rounds every two hours.. And they will bring you a drink, and they will eat and cover you, they will ask you what and how... They check the condition constantly. Also, when going around with the head of the medical unit, she was personally interested in the condition of each girl.Everything is on top!

We had a partner birth in July 2023. We chose according to reviews between two maternity hospitals and were not mistaken. Everything went even better than expected. Even despite the lack of modernity of the maternity hospital, the process is carefully thought out and excellent people and professionals work at each stage. Our team, led by the head of the maternity ward, is delighted, everyone is attentive, answered all questions, heard me, did spinal analgesia when I asked. They were not ignored at all. Postpartum and Larisa Fyodorovna are also only kind and warm memories, help and support in everything, the staff are the sweetest and kindest people. The children's rooms are also very good. I was also lucky enough to occupy a paid ward. In general, maximum attention and professionalism for very little money. If we suddenly gather for the fourth child, then only here.

And to listen to this nonsense every day for 2 weeks .The nurse in this department is the only one who thinks she 's the devil knows who .Grumpy:Don't go there, I've washed it.If I don't get to the bathroom and piss myself in the hallway, because pregnant women need to go to the bathroom almost every 15 minutes, I'll have to clean the hallway again.
In her opinion, pregnant women should have two slippers, one for the shower , and the other for walking around the ward.Can he bring me the whole wardrobe?I've never gone outside in these slippers, but the cradle flew 4 times for nothing, it turned out to be my fault that the footprints were next to me.shower on floor 1 for an entire floor of pregnant women who need to maintain hygiene .

How a person with such an attitude works in a hospital for so many years and no one puts her in her place is not clear.

The food is good.
The only drawback is interruptions with warm water.In the wards too.It is necessary to turn on the glasses in advance so that only then you can wash the child, but sometimes water of a suitable temperature does not always appear.

I was lying in this institution in January 2024!
There were 2 women in the waiting room, I would like a better relationship.
As a result, they put it in a potology, because the contractions turned out to be false.
I lay there for about a week, for the entire time of my stay, the impressions were good, and the food was delicious and the attitude. There were of course some girls who were not very, well, okay.
17.01.2024 a son was born, everything is fine in the family, and the attitude, and even after giving birth they brought food, it's a pity I don't remember the name of the doctor who delivered the baby, thank her!
But then some trash begins!
It's a good thing I didn't ask about the paid ward! Because physically, I would not be able to watch a child, and run 100500 times for different procedures, etc...From the very first day, go there, go here, you go there, you go here, no sleep, no rest!
The child will only fall asleep, but let's take the blood, and let's process it.

If you want to donate blood, (the doctor appointed) there is never anyone in the treatment room.
They smoke in their bathroom for the medical staff!! Can you imagine that?! In the postpartum department!! Where they lie with the kids! I know that more than once there was a smell of cigarettes in the corridor from this room.
There are no circles on the toilets in the toilets, is this how it is possible to go to the toilet normally after giving birth?! Well, that's how they stood cancer through the pain.
In the ward, no one dusted, and the sink was not washed! For the week that they were lying there.
And the water?! Water is some kind of a mess, to put it mildly!!! To wash the child, you need to drain the water half the night so that it heats up!! Where has this been seen!!!??? Although in the potology on the floor below the water was always warm!!!
The food is something separate, in the potology everything was always super, and in the postpartum, the bread is dry, it is impossible to eat, and the food is so-so.
And the most pleasant last!!!
There are such 2nd ladies who take blood from children, if I may say so!
One of them is Olga Vladimirovna Golovneva, a nurse in the children's wing, who she is and how she looks, I remember for the rest of my life!!!
A stupid boor to put it mildly!!! Not only was the child exhausted, she took blood for 20 minutes, in the end she did not take it, she only put a bruise on the handle, and in addition, the child's piggy banks got on his face from the fact that he cried like that! So she also talked in raised tones, and threw her out of the office! When I was worried about the child, I went to ask why he was crying like that, to find out what was wrong! Offer to help, hold him, because she was the only one who took blood!!! (Although this is a gross violation, it seems to me!! The child is waving both arms and legs, and you are the only one who has to hold and take blood, well, breeed!!! )
In response, they just threw the child into my arms and threw me out the door!
Such an attitude in this situation is a complete mess!!! If you don't know how to work with children, especially with crumbs, go sweep the yards!
The second nurse also took the girl's blood from her daughter's room for 40 minutes!!! For 40 fucking minutes, the child screamed in a choke!!! They stabbed the baby's whole body without exaggeration! This is just a blatant disgrace!! There are no words, only thoughts...

I want to say that the staff in pathology, maternity and postpartum departments is very good and kind. They will always help, tell and advise. I liked giving birth in the railway maternity hospital in Gomel more than in Germany. It is very important to take care of the mother, not only of the child. And procedures, ultrasound and examinations, suture treatment. It turned out that repairs are not as important as human attitude. The specialists are good, the staff is the same. The attitude is good towards patients. But the conditions in the postpartum department did not like the word at all, the cold water was almost not hot, I had to lower it all night to make it warmer, as it is possible with small children, everything was arranged in the prenatal ward in a paid ward and everything is OK with water. Running around is simply impossible in all the offices, it's good that I didn't have enough of a paid ward and lived with the girls who looked after the child while I ran to all the doctors. The only plus is the postpartum department. Dr. Raisa Fedorovna and the girls are nurses, the best in the whole hospital. The prenatal department and the delivery room are just terrible, the contractions began at 12 at night, the baby was born at 6 in the morning, this time seemed to me hell. Considering that it was my second birth (the first birth in 2015 in the regional maternity hospital). The attitude of the staff in the delivery room looks more like you are not giving birth, but you are sitting in a colony. And some woman behind her back says, "Let's scare her that the baby will be born sick if she doesn't push well." Why are there such workers there??? What did you forget in the hospital??? While I was getting a bubble pierced in the exam room, my neighbor almost gave birth standing right in the hallway. She is crying, she says her head is already climbing (she had a third birth), and in response to her: "woman, you don't see, we are busy, we will puncture the bubble and we will take care of you." It's just tin. We gave birth on the night from 18 to 19.04.2022. I do not advise giving birth there, it's a pity I was not in a condition to find out the surnames, so I would cover them here. A very good maternity hospital! All the staff were friendly. The birth went well. In the postpartum department, lectures were held on proper application, swaddling, baby care, as well as lectures for mothers on nutrition, etc. If it was not possible to express, the midwife gave advice and helped at the post.
In the hospital, it was possible to do a fluorography so that after discharge you would not run. Every day for moms and toddlers was full of different procedures, which is very good. The food was delicious.

I will start with the department of pathology of pregnancy (prenatal). It so happened that at the 25th week of pregnancy I had to go to the hospital with a diagnosis of polyhydramnios. With such indications, the polyclinic is immediately referred for hospitalization. After studying the reasons why polyhydramnios occurs, I refused hospitalization and decided to retake the tests and redo the ultrasound. But the test results were not encouraging and my husband and I decided to give up...
Earlier, I read reviews about this maternity hospital and I went there thinking that it would not last long. We didn't find the entrance right away. It was a separate door, barely noticeable and not like a pregnant woman's waiting room. The way we were greeted did not surprise me, but my husband was shocked. I would like to see the reception of girls in a position a little more friendly, softer (thank God that I did not take shape during contractions). While I was getting ready, my husband was standing outside the door (they didn't let him in) and was nervous. But thanks for the fact that the paramedic at least helped me bring my things to the post already in the department. Having previously read reviews that an antibiotic for polyhydramnios could be prescribed immediately upon admission, I knew that I would refuse until all tests and ultrasound were taken. That's what happened in principle. Meanwhile, the nurse came to wash the floor too often, even during the meal. And yes, the food leaves much to be desired. After passing the tests, I began to feel bad. Weakness and dizziness began. By week 25, he had a low hemoglobin of 105. I was surprised that they didn't try to lift it somehow. I went for an ECG in a semi-fainting state. The tests came more or less already good, but at the expense of ultrasound, the doctor advised me to go to the Marriage and Family clinic, since I understood there were problems with the equipment or with ultrasound specialists in the hospital. After going to the clinic for a fee, I received the good news that there is no high water! I was very glad. She wrote a statement at the hospital and left under her own responsibility. As a result, after visiting there for a couple of days, I had a lot of impressions, and the stories of expectant mothers in the corridor about the maternity ward made me wonder if I wanted to give birth here. I didn't want to hope for a lucky chance (maybe I'll be lucky with the shift).
Now let's move on to childbirth (partner childbirth). A mutual decision was made to look for a hospital where partner births with good conditions are allowed. During the search, it became clear that in Gomel, as such, there are no options that would suit us. According to my registration, I have a railway maternity hospital where partner births are held. They include the presence of the husband at birth and after (2 hours), payment after delivery. In Idela, I would like to have a family-type ward after childbirth, where the whole family could stay in the ward and spend time with a new family member. The help of a loved one after such an event is especially important, both physically and mentally. We went and signed a contract. But our desires did not leave us alone and we found a maternity hospital in another city with conditions that completely satisfied us! I dreamed of going there and we signed a contract there. The cost of these deliveries was correspondingly higher. It was decided to move there quietly during the latent phase of contractions. In case of an emergency, this is a railway maternity hospital. In general, we were overly cautious. The clinic is supposed to write a referral for hospitalization, but I refused it. There were no indications, but he just went to bed and spent an unknown amount of time there, or he did not want to start induction. The journey takes 2 hours. It has been suitable for 40 weeks and 3 days. I went to the polyclinic for ctg. According to the measurements of the abdomen, the gynecologist said that the approximate weight of the baby is 4200 g and also considering the narrowed pelvis. The last ultrasound was at 32 weeks. I knew it was going to be big, but I didn't think it would be that big. I started to worry. In the morning, they called to consult a maternity hospital in another city about whether the birth was due or a COP. We were told this is a COP, but it is not planned in partner births. Only during the ep. I was terrified. We understand that the situation is changing and we have no choice. It was decided to go to the railway maternity hospital. They were registered and placed in the ward on the same day. I haven't eaten anything since morning for tests. I informed the doctor about this and that I need to understand EP or CS. I didn't have to wait until tomorrow for the tests. An examination was carried out in the chair. After a while, an ultrasound scan was performed on 3 devices for reliability. The weight was set from 3800 to 4050 g. Later, a consultation was held to decide on childbirth. I thought one examination was enough, but no. We looked at it 4 times and it wasn't very pleasant! For some reason, one of the chapters. The doctor was not enough. As a result, the verdict of the Constitutional Court was delivered. I even calmed down after hearing this, as I had no idea how I would cope with a large fetus and a narrow pelvis. Preparations for the COP have begun. In the evening, they refused to eat and in the morning they were called for an enema, a urinary catheter was inserted. Half an hour before the operation, the mucous plug, which I had been waiting for a couple of weeks ago, came off. Probably from fright. They brought a gurney and took me to the surgery. Along the way, the paramedics cheered. Everything was already prepared in the intensive care unit, except for me. It was joyful and scary at the same time. I can say that the atmosphere with the medical staff was friendly. They saw my excitement and started cheering me up the same way. I calmed down a bit. The anesthesiologist (male) periodically humored. Two doctors operated on the girls. They did their job well, and they also treated us humanely. A daughter weighing 3970g was born.
Intensive care. The shift changed and new health workers came. I was very surprised and outraged that the children were brought 2 times a day for 5-10 minutes maximum. Due to the rare application of the baby to the breast, problems with the breast itself began somewhere on the 3rd day. All this time, the child was eating a mixture. As for nutrition in the intensive care unit, it is not selected for people who have undergone surgery (although everywhere there is information that after COP the first days are spent on liquids, broths). Food was brought, which is served throughout the hospital. Transfers from loved ones are prohibited. Therefore, sometimes it was necessary to refuse to eat, or partially choose food. I was terribly hungry.
Postpartum. The priority was a paid ward (25 rubles per day), but since there are only 2 of them, I was in flight. On day 4, I was transferred to a regular ward of 4 people! It wasn't boring. By that day, my chest was sore and there were hardenings. I suffered a lot. I asked for help at the post to show how to properly apply the baby and what to do with the breast, as it hurts a lot. I will never forget how my breasts were pressed, or rather how the milk came out. Just sparks from the eyes. (By the way, upon arrival home on the same day, my husband and I called the consultant (paid service) and I am very glad about it. The specialist showed me the poses in which it is convenient to feed, how to properly attach to the breast, how to properly express and so on. It turns out that this may not cause pain!). The first night passed without sleep and with tears. The child wants to eat, but I can't feed him. In general, if a baby was brought immediately or often brought for a long time, then there would be no problems with the breast. In the morning they came to treat the kids. I liked how the nanny (aged) treated her work, and she told me that the first night had to be endured. The time is coming for discharge and we were called for a control weigh-in. We are told that we are not gaining weight, we will prescribe a mixture for you and if we do not gain weight by tomorrow, then the discharge is postponed. I found out from the deputy head of the doctor if they would give me a discharge and began to pack my things. I really wanted to get out. The next day, on the 7th day, we were weighed and we gained a little bit at all. The young doctor agreed to discharge us, but on the condition that we monitor the weight at home (scales for rent). What else should I tell her? after all, there is no reason not to check out.
So the moment of discharge has come. It was unexpected to see a photographer. After a while, it was even more unexpected to hear that she was marked "only dad meets" when relatives gathered in the hallway. As a result, there was no joint photo with everyone...
The pros and cons that I saw personally in my childbirth.
Positive:
-good medical staff (shift) for CS surgery;
- I did not meet rudeness from the medical staff in childbirth and postpartum;
Minuses:
absence:
-family chambers;
-choosing a doctor (midwives);
-more paid chambers;
- "special" nutrition during the period after surgery in intensive care;
- block rooms (shared toilet, shower, bidet, refrigerator).
-the old elevator (it feels like you're stuck there like a button you pressed);
-did not inform the photographer's work at discharge (when, what and how, cost of services);
- there are no competent specialists in GW to show everything without pain;
- there is no night light in the room. The "tear out the eye" lamp is on all night
- there is no mirror in the room.

I gave birth here in 2018. I was very worried and I didn't really want to give birth here. They were accepted calmly, without fuss and irritation. Raised in prenatal (deja vu) for the third time. We spent the night and decided that after all, I was not in labor and sent to pathology.. it is divided into two wings. I got into the second one, it was very quiet there, since everyone was mostly in the first one. You could easily move around, go down to the street and to the buffet and pharmacy, which is very convenient. I will not opt for a few days before childbirth, checkups and CTG, the answer is you are not in labor yet. It's early for you. My daughter decided to go around them and after the morning osiotr and as usual lie down early for you, at 12 at night the water broke. The attendant was asleep, I had to wake her up insistently..after certain procedures, we went to the pre-trial. They looked at the water there, sent them to wait for the finale of the process. The girls gave birth and two were admitted. I was very afraid that when there would be attempts, everyone would rest. And so it happened..the midwife took the incoming doctor was dozing, I had to run to the chair, which is terrible, it's not a chair, but some kind of device for torture. Okay. They gave birth. My daughter screams at me in the hallway. They didn't give me all two hours, I lay there and she screamed. They were given when they were taken to the postpartum. And they took it right away. They put him in the corridor to wait until he was discharged and the ward was washed. From five in the morning to eight at night in the corridor. The child was not given, when she went and asked to feed her daughter, the pediatric nurse generally declared that the child was not like that and could not be given in the evening. Panic. They took it at nine in the morning and gave it back at ten in the evening. They didn't give me food. Horror. It's just awful. I don't want to go there anymore.

The observatory department is just super.
I gave birth twice in this department. Many thanks to the whole department. All the doctors and nurses are super. I gave birth the first time in the morning, and the second time at night. Thanks a lot to the girls, they're just smart. We were there for you and supported you from the very beginning to the end. If you get into this maternity hospital, then only give birth in the observatory. The attitude of the girls is very good. They are sympathetic. They always come to the rescue.
The wards in the department are prenatal for many people, 5-6. There is one room for 2 people.
But after the birth of 2 bees, only a large ward is visible. Everything is on the ground floor. Prenatal, postnatal and postnatal wards. No need to run around the floors. Food is brought to the ward, also by good women.
After the first birth, I said right away if there is a second child, I will only give birth in the railway and in the observation department.
