She was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks.
This is some kind of horror.
The nurses are all angry, either at life, or at everything and everyone around. Not all.
Nurses are kicked out of the wards at lunch to wash the floor and wipe the dust, doing a "huge" favor to those who are lying "they say lie down then."
Doctors are a separate caste 🤦🏻♀️
During the week, the doctor came into the room only 1 time, no rounds, no recommendations, no advice. They do what they need to do and that's it. Then think for yourself what will happen to you.
They took tests - no one reports the result, part of the treatment is at their own expense.
A separate story about the work of the shower and sanitary unit - in the morning from 6 to 7-7:30; and then by luck 😂😁
And how in an hour and a half will 8 wards have time to put themselves in order, in which there are 7 people?
It's just outrageous. In general, there are still enough impressions for a long time.
No one handed over the statement, wait for the results of cytology.
The statement indicates that the results will be in 14 days, but as a result they have not been available for 1.5 months. I hardly took the statement without this analysis.
No one took any tests at discharge. Go ahead and that's it.
Disgusting.
I'm lying for the first time. The amazing attitude of medical staff of any rank. I especially want to note the cleanliness that the nurses maintain.
I am pleasantly surprised about the food. Everything is fine (I was tuning in to the infernal food) and here everything is just fine. I'm really not picky.
Doctors' appointments are competent, there are rounds every day. And they always go to a meeting to answer any questions and explain everything.
The buffet is working. There is a shop and a pharmacy and medical equipment. If necessary, everything can be purchased on site.
I was lying in the Gastro department, polite staff, comfortable rooms, everything is as it should be.
The doctor clarifies everything from the patient that is needed, delves deeply into the patient's problem.
At the highest level!
The hospital needs renovation.
Despite the latest equipment, many tools are missing.
There is bike parking and car parking.
Large corridors are not marked, you can get lost.
The doctors are very professional, well done, they work clearly, accurately, are very attentive and respectful to patients. Young professionals try to keep up with their mentors. Clean, tidy. You can say everything is at the highest level. I wish young doctors to achieve great success in their professional work.
I visited this institution recently. I got into cardiology. Previously, I was in this hospital as a child, about 30 years ago. I was still there 19 years ago, before I was born in it. There is nothing to compare it with. There don't seem to be any drastic changes. It feels like the hospital is being repaired and monitored. The food wants to be the best, nothing has changed, the steamed fish cutlet is like from childhood, incredible filth! The staff is not bad, responsive. Malech was repaired, given recommendations, pills and consumables - all for free. There was a refrigerator in the room, a washbasin and night lights above the beds. The beds are iron, adjustable. The mattress and pillow are covered with cellophane and this is understandable, they will fasten the kick-ass at night. The sockets in the ward are working, you can charge your mobile phone or brew tea. The territory is clean and it is being watched, the pine forest is a beauty! As it was before, the confusion of the corridors remains. To get from point A to point B, you need to make such bends. If you have topographical cretinism, you're out of luck.
The overall impression is good, not uh and not ah, I thought it would be worse. You can hang around for a week even if you don't see restrictions. I recommend it! ;)
The complaints are always the same. There are few staff, and there are many patients, so there are not enough physically for all patients. If 87 people are in therapy for 60 beds (I have a specific situation), then no matter how you look at it, it will be very difficult to treat, be treated and recover...
Everything works in a complicated way. The staff is good. But the nurses are grumbling...Yes, the cleaners..Sometimes it seems that they are directly in charge of the hospital))
I would like to mention the excellent staff of the neurology department , a friend recently got there , thanks to them she quickly got back on her feet)

As everywhere else, in the hospital, too, everything depends on which specialist, but also on the whole person, you get to. I had to go to this institution several times and each time I was very lucky with the doctors.
Competent doctors, a professional approach to work, a wide range of ultrasound, the radiology department is equipped with two modern CT machines and new devices in X-ray rooms. Now the hospital is in the " red zone"

I want to express my special gratitude,
Lukashevich Elena
This is a doctor from the Lord God, she fought and is fighting for every patient's life as for her own...
Surgery (+ ) works for people. Endocrinology (+-) work according to the protocol, the young medical staff is attentive to patients, they try, and the older medical staff - it seems that they just go on shifts.
