An amazing doctor! Sincere thanks to Irina Ivanovna Korolenko, General practitioner! This is probably the only doctor in this clinic who really listens attentively, carefully examines and makes an accurate diagnosis.
Thanks to her professionalism and empathetic attitude, I received treatment, which quickly helped. She doesn't just formally do her job, but genuinely cares about the patients – you can feel it right away.

I have been complaining of back pain for many years now. injections and pills are prescribed. 0 changes. I came once and asked: what should happen to a person in order to be put on the waiting list for treatment in a hospital? We can sign you up.
They recorded it in the summer. The doctor is a miller. Three weeks later, the call is to the hospital. There was an emergency at work. She refused. I thought: in 3 weeks they might offer. No way. I went, I clarified with her: maybe I need to rewrite? no. no need. You're on the record. for 4 months now, I have not been offered anything. I went to the clinic today: why haven't I been offered anything in 4 months? what is the run-up from 3 weeks to 4 months? I got to Kaptur. She can't sign me up. I have to get treatment first. which one? vitamins, painkillers are drunk, 7 blockade injections are given in a paid clinic. Did they take me off the queue??? or are there different queues? Do people have to die?
Laura doesn't care either. I haven't gone to the head yet. There's a problem with the nose. the right side is breathing heavily. once upon a time, such doctors ignored sinusitis. I've been suffering ever since. They sent me to examine my sinuses on camera. in conclusion, filling material was found in the left sinus (another specialist treated it). So the ENT looked at the conclusion and sent me to a maxillofacial surgeon for a consultation. My left sinus doesn'T bother me. but now there is a problem with breathing through the left nostril again.
Is it possible to find a doctor with normal communication in this clinic?
The doctor took me to the Radiological Center from the paid one. take a referral only at your clinic. So the therapist was indignant: how? Is there a direction there? This is a REPUBLICAN center! So what? now I, a citizen of our republic, cannot be treated at the Republican Center??? Are the patients here trash?

I went to the doctor with pain in the groin area, instead of immediately sending me for MRI, scintigraphy and angiography with contrast, I was simply sent to other doctors and paid to undergo ultrasound tests and so on. What do I pay taxes for every month? Why don't clinics have MRI and endovascular surgeons who can help? They're still sitting there with tired faces. If you're tired of your job, then why do you go to it at all? Don't take other people's places, the same endovascular surgeons who can help and will be happy to do so may be sitting in your place. With this kind of medicine, there will soon be no one to treat, everyone will die!
