The hotel is good, but not perfect. A strong average man among 5*. Spacious room, comfortable large bed, good breakfasts, there are tables outside in the courtyard. Well-trained staff. There is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, steam room. Not all the showers worked, the prices for the SPA are higher than in Side. The location is not very good, the historical center is an hour away. It's just right if it's at the Expo. There is public transport nearby, but it is not very convenient. The price / quality seems to be normal, but next time I'll settle closer to the center

In this case, it's good to stay here, the location is convenient and there is a shopping center nearby, as well as several shops, restaurants and cafes for every taste and budget. The breakfasts are definitely not top five, and the omelets are modest, which don't look like European ones, but the quality of all the food is good. In the rooms, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment corresponds to the one stated on the website. For example, there were no bathrobes at check-in, I had to call the reception, they brought them, but my colleagues did not put them in the room during the week of their stay. It should be noted that if you leave a small bucket, then everything in the room will always be as it should be and even better.😉

The rooms are clean, but! The kettle in the room was broken, the minibar was empty, the towel hooks in the bathroom were broken, the shower was leaking, and there were no bathrobes. The bed with mattress and pillows are good, the linen is clean. The armchair and the chair are already pretty flooded with drinks and it is not pleasant to sit on them. The air conditioner was not working for heating. It was noisy, but there was no heat coming out of it, and it was +3 degrees at night. The breakfast is hearty, but a modest choice. The greens, namely the arugula, were yellow, apparently already dead. The cups for hot tea and coffee are dirty. The SPA is a big disappointment. The pool is cold. The sauna is cold. The hammam wasn't working, it wasn't turned on. It's time to repair the showers, everything is falling apart there, as well as the wet sauna. The SPA definitely needs urgent repairs. There is a very difficult narrow entrance to the parking lot, be careful. The staff is very pleasant and courteous.

A normal hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the pool situation. They try to do everything so that you book a spa for 250 euros, and if you just want to go to the pool to swim, they create obstacles. Like buy the hats first, but the hat should only be bought from them. I had a brand new shower cap, they wouldn't let me in, they said I needed it for the pool. In general, they create obstacles of all kinds. Well, the water in the pool itself is icy, the sauna is also cold. Otherwise, a normal hotel with good food.

I came with a friend to the clinic of the World for a consultation. Buffet for 4+, I would add fish to the diet, rooms and service for 4, hotel 5+, I would especially like to mention the staff who are peaceful, responsive and polite! In general, the time is pleasant. There are professionals at the reception. Room: the linen is good, the mattress and pillows are quite comfortable.
