Hospitable staff, clean room.
Someone smoked 2 times in the adjanced room. The ventilation system is shared between rooms, so it was terrible

Nice place, clean, has everything you need. We stayed 3 nights, we liked it. Bottles of water were brought to the room every day and a set of tea and coffee was updated. Breakfast is in the form of a small buffet, there are fruits, vegetables, muesli, scrambled eggs / omelet, side dish and salad, a sandwich set of cheeses and sausages. In general, it is satisfying, delicious, no complaints.
Nice staff. There is Wi-fi, not always fast, but enough.
The reception is open around the clock, but a person can step away and close the front door to the hotel. From the inside, this is solved simply — a bell on the counter. We probably need to call outside, but we were lucky, we didn't have to wait long. If there is a night entry / exit, it is safer to warn. But they should not leave for a long time.

I stayed with this hotel on June 1, 2024 for a day. Excellent location. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. Special thanks to the hostess of the hotel-a wonderful person who loves his job. Next time I'll choose the same hotel!

A separate huge plus is mattresses! Very comfortable beds, as a person with a weak back, it was very important! Many thanks to the hotel staff, very nice, kind people.

Positive:
1) The location is quiet, the exchanger is nearby;
2) There are no windows in the rooms, but there is a fan and air conditioning. It's good for summer;
3) The staff is friendly
4) Breakfast for 4+ (porridge, omelet/scramble, coffee, tea, croutons, fruit, jam, sausages...)
5) Fresh linen
6) There is a refrigerator
Minuses:
1) there is a damp smell in the rooms;
2) Shabby (but according to the price / quality ratio, everyone decides for himself);
3) The cleaning is mediocre, the fan and air conditioner have not been cleaned for years

Initially, I liked the hotel very much, the stylish appearance, convenient location, pleasant atmosphere (it was until Armen came to work), and the lack of windows in some rooms did not even spoil the impression.A very nice girl at the reception-Helen met us.But!!!as they say in the great Russian proverb-"the family is not without a freak" One day for breakfast, instead of an omelet, eggs were served in a steep and there was not even mayonnaise to eat them, I asked to cook an omelet, and if Helen always went to a meeting and it was cooked for us, then Armen (thin build,with bald patches on his head) refused to go to a meeting and made such an expression on his face as if I was asking not to cook an omelet but a marbled steak 🥩 the medium was roasting!🫣😆This has greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel, it is a pity that such non-customer-oriented employees work.I also want to mention a guy named Hovhannes who is also very pleasant to talk to and is always happy to help.If it wasn't for Armen and the cook who doesn't have time, as she put it, to cook an omelette, then I would have given the hotel a solid five

Clean rooms, friendly staff, always came forward. Towels and linen were changed every day, and a bottle of water was brought. I recommend it!

We waited a very long time to check in, the room could not be prepared for a very long time, when I realized that they wanted to put us in a room without windows, and even next to the kitchen and shared toilet, we just ran away from this place... Very small rooms with no windows. But I knew about it in advance. But it is close to the center and the price is low. If you only need a room to spend the night between walks and excursions, then you don't need more. In terms of cleanliness and breakfast, there are no complaints.

In the "room with a window", the window itself is a window pane laid with concrete blocks. It is very noisy because of the ventilation working in the neighboring rooms, as if a plane is taking off nearby. Of the advantages - clean and normal breakfasts
