Good Inn ranks on top among the few hostels I tried in the first week at Almaty. So, Ikept coming back here after that. Olga and Sergazy are super humble and helpful. Added bonus Olga's English is quite good Some other points: super clean. It gets cleaned everyday laundry can be done for some minor payment -the hall is big and beautiful (with an X box) the beds are quite spacious for a hostel location is prime and right opposite to Dostyk plaza (a huge mall). There are restaurants cafés, stores, parks all around. - there are a number of bathrooms and toilets. So, no need to wait in the morning.

We chose this place for one night because of the proximity to the location where it was necessary to hold a meeting early in the morning. We chose a separate room ("small VIP"), slept in bed for a night and two hours in the morning after the flight and were bitten by bedbugs! BEDBUGS!!! I will describe the advantages below, but they are nothing compared to insect bites! Advantages: location, friendly staff

A great place to stay. We rented a room. Everything is clean and cozy. Friendly staff, in the city center. You won't regret it. We really liked this hostel! I recommend it!!!
