In 1.5-2 years, this manager began to be rude and rude to customers. I came hoping to buy seeds for the new season, but the employee "manager Dimid" categorically said that this was a pick-up point, and retail stores were located at other addresses.
I asked again about the payment machine (it was on the table), To which I was told that it was only for orders placed over the Internet.

But you can call yourself whatever you want, but if you accept payment, and you didn't give me a receipt, then this is already a point of sale. But working with cash without a cash register is already a serious offense. Plus, to be rude to the client, how is that? And I also had to wait for the sellers for about five minutes, until they deigned to smoke and come into the room and serve the buyer (me).

IT'S TERRIBLE! I bought 5kg rivendell white clover for the lawn. They gave a lot of money for the lawn device, instead of a beautiful lawn they received 30% percent of clover, 40% of weeds (very similar to a marshmallow dryer) and this despite the fact that the whole lawn is in front of the device! The site was treated with a continuous herbicide, the entire weed was completely killed, another 10% of the weed similar to quinoa and 20% simply did not rise. We lost a lot of money because of this store. I do not advise anyone to buy anything here!

Terrible attitude towards customers! The order was placed and paid for. We waited for the order to arrive. We waited... We waited... We waited... And nothing. They called. We were told that they did not know what was going on and the employee was no longer working. It took a very long time to decide on a refund. And with each call, there were not very pleasant and customer-oriented conversations (without bright rudeness, but with enough negative statements not to address them anymore). As a result. The money was returned. But for about a couple of months they didn't care what the money was and where it came from, that something was wrong here.
The first and last time we bought and ordered in this store.

Since the store is, to put it mildly, not in the most passable place in Minsk, we did not know when we would be able to arrive and, just in case, we clarified whether it was necessary to place an order. The man on the other end assured us that if the site is available, it is not necessary to place an order. All this is available in the store. You can come and buy seeds. 7 days later, on February 1, we sent my father with a long list of seeds. And what was our surprise when we were able to sell only two items from the entire list. When the spouse called back and asked the reason that the goods in the online store were available, but not in the offline store, a male voice calmly replied that the site was not updated regularly.
I understand that a week is a long time, but the employees of the online store need to have information about the availability of goods and take care of the reputation of the offline store.
