I live nearby and often came here. But today, when I was taking lemonade from the bottom shelf, the glass bottle next to it fell out and burst, although the shelf is less than 10 cm from the floor. The staff said that I had to pay for the burst bottle, although I didn't even touch it with my hand. They didn't accept my arguments, they said pay anyway. The price of the product is small, but, apparently, the price of the relationship of customers to the store is even lower. I said I could pay, but in that case I won't come here anymore. The staff said ok. I paid. Good bye, Goodwill.
