30.08 at 20.07 we left the Belgosstrakh bus stop in the direction of the railway station on trolleybus route 2, the conductor (the man gave the wrong change without admitting his guilt), also making me extreme, swearing at me.. He never gave me the change (the amount he cheated on), avoiding me in every possible way! Such " people" should not work or contact people at all.

They do not put information on the scoreboard that they are heading to the park on time, and the conductor starts shouting about it when passengers have already entered. They do not always arrive at the specified time. 16 the trolleybus does not hang signs. They are completely dissatisfied with the transport.
