On Saturday ~19.00 I bought a purple hydrangea. It took 3 minutes by car to get home. At home, the flower was cut at an angle, placed in the water on the balcony.
On Sunday ~9.00 the flower has already wilted
When contacting the store, I was asked about the conditions of transportation and storage. I explained everything. As a result, referring to the fact that the flower was frozen, there were no proposals to resolve this situation. According to the seller: I bought a good branch and it's all my fault. There was no frost at night. It's autumn outside, not winter.
I have had 4 hydrangeas in storage in the same conditions since Thursday and nothing has happened to them.
On Saturday evening, I paid 29.10 rubles for the branch, and on Sunday it was 24.80 rubles.
And I paid in order to spend time, money and leave this flower on the counter!!!
I have never met such a quality of flowers and attitude anywhere!
I wish prosperity and patient customers, as well as fresh flowers and a more respectful attitude towards customers!
