A clinic that I do NOT recommend to visit at all! The service is terrible! The staff is incompetent neither in professional matters nor in matters of customer service!

An excellent polyclinic, with the introduction of computers, queues have noticeably decreased, you can make an appointment in advance by phone, at a certain time, when it will be more convenient for you. The doctors are specialists, the staff is good, they do not waste time, they do everything in a timely manner.

I would like to express my gratitude to the deputy chief physician Chalova Leila Simbaevna. When my daughter got sick with covid, she needed dynamic monitoring, as she has a complex chronic disease, but she could not visit the hospital at that moment. We turned to Leila Simbaevna and met with understanding and support: my daughter had an ECG done at home, and all the necessary tests were taken.I also want to thank the kind attitude of the filter doctor Altynai Kadyrbek kyzy, we contacted her for advice by phone and received a competent answer every time. Thank you so much for your sympathy and help
Previously, he was attributed to this not to say hospital, the tragedy of modern medicine. Through the PSC, the right of free choice was rewritten to another clinic.
It's fine there. And in the second month of treatment, I ended up calling an ambulance with a real doctor who took me to Pervogradskaya for an urgent operation. Then the therapists had no time, then there was no gastroenterologist, then I went to the diagnostic myself to do ultrasound of the abdominal organs. In general, I wish those who are assigned there long patience and abstain from terrorism.
I am registered at the dispensary. I am satisfied with my doctor directly. But, unfortunately, as in many clinics, queues and disorganization. You take a ticket for a certain time, but there is no guarantee that you will get there at that time: then some kind of emergency workers, then repeaters, then the medical board of the military enlistment office - in general, the clinic is clearly overloaded.
The queues are huge, still despite the policy, you have to buy everything, make a diagnosis for a fee and far from the clinic, doctors find other sores, but the old ones are not treated. I rarely go, because I do not feel attention to patients. The registrar is full of formalism and laziness.
It's a disgusting place. I went to the traumatologist: I fixed the dislocation of the knee myself. The doctor said: everything is fine, well done, she set it herself. Half a year later, the knee began to howl. I had to go to a paid doctor. It turned out that she had set it wrong, which caused further complications
There are no doctors. We go to private clinics for a fee to the same doctors who work there. The doctors are on vacation, but they take it for a fee. Horror. The doctors stopped treating me completely. They were kept on sick leave for two weeks and eventually were not cured .
