We were forced to turn to the dentist surgeon on duty at the hospital in Kstakh, it was necessary to remove the baby tooth because it began to hurt and the temperature rose, but as soon as the doctor found out that we were from Novopolotsk, some kind of incomprehensible aggression began, at first she said "why did you come here? you have your own doctors.".. Then she told me to come out, to which I said that the child was afraid alone, to which she told me that if I did not sit on the couch, then we would both go out the door.... Then she began to inject the child, watched for a long time and savor how my child was crying, and then, without letting the freeze work, pulled out a tooth almost alive! And even wearing gloves, she raised and lowered the chair, pressing buttons, touched her mobile, and wrote something, and then climbed with dirty hands into my child's mouth! By the way, the nurse is adequate and tried to smooth over the situation!!!And the doctor is clearly out of place, especially since she looks like she has been retired for a long time!!!! It's just terrible! My child has never been afraid of dentists, and now she says she won't go anymore! Something like that! I've never complained about doctors in my life, but today it's a shame right to tears!
It is gratifying that there is a medical rehabilitation department within walking distance, where, under the supervision of competent medical staff, patients after ONMC restore their health, using the maximum available funds.
I am not observed in the clinic, but once in the hospital I was satisfied.Everyone is working and doing their job efficiently. The food is also quite good.I hope that repairs will be carried out in the future and more advanced equipment will be located in the hospital.
A hospital is like a hospital, doctors are different, nurses too, the main thing is to treat and help, do not be rude!surgeons are good doctors , I treated both the child and myself - they always helped
She was being treated in the therapeutic department at the second post. Everyone is attentive and polite. They provided high-quality and fast medical care. Many thanks to the attending physician E. A. Kotova and all the medical staff.
The ward is large, well renovated, the food is delicious.
I want to express my great gratitude for the treatment of my son Novitsky N. Head of the department: Koreevo to Alicia Vikentievna for her tremendous help, for responsiveness, for high-quality treatment, for medical ethics and for professionalism in her field. Thank you for your endless kindness and warm attitude. I wish you all the best and only grateful patients.
Incompetent doctors are working! In Polotsk City Hospital No. 1 in therapy, THREE doctors + a neurologist could not make the correct diagnosis! They were treated incorrectly. The man was getting worse. Only a week later they did an examination! As a result, they were transferred to neurology. Time and health are lost, due to medical errors and negligence! People, be careful who you trust your loved ones with!
The most important and most important thing is that they really treat here. One can feel the care and responsiveness of the staff, the professionalism of the attending doctors at all stages of recovery, the nurses of the post and the treatment room. All the assistance provided, the tongue does not turn to say: the services correspond to a high medical level and meet the quality standards of a modern European state. Special and huge thanks to the medical staff of the intensive care unit and cardiology.
Let's just say that. I liked the specialists in this clinic. But! I wouldn't go to a therapist if I wasn't sick. Because if you order a ticket at the reception, you will never get there! From the word at all. No one cares if you have a ticket or not, no one controls it. Specifically, it means to Morozova. A very aggressive nurse. I was at an appointment with Filin, I can say that she is a specialist in her field. I have all.
I want to complain about ENT, the second time I come to see him, not when my hands are not treated, the tube that looks at the ear lies on everyone, climbs this tube into the sore ear, and then into the healthy one, the treatment is boric alcohol. That's horrible. Not the doctor, but it's not clear who..I had otitis pus, I was prescribed an antibiotic in the central hospital .... And he prescribed boric alcohol, and said everything was fine, although I arrived with swollen ears and pus, after a sore ear, which I climbed into another healthy one, my ear hurt the next day. Which was healthy. Here's a doctor for you.

It doesn't look much like a hospital, most likely it's a one-time point of care. My mother was brought by ambulance from the village at 10:00, no one came to the emergency room until 14:00. It's about the reception. Regarding being in the hospital, it is also not clear what is happening there. There are no doctors in the profile, and those doctors who do not want to be treated, do not get through to the doctor, do not get through to the medical staff, the head of the department does not pick up the phone at all (it is not a royal business to notify about the patient's health). As a result, she was discharged with a diagnosis that she was healthy and given recommendations for home treatment. He took my mother to Minsk with a suspicious cough and literally the next day, after being discharged from the so-called hospital No.1 in Polotsk, an ambulance in Minsk took her away with a diagnosis of bilateral pneumonia. So, what kind of hospital is this where people are maimed and not treated???
As recent events have shown, everything is not at the highest level, but just the opposite. I don't want to tell you, everyone in the city already knows what happened. There is information that the perpetrators have been fired.
Not enough medical staff, the poor sisters are knocked off their feet. A question? Where are all the doctors? I'm lying in it right now with inflammation. No, the doctor comes once a day
This hospital does not meet sanitary standards, the food leaves much to be desired monotonously, medical workers perform their official duties only through higher management. They treat patients with arrogance.
