I would like to express my gratitude to the Department No. 5 of the Children's Infectious Diseases Hospital. Head.Kudin Alexander Petrovich for his professionalism, attention to each patient and, of course, for his subtle humor! I bow low to all the medical staff for their tolerance, responsiveness, and kindness. I arrived at the hospital in November 2020 with Corona and pneumonia, and a sensitive nurse, Tatyana Vazhnik, "fussed" with me, who did not refuse my requests and answered all my questions throughout my stay. The nurses and nurses are all devoted to their favorite work. I wish you and your families good Health, patience, be loved and all the best and success to you. I forgot to mention the excellent conditions in the hospital: renovated boxes for two and homemade food.Sincerely, Natalia Yanova 24 boxing. I did a CT scan here in the direction . Everything is very fast. Both the doctor and the laboratory assistant were very attentive. And a more extended and detailed description has not been given to me anywhere else. I'm in awe! I repeat more and more every day: no paid medicine can compete with this level of free medicine! Thank you!)
It's a terrible place! I am currently lying with my child in the 8th ward. Initially, I was diagnosed with acute laryngitis, I was discharged the next day because they said that if there were no seizures in 2 days we would send them home. Honestly, I couldn't stand it for 2 days. The next day she signed a receipt. On the same day, the temperature rose, and the next day the child began to vomit. I'm back here, the paramedics said it was necessary to go. The diagnosis is rotovirus infection. They put it in the intestinal tract. A boy with vomiting was hooked up for tomorrow, but they were not warned that we also had laryngitis in the remainder. As a result, the child also got sick, the boy's mother complained, we were moved to another room. Mine is all snotty and coughing endlessly. The second mother complained again! People tell me where the brains of honey are.The staff? SHOULD I PUT THE INTESTINES TOGETHER WITH THE ORI? Terrible attitude! Is it a pity for the chambers? Enter the paid ones then! There are enough free wards and places in the 8th ward, so where is the logic? It's not my child's fault that he has 2 sores in a row! And we picked up the rotovirus unambiguously here! This is the second time I've come across this rake! It was the same story with my son! They went to bed with bronchitis, and as a result they escaped from intestinal! This review does not apply to nurses in any way! They do everything very well and everything is on time! The distribution comes from the doctor!
Excellent hospital, attentive medical staff, I want to express my gratitude for my daughter, who is currently being treated in this hospital, the box is clean and the doctors are very attentive. Thank you so much for your hard work and taking care of our children.
I was lying in the 3rd ward, with 3 children, and I can say that all the honey.the staff, kitchen staff (who distributed the food) are friendly, caring, they will come up 100 times, ask how, what, how are the children, the doctor answered all my questions about the health of the children (and there were quite a few of them)...
The wards are clean, neat, cleaned several times a day (and the cleaners are wonderful women),There are antiseptics everywhere, both near the doors of the wards and in the wards.during the week that we lay there, only positive emotions, even despite the illness.
I had a chance to visit the intensive care unit with a child. Boxes with access to the street, I liked it, so dad sometimes brought us broadcasts). The staff is generally very courteous, pleasant, no questions asked.
There are no conditions for mom. I had to sleep on a hard couch, it was sooo painful, besides, I constantly had to carry her: in the evening next to the intensive care bed, in the morning to the place.
They feed normally.
It would have been nice to have a shower in the bathroom, otherwise we were there for 2.5 days, then we were transported to another hospital, and it was also not immediately possible to wash.
I want to express my deep gratitude to the procedural nurse of department 13 (red zone ) for her golden pens, for giving injections into a vein so well and quickly, my child did not even cry, and to all the postal nurses of this department! The conditions are good , the rooms are good, the food is good too .
But it 's better not to get sick !
We have been treated in this institution for 7 years. They always put their daughter in 1 or 2 intensive care units. Thanks to the doctors for their professionalism, support, empathetic and attentive attitude. It is a great happiness that such competent, skillful, talented, caring people work exactly where they are most needed. Your patience, responsiveness, sensitivity, understanding, care, and friendly attitude inspire hope that everything will be fine. Attentive, sensitive heads of department. Reut S.U., Strizhak M.I. You have assembled such a team of professionals, you are our Strength and our Hope. God is helping with your hands! Sincerely, the Batura family.
I got into the 13th department, I was there (from December 14 to December 17) I am very grateful to the medical staff very kind, I especially want to express my gratitude to the attending physician Ekaterina (I hope I was not mistaken with the name) the best in her field.
Sincerely, the guy from the 30th ward
We arrived today with a 10-year-old daughter with chickenpox, I sent a district pediatrician for examination, as the pimples on my face were filled with pus, the temperature is up to 39-40 on day 6. I have never met a more dismissive attitude than from a doctor, who is also not an infectious disease specialist, but a pediatrician, for some reason there is no infectious disease specialist. The nurse told me that I was a mother, the child was sick for 6 days, but I was not hospitalized, to my question about possible tests, she said that a doctor came to you for a visit and rushed why you were drinking antiherpetic drugs-who prescribed you, to the question about antibiotics, taking into account the addition of bacterial (opinion of the district police officer) She got worked up, who treats chickenpox with antibiotics? They took blood, issued a certificate stating that they need to drink more water and go to the shower, plus fencarol and sent them home. That is, the district police officer sees a moderate course of the disease in the child, the nurse believes that hospitalization is needed with a smart look, and the pediatrician sees no reason to worry-chickenpox is usually mild.We went home and spat for a long time that we had not called the laboratory technicians to the house-a disgusting impression, it feels like these people have chosen the wrong profession
You know, this is a very cool place. I went to bed with a friend from karonai and nothing, two needles and I'm back on my feet. The food is not very good, but it will do. There is a shower, there is water, there is food, doctors and staff are very kind. I liked the feeling that the sanatorium.😋
I was lying with my daughter in February 2021.
Due to the coronavirus, it is a rather long process of admission and distribution to the department and ward. However, there are no complaints, but on the contrary - everything is correct.
Rooms for two adults and children. We were lying alone. Clean, spacious, well renovated and with its own bathroom.the ward node. Delicious food. Daily cleaning and helpful staff. It's very warm.
The ward itself can be viewed in the photo.
I express my gratitude for the work and attention that everyone, without exception, showed to us.
I would like all medical institutions to be at the same level!
Many thanks to the team for quickly getting me back on my feet, curing me of covid, feeding, cleaning and caring for me. Also for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to my attending physician Inna Anatolyevna!

We asked for help, everything went well.qualified specialists, courteous staff.Thank you so much for your work
We arrived with children with suspected pneumonia , caught rotovirus three days later , the child 's temperature is 39 not knockable , no one really tries to do anything , they answered me at the post : "rub the child " -I was stunned , speechless and there were many such nuances of indifference , I 'm afraid to imagine if my child there was one there ....... Then they were transferred to the infectious diseases department, the staff turned out to be more attentive, it would seem, one big thing..
In general, everything is on the case. The rooms have a shower and a toilet, there is a wardrobe and a bedside table. The wards are cleaned, the food is tolerable, the doctors are sensible. Of the disadvantages, there is no access to a refrigerator, a kettle in the ward. It is unclear how and what to eat for mothers who accompany children from 3 years old. There is no microwave even at the post.
Good health to all, so as not to get there)
We are now with the baby in the 10th ward of this hospital. I have not seen such polite and helpful staff in hospitals for a long time. A nurse is an angel, ready to help at any time of the day or night. A very attentive doctor is the head of department No. 10. The department is clean. The food is normal.
On 11/30/2020, my daughter and I (1.5 years old) were admitted to the infectious diseases unit 10 (box 14) due to chickenpox and the complications that it caused.
The child was in serious condition, but thanks to the conscientious attitude and professionalism of our attending physician Valkovich Elena Mikhailovna, we got out. I would like to express my gratitude to her!!! I remember her every day and ask God for her health. Also, thank you very much to all the nurses who were with us during these 2 weeks of stay in the hospital!!! Thank you all very much!!!

Today, 11/14/21. All adults with coronavirus are lying in ward 17. Everyone has a high fever and a very bad cough. How can it go away when the room is probably 30 degrees. Cast-iron batteries are completely fried along the window in such a way that it is already impossible to tolerate. The window was opened at night, my neck was blown out..... PLEASE TURN OFF THE BATTERIES WHILE WE ARE STILL ALIVE .....
They treat us very badly, they put one drip in a week, they knock down the temperature with pills and that's it..., lie on your stomach. It seems that there is a strong saving of medicines. Then why lie in the hospital, I'll bring down the temperature with pills at home and lie on my tummy....
It's terrible!!! They came from the polyclinic for an X-ray, not only did they almost put a healthy child in the hospital, they also mixed up the blood test, prescribed the wrong treatment! And only because of her did the child have an extra X-ray!!! Parents carefully check your analysis!!! And the analysis will be much more accurate and correct when the laboratory technician counts it and looks with his own eyes, and not when the machine counts!!! It's a pity to put even 1 star in this case!!!
With replenishment , they lay in
A new building. 2 beds in the ward, own toilet and shower. Good staff and competent specialists quickly put their son on his feet. A lot of procedures have been prescribed. And two more times we got there with a high temperature and we lived in the old buildings. That's where the trash is! There are 6 beds, mothers with children on them. Everything will be fixed, the toilet is behind the curtain in the corridor.... It's like people there are angrier and treat you worse.
Lena K. I would like to thank the staff of the first department, especially the doctor Tatyana Mikhailovna, for their professionalism, attentive and sensitive attitude to patients. She was admitted to the department on 04.04.21 with coronavirus pneumonia and was immediately enveloped in attention and care. Thank you very much for your hard work.
They were in intensive care .I express my deep gratitude to the head, the attending physician, and the entire medical staff.thank the staff for saving my son's life, for the professionalism of the doctors, and for the good attitude towards the patient.I bow low to you!
I was lying here in ward 15, being treated for coronavirus. Comfortable 2-bed wards with their own bathrooms, 5 (!!!) sockets in one room, constant monitoring of blood pressure and well-being, delicious food by hospital standards, kind nurses and good doctors!

Nice staff. The equipment is certainly not like in the movies, but it performs its function perfectly. We have already been here with the child 2 times, it seemed to me that the atmosphere was very good.
In general, everything is fine, the conditions in the ward, the doctor explains everything in detail, the food is delicious and there is a lot of it. But when my blood pressure dropped, I didn't have any pills, they offered me tea (
I was choosing a place for treatment, I didn't like the architecture here. You can easily get lost, and there are children there. Where can I look for my child if he goes missing?
I was in the hospital with the children 4 times. Recently, I was lying there with covid. The hospital is good, the staff is very good. Thank them very much for their attention and care
Well, what can I say, alas, but about 80% of children come here at least once, get well everyone who got here

We went to this hospital in July..You still need to look for more responsive doctors!!!and even before, I had to lie with children, always attention, care, kindness...
My wife and daughter were in the hospital. Very calm, friendly, attentive and loyal staff, competent doctors, comfortable free rooms and modern equipment. I'm not advertising, of course), but this hospital has changed our idea of infectious diseases hospitals. Very grateful.

Doctor Zhuk Alla Nikolaevna and junior med.the staff was very attentive to the child, the rooms are all clean, equipped with modern plumbing.
We were lying with a child, the staff was responsive, the doctors were at the highest level, we lay in a separate room with a shower and toilet, there was our own exit to the street
