They are illiterate doctors. I am a doctor myself and I know what an emergency room is, emergency patients, etc. She went to the emergency department with acute pain and high fever after a gynecological procedure. They quickly took tests, conducted a full-body examination, including ultrasound of the pelvic organs. The doctor suspected renal colic, excluded the gynecologist and, based on the results of tests and examination, sent her to the 4th hospital in the urology department. There, the diagnosis made by the gynecologist was confirmed. The procedure was performed at the paid Horizon medical center, where I was simply rejected with a temperature above 39 and the gynecologist did not even look, did not inspect the kidneys, although I complained of pain on the right and high fever. Although this paid center is multidisciplinary, but I was not offered an ultrasound scan, or even a banal blood and urine test, and so the midwife looked at it slightly and said that this is not gynecology, this is ARI or ARVI and you go from here. Even the tests that I took before the procedure were not sent to me by e-mail, they said it was ARI or ARVI and not gynecology and do not come to us. Yes, it turned out to be not gynecology, but acute pyeloneuritis, and if I hadn't gone to the hospital on Saturday myself, I could have been in intensive care today or tomorrow. The work of the gynecologists on duty on Saturday is a long time ago, as well as the entire staff. A huge human thank you to them. And they looked carefully and gently and tried not to cause me unnecessary pain and suffering.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff, especially the doctor Bukatich Olga Alexandrovna for her high professionalism, attentiveness and kindness.
The hospital itself is simply at the highest level for a public institution.
Being here, I realized what the FSZN is paying for.
I was lying in the gynecological department, I was admitted through the emergency room, there are a lot of people, but despite this, all the staff explains very politely and correctly.
Everyone in the department is polite, thank you very much.
Upon admission to the hospital, only the nurses are attentive and polite
Subsequently, it is normal, but it is better to clarify everything and ask again, because they can forget about you
While covid, meetings with relatives and even going outside are prohibited. They receive daily transmissions
It's a mess and outright boors are working. I wanted to sign up for a paid hand shot, I was thrown to different numbers for 2 days, in total I called 5 different numbers. When it came to making an appointment for an X-ray, for some reason they gave the head of the department. Literally from the dialogue with her, "well, you come at 8 in the morning, and then how it goes." I tell her, so sign me up for a specific time, otherwise what's the point of a paid procedure if I'm going to sit in line for who knows how long? "Well, then come at 13, it doesn't seem like there should be anyone, but take the CD with you, clean, otherwise we have nowhere to record." To which I ask how much the service costs then, otherwise find a disk, sit in line, it may be more profitable to go somewhere else. To which I hear, "I do not know, we usually do not provide such a service, they will tell you on the spot." They have a price list on the website, what does it mean we do not provide?? At the end of the dialogue, she generally stated, "We are a government agency, we do not provide paid services." Do you informally take money, indicating in what amount? You are providing paid services, that is, you are lying blindly. It all finally annoyed me, I can't sign up for a paid X-ray for 2 days; seriously! I'm calling the head doctor, this guy is generally the "star" of the whole institution!!!))) I start the dialogue with "Hello, I don't like the mess in your hospital and I want to talk about the work of your staff." The answer is fire, the "chief physician" is immediately visible. "And why are you starting the wrong dialogue here, you need to start the dialogue correctly." Well, I'm not a blunder, I say, "Well, since you know how, will you teach me how to start a dialogue with you correctly?". As a result, I did not listen at all, which was clear from the rudeness from the beginning of communication, I said that everything was told to you and in fact go through the forest. While I was still talking to him, he just hung up. The face of the hospital! Ill-mannered and inadequate. After all, notice, I'm calling for the second day and they don't record me for an X-ray in any way, just because no one knows anything, and how the scandal started - they told the head doctor everything in 5 minutes....
Cool renovation. Nice staff. The food is the same as in the sixth hospital. There is a buffet, open on weekdays until five in the evening. Clear.

Fast, high-quality service. Doctors are great fellows, professionals in their field. Thank you very much! Thank you for having such decent hospitals in Belarus!
It's a disgusting hospital. Doctors, nurses are mostly boors, there is no question about security at all. Treating the patient like a training dummy, the examination is hellish.
The only good thing is the repair: shower, toilet in the ward, 4 beds in one ward.
It's a good hospital. Good food. Clean, tidy, there are 2-3 people in the ward. Polite staff, qualified doctors. Such a hospital could be exemplary in all respects.
I recommend. Everything is thought out, the staff is predictive, the specialists are competent. The best impressions.
Thanks for the help.
Good health to all!
The hospital itself is good. But paid services are not complete. I would like to get more information, recommendations, tips, but I have to pull these answers out of them myself. And if you don't have enough information about your problem, you can leave with what you came with, without answers and without money. Or go again and pay again.
Terrible attitude in the emergency room. They accept selectively, then acquaintances, then employees. Then it makes sense for a simple person to arrive at 9.00 , when you will be decorated if by 12.00 it will be wonderful.

A post for those who are desperate!!! Girls, even if you are not taken for IVF for any reason...., do not despair, there is a good doctor in our country, even the best doctor is Safina Madina Raufovna!!! I often pray for her, if it wasn't for her professional help... I wouldn't be a mom! There was ovarian endometriosis (both were damaged), treatment was not even prescribed, because the size of the cysts was such that it was late (((, they had an operation, almost a year passed, they told me in my antenatal clinic "only IVF", I came to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs "the reproductologist generally scolded" why did she not come immediately after the operation, and I waited almost a year....after the operation, it turned out that I had almost no follicle left for fertilization (min.it takes 15 for IVF, I have 0.22 after surgery), I was completely desperate, I started looking at what documents are needed in our country for adoption ....., I decided to go to Madina Raufovna, the treatment she prescribed brought a positive result ........ Few people know what I am pregnant, but those close to me who know cried when they found out, because they knew that my husband and I had to go through a miscarriage, and my husband did not have very good tests..... BUT if it weren't for Madina Raufovna, who treats her patients with understanding and sincere kindness, I do not know if I was pregnant now?!
The doctors are all very nervous, it was two weeks, except for the nurse (an adult Armenian like)there are no adequate people. Thank you very much, unfortunately I do not remember the full name, but the security is a wild horror!!! They endlessly insult visitors , they are always dissatisfied
I live opposite and have heard only positive reviews about this hospital from my daughter and daughter-in-law. Experienced, competent specialists in their field work here.
Good doctors and nurses. Although there are exceptions. Order. The food is very good. In general, it is better here than in the 1st hospital. There's some kind of trash there.
I have heard complaints about the presence of a video camera in the emergency room, patients are not warned about its presence. For what purpose is she there?
