I came with an infant with rotovirus, lay for 3 days, my child's condition worsened. And they told me that it was better for me to take the child and go to Sochi, they would help us there, but here they do not know what to do, and his condition is alarming. As a result, I brought my baby to the infectious diseases department of Sochi and the child's condition was bad! The doctor said he didn't like the child at all. The doctor in Abkhazia was kind to us, but prescribed horse doses of medicines, as we later found out. We were just launched, precious time was lost! Neither children nor parents are fed. Many nurses are rude. The bed linen for the departed patient is not changed. So it remains to lie down until the next one, just tin. The stay is paid for 2600 days. You buy all the medicines yourself. I'm still treating my baby. Moms, if your child is sick, do not waste precious time and health, it's better to go to Sochi right away.
And another nurse told me that my child is not recovering because I walk with a sour face, I can't force food into him, and in general it's not allowed and the children will sit on my neck.
🤦♀️
They treated a child with toothache. They could not help us, because there was no electricity throughout Abkhazia that day and the doctor did not come to work. But they promised that the child would be examined if we wait for the doctor. They didn't wait. We stopped at a couple of paid clinics and were told everywhere that children's teeth are treated only in the city hospital. Private traders do not undertake, as it is a very nervous business to treat children's teeth... we were lucky and the toothache went away, they were cured already in Russia 🙏
Oh ...... intestinal doctors are just pros, a great practice because it's just teeming with it, our child is no exception ((((
Condition .....there are none
3 stars because of the doctors
If you arrived with a temperature below 40, then do not wait, no one will miss you. Also, be prepared for the fact that money will be charged for every piece of paper, for every injection. First, you will buy with your money what to inject, syringes, drip systems and ID, and then you will also pay for having it done to you. But it didn't help me. If you are from Russia, do not waste money, go straight to Sochi!
The first time I needed medical help in Abkhazia, we are resting for the third year in a row - my son got a leg injury in a hotel. We turned to the insurance company, sent them to the clinic to the traumatologist on their own and be sure to say that the insurance. To which the doctor said that help would be provided. For free!!!! Listened, sent to the picture and back. The leg was repaired, treatment was prescribed. I would like to thank the traumatologist Shulumb Said Garevna - a young girl, a nurse working with her and a woman who works at the registry, helped to find out the name of the doctor))). Unfortunately, there are no nameplates. Attentive professionals. We were afraid we would encounter a huge number of patients with rotovirus. No, the clinic is empty. They probably cope as we do ourselves - we get sick every time we arrive. Of course, the clinic needs repair. But this is for the health care of Abkhazia - to put in order and provide everything necessary. I don't know if it's worth buying insurance now, there's no point. They called a couple of times and disappeared. Thanks again.
Listen, what kind of repairs are we talking about? This is Abkhazia! Savok!
What's the main thing?
1. Accepted relatively quickly on a weekday at 10.30 am
2. They put an IV on!!! Attention!!! It's magical! The child did not make a sound at 4.5 years old, moreover, he was left alone with his nurse , who lured him as best she could (in Moscow, he screams like a demon) . For me, this is basic !!
Everything!
What else do you need? They dug it out , prescribed treatment , released it ! We thanked you additionally at our request!
Excellent staff in the children's department (6th floor). Qualified, attentive and friendly. Got caught with a child on vacation. They helped a lot and we remember them with gratitude.
Horror!!!Got with a child with poisoning, sent for medicines to the pharmacy, they have nothing. We paid 1000rubles to the doctor and 500rubles to the nurse, and waited another 4 hours for the doctor to come and write further treatment.Until she started swearing, they didn't remember about us
The first thing you will see when you come to the hospital is an abandoned checkpoint with garbage inside... There is no pharmacy in the polyclinic and hospital!!! Inside, either repairs, or ruin. One can only sympathize with doctors and patients.
The situation is dilapidated, but at the same time they manage to heal.
They have a pediatrician working around the clock. We arrived at 7 a.m. and were second in line.
The children's department is located on the 6th floor. A therapist's appointment costs 500 rubles, a blood test costs 300 rubles
Most of the patients in August are patients with complications of rotovirus. Since there are 1-2 every day. Once the lights go out in Gagra, then getting stuck in an elevator with a patient with an exacerbation of rotovirus is not the best pastime.
There are almost no medicines on site, if you are lucky enough to get in the interval of 9-20 hours, then a booth with a pharmacy will work between the clinic and the hospital. If it's at another time, then you're out of luck.
I would like to put 1, but God heard us at the time and gave reason to these people. We arrived with an acute intestine, and as a result, after a bunch of all sorts of ivs that they prescribe to everyone in a row, we got worse and worse. It's hard for me to call it all medicine, I'm afraid to imagine how people survive in this country. Once in the hospital, of course, the blood was not taken from us, no dynamite can be traced. The next day, after the child started vomiting blood, they did a blood test... Well, their maximum is hemoglobin, not expanded. I begged to be in Russia. After 10 hours of persuasion to give us an ambulance at our own expense, they still gave it to us. And here, of course, 3 stars. Thank you for providing an ambulance with the right staff, because everything was fine in the ambulance - the driver drove all the way, the pediatrician was very kind, and there was also one man. Thanks a lot to them.
We got there on 13.08 with vomiting and panos, the child is 1 year and 10 months old, the girls, the nurses and the doctor did well, they quickly accepted, dug the child, although he did not have a wreath, they found everything, without any red tape, there are few such medical workers. Thanks to them 👍🌷
It was terrible, we arrived with a child in a semi-fainting state, I started the treatment myself. After contacting the emergency room, they refused to help. They said go to the clinic, they sat in the clinic for another 2 hours before the doctor's appointment. But we got to a good doctor, the head of the department, she consulted, sent us for an ultrasound. As a result, I was doing the right treatment. But the sediment remained terrible.
We visited a pediatric dentist. The doctor is attentive, everything is very neat, clean, on the level! My teeth were treated. It's not free, of course, but the prices are adequate! The drugs are modern! We liked it! Volgin's doctor. If I remember the last name exactly. Thanks to her!
When I got there, it felt like I was in the time of Professor Preobrozhensky from the movie "The Dog's Heart" and with that, repairs had not been done there since the same time, since 1917!
It is necessary to make repairs, few experienced doctors, almost zero, quite a few, for this everyone goes to Russia for help, by the way, hospitals also need repairs!!!
I was glad that they did not refuse admission, even though we are from another country, the concept is like honey.there is no insurance policy in Abkhazia, medicine is paid.
