The old building. Insufficient funds are allocated for maintenance, as can be seen from the repairs. More precisely, their absence. They patch up where things are broken with improvised means, as they can. For a good building, even a cap repair will not hurt. Toilets are scary and there are very few of them, and there are a lot of different patients. In the queues to the therapists, everyone climbs as best they can without taking into account the issued coupons. Which creates scandals and outrage among people with coupons forced to spend time and nerves on disassembly. The medical staff does not react to this in any way, although surgeons and other specialists receive strictly on coupons. Which creates order and respect for such specialists. In general, doctors work as best they can in such conditions, and the situation is not conducive to the mood of both employees of the clinic and visitors. It's kind of an impression. It is better to visit this institution as little as possible if possible. Well, if the need arises, then patience and recovery.
A stupid polyclinic, in general, like everything in principle in our city and probably in Belarus.
Of course, there are normal people, but their minority, the non-Russian therapist generally acts strictly according to the instructions, or it is unclear on what principles, does not understand anything, humanly asking one thing does another. I can say only good things about the main one at the clinic so far (there was 1 meeting), but the head or deputy I don't know how to do it right (Savchenko) is generally stupid, always busy with unclear things.
A disgusting polyclinic, who only works here, you come to the registry, they can't write your last name properly, I come to the neurologist, in the 58th OFFICE, they ask if there are seizures and injuries, I say "there are and there were injuries", as a result, she wrote that I don't complain about injuries and seizures, HOW CAN I TREAT PEOPLE, IT'S DISGUSTING, I come to the therapist to open A sick leave, and they tell me WE WON'T GIVE YOU A SICK LEAVE, BUT WE'LL GIVE YOU A CERTIFICATE THAT YOU WERE AT THE RECEPTION, BECAUSE WHILE YOU WERE SITTING HERE, YOU DIDN'T COUGH, BUT WITH A FEVER, TAKE A PILL AND EVERYTHING WILL PASS.
DEAR DOCTORS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING, PUT YOURSELF IN THE PLACE OF PATIENTS, HOW WOULD YOU BEHAVE IN SUCH A SITUATION? AND? WHEN THEY WOULD HAVE COME FOR HELP AND THEY WOULD HAVE ANSWERED YOU WITH SOMETHING LIKE "DON'T MAKE IT UP", THEY WILL DIE UNDER YOUR DOORS, BUT YOU WON'T JUMP.
I'VE BEEN SERVING IN THIS POLYCLINIC FOR 3 YEARS, AND IT 'S JUST ALL BOILED OVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was at an appointment with the ENT doctor Vorobyova today. The reception lasted 3 minutes. Moreover, during this time she managed to have a short conversation on the phone (although she apologized), write out a prescription (after my indignation), check
her hearing and blow her ears with the words okay, let's go blow it))). I went to the doctor after visiting the ENT doctor in the diagnostic room. Where bilateral eustachiitis was diagnosed. Recommendations are given to contact a polyclinic for blowing the auditory tubes. Dr. Vorobyova did not really explain anything during the purging, she did not really close her nose and held it twice by pressing the pear and saying, you see, there is no sense))) Then she decided that it was a vascular problem and prescribed medication for cerebral circulation. But that's all after my outrage! She said souh is fine, so it's not her problem. I explained that the unpleasant sensations in the form of congestion in the ears arose after the flight and have not passed for a week and a half. I want to summarize: a purely formal reception like get off and don't touch me (by the way, there was no queue either, although I took the ticket for 4 days). What kind of problem came with that and left. I'll probably go to the ENT center for blowing the auditory tubes. The question is, why do we need doctors who don't want to help patients at all??? The soldier is sleeping - the service is on and the salary is dripping!!!! I hope the review will be read by Dr. Vorobyova herself and the higher management. And I forgot to mention that the Doctor in the clinic inserted a tube into each ear literally for a second and notice there is no lamp, i.e. the lamp on the ceiling was turned on in the office and gave a dim light. Now think about whether she could see something in her ear)))) They looked at the diagnostic room for a long time, turned it from all sides with the lamp on and a special lantern. They said that the membranes were retracted after the flight. And here in the clinic there is a psychic doctor Vorobyova)))) ((
Excellent specialists, especially the traumatologist, I express my great gratitude to him for his attentive approach to treatment and humanity, which is very lacking in our time Polite and friendly staff. The waiting time is minimal.
The administration's work is disgusting, if it is conducted at all.
Even the standard procedures are puzzling. Try, for example, to get an extract from an outpatient card! A very cool challenge, you can make a movie. At the same time, there are questionnaires at the reception desk on the topic of suggestions for improving the work of the polyclinic. I have an offer for the head doctor! Dear Head, leave the office, join the general queue at the registry and try to get an extract from the outpatient card. Save a lot of paper on questionnaires - the suggestions will become obvious. And if they don't, then you are out of place and this survey is nothing.
And so. There are 15 people at the reception +/- 20 minutes of waiting. An extract? Yeah, now! A ticket to the therapist. There are no coupons for today. For tomorrow? In the morning from 8 to 12. Fuck me in the morning, I work until 17-00. Etc.
You may see a therapist in three days. Why is it possible? Because by taking the coupon, you will find out that the therapist works alone at several sites and there are 50 people per shift at the reception. What do you think? Not counting thugs, strays and ambulances. And all you need is an extract? Not to an appointment, not to be treated and not to get married!!! Hand over the card and the nurse will mark that an extract is needed and tell you how many days to come. Well, it's okay, there are only 20 people in front of you...
it's a pity for doctors and young specialists. I feel sorry for people and patients. Not everyone will be able to get through this mess. I don't understand what the management of this institution is doing. It is better not to get sick and not to get into such places. And what's next is only worse..
For such institutions, a score of zero is needed, I called to clarify how to get my child who is studying with them on a temporary residence permit, the phone service is simply deplorable, the receptionist asked questions interrupting until another person answered the phone.
The feeling that strangers have access to the reception desk.
It's easier to apply for a fee, it's more expensive to get involved with such a sharashka.
I would like to express my great gratitude to O.V. Baranovsky
, who said that I had a boil, but did NOTHING, but only referred me to an ophthalmologist. In turn, the ophthalmologist did nothing either. I had to go to a paid clinic, where, Oh, a MIRACLE... the SURGEON made an incision for me.
It's a terrible place. It is very difficult to get through to the reception. The queue is either alive or on coupons. Some staff allow themselves to be careless with the visitor. Sometimes you sit for hours at the therapist and wait for all the grannies to pass out of turn. Very often, there is even a kilometer-long queue at the reception. Because 1 of the 4 windows is working.
I would like to thank the doctor Anastasia Sergeevna Tishalovich for her sensitive, attentive, highly professional attitude and competent treatment. Just a great job! Low bow! Good luck, grateful patients and good health to you, Anastasia Sergeevna.
A good polyclinic: good location, transport ratio, but not always polite staff and a large flow of patients every day (very heavy workload of the polyclinic)
I live nearby, very convenient. But, then there is no therapist, then they will lose the card, then they will mix up the diagnoses. In the registry office, in general, "the state is in the state! 'This is just a personal experience, maybe in general not everything is so bad
Of course, the polyclinic also wants the best!!!! It was sent so quickly and for a long time from the 11th office ....., but I just came to pass a commission for working with children in the summer!!!
In short, go there I don't know where .....
P.S. Why can't you do everything in one place at once, what would you do in a day and forget These 10 circles of Hell are like a terrible dream!!!!!
Of course, this does not apply to everyone, but most doctors simply serve their time, not trying to solve the problem, but chasing patients from office to office.
A friend died while waiting in line for a therapist. In general, it's fine, but I feel a little sorry for my friend. If you want to lose a lot of free time and your life, come here!
This is the second review, there are simply not enough words to describe this unprofessionalism on the part of the employees of this institution. They lost the tests, and not only mine, it was as if it was normal for them that they were not there. It's cool to drive people back and forth, which is why there are such long queues that you can't cope the first time... The funniest thing turned out that the registry did not even know what the stamp on the certificate should look like, the head had to go downstairs to show them.
How long will this outrage last?! I'll probably have to contact the Regional Health Department. Today, on May 12, my husband was sent from the military enlistment office.as a reserve officer.for a medical examination .or rather, to be examined by a neurologist. At the reception , he was directed to the office .saying that he would be accepted there without a ticket. After standing in line for an hour and a half and finally entering the office. The doctor didn't even listen to him.and she kicked me out of the office .Like an errand boy ! She demanded a ticket....What kind of job is this.? As if it was his fault.that your registrars are incompetent...I will write a complaint...And I 'll get to the president ! They made a mess....The head called.a polyclinic...No one answered...
I don't like this clinic. Queues, it is impossible to get to the right specialists. The competence of some doctors is questionable.

Some polyclinic doctors "went to Berlin." It would be nice to use your experience in treating people. No, they can't hear or see the patient anymore. The necessary examination is not prescribed. One of these doctors signed a certificate for me to work, that everything was fine. She should have had a mammogram based on her age. It's good that I passed the examination myself for a fee and I was diagnosed with cancer. I'm being treated now. And that's why such doctors?
An ordinary polyclinic that lacks fresh repairs and more modern equipment. During the period of illness, I had to deal with as many as 5 therapists (because of everyone's sick leave). The specialists are all young, but promising that our future is in safe hands. And despite the difficult epidemiological situation in the country and the large flow of patients, these young specialists are really trying to help you.
But their leadership, represented by Rizo Tatyana Ivanovna (head of the general practice department), in my opinion, allows itself a lot of excess. Such a hub cannot lead people, much less in a medical facility where people seek help. Yes, and greetings from 80% of patients who, instead of the treatment prescribed by the therapist, apply a sick list to their forehead to heal.
What can I say about this institution? There has definitely been no district therapist for at least 3 years. They are scattered on other sites. From May to the current August, they cannot cure and identify the cause of the disease. They were treated with antibiotics so they ended up in an infectious disease hospital with another disease. And then to the regional hospital and again to the infectious diseases hospital. And now they are closing the hospital and sending them to the infectious diseases clinic again. Although there are no infections. They are unable to view statements from other hospitals and do not comply with any treatment for them. The tests are so bad that they just take and close the sick leave. For a moment, hemoglobin dropped from 150 to 87. ENT is unable to distinguish one rhinitis from another. In general, everything is bad in it
Visiting a polyclinic always starts with the reception desk, it's terrible. maintenance and repair of the 80s, a specialist therapist for all diseases and that is not your area, the lack of narrow specialists.
I want to tell you what an absurdity happened to me in this place.
I needed to replace my driver's license (upon expiration).
I decided to undergo a medical examination at the place of registration . She passed all the doctors except the neurologist, ANASTASIA IVANOVNA KOTIKOVA.
The doctor did not perform an examination, only looking into the honey.a card that was practically new (there are almost no studies and doctor visits in it, because the card was lost through no fault of mine) . The card contained requests for passing this medical examination several times.
The doctor said that she would not make a conclusion, because there were no appeals and observations from a neurologist.
So I have a question that I asked the doctors and the head of the department: since when should we be seen by a neurologist if nothing bothers us? I am 33 years old and I feel healthy.
So the absurdity is that the neurologist said: that I can 't pass a medical examination without an incephalogram . And the address where to undergo this study was specifically given .
Apparently there are agreements .. INNA VASILYEVNA , the head of SAVCHENKO , could not document that I was obliged to undergo a study
An appointment with doctors for a long time . They say
I am serviced here, of course, a lot needs to be brought to mind, the equipment needs to be updated. As for the shortage of doctors, this is generally a problem, there has been no district doctor at the second precinct for a long time, young people have changed like gloves, and now there is none at all.
It's creepy, not a clinic. You order a coupon a week in advance for a certain time, you arrive at this time, and then you sit for hours, because "someone just needs to ask, someone has a coupon without time, so they think they can go at any time, a doctor constantly running around other offices." Then why order a ticket by the time if it's still an empty piece of paper?
The nightmarish attitude towards people from the administration, all patients are dumped to one doctor without taking into account the norm of time per person. I feel sorry for both doctors and patients.
So I wish good health to all those served in this institution.
Well, what can we say about our clinics, the registry - the window is open, the queue is a kilometer! I can't get through, the receptionists are rude!!!!!!!
Nothing new in the field of medicine.
You can take a ticket to the doctor for tests, but you can get there only after half a month, or even later. There is a large queue almost constantly at the registrar.
I came to visit from Minsk and did an underwater massage and a Charcot shower from 08/22/2012 to 08/26/2012 the first shift, very friendly and pleasant staff, both a nurse and a nurse (unfortunately I did not ask the name)
This is the best underwater massage I've ever had. The nurse even called to warn that the water was turned off, and then suggested another time when the water appeared. Previously, many years ago, it was served in this clinic, an ordinary state polyclinic with its own + and -
I am a member of this clinic at the place of residence. The queue is constantly at the reception.Fluorography is now open until 17.00 (and who came up with this???Why are there still no coupons for tests?! Visits are lost..I prefer not to contact this institution at all.
Poor therapists. There are very few of them, but there are a lot of them. They work hard. There are good specialists, and there are bad ones. I went to the traumatologist. Two times, I got to different ones. One elderly man, so he doesn't care at all, doesn't even listen, just deigned to put a tick on a piece of paper in a square opposite the ointment that the dealer advised him to recommend. The second time I hit her young man, he twisted my arm for half an hour and found that it was a ligament tear. It is a pity that there are few good specialists. Everyone goes to private clinics. I don't say anything about Laura at all, I prescribed drops for my friend's ear, said that everything was fine, they immediately put him in the hospital somewhere else, a little more and pus would have gone to the brain. LOR is an ancient grandfather there, who is retiring..
A classic polyclinic, the queues are long, but this is not surprising. The reception desk is an eternal mess with cards. There are good specialists, but there are not many of them
Wishes For The Best! How can doctors work in the suburbs in 2 shifts when everyone from the village (village) mostly goes in the morning! There are destinations where the last flight from the city is at 17:00! There are no online coupons, call the Reception! They work disgusting! To pass a professional examination in only 3 days, and they pay for one! Everything is done against people! and the walls are painted in a sickly color while waiting for the doctor, you feel a deterioration in well-being and an increase in blood pressure!
The standard polyclinic on Tereshkova. Convenient location near the bus stop. There is a pharmacy inside. As in any polyclinic, there are doctors, both good and bad.
Careless attitude towards patients. The neurologist works from 14.00 to 15.00.You come at 14.00, you take a queue for an hour, 3 people remain on their feet and at 15.00 you are sent far away. And this is the issue for which I paid the money. Nightmare. Where are we going?
A visit to this institution is somewhat reminiscent of the Fort Boyard television program. You run around the offices, sit in queues for hours, swear with those who only ask, find out the relationship with those who are on a first-come, first-served basis and those whom the therapist brought....in short, a nervous breakdown, overwork and a bad mood are guaranteed. In defense, we can only say that there are really good specialists (if not all of them), not like in other clinics.
I made an appointment with a therapist, waited a week for a coupon with time. 06.10.2022 Shalafan came to the reception, a coupon for 19.48, it was necessary to conclude a therapist to receive a narrow specialist. First, they didn't find the card. Secondly, having come half an hour before the appointment, the doctor knew that I needed to take some time, they invited me to the reception at 19.55, they did not listen, they just PUT me OUT THE DOOR. Go for the tests, go for the coupons. We'll talk next time. I went down to the reception, the lights are off, no one is there. Exactly 20.00. As a result, my appointment with another doctor was disrupted. Before making an appointment with a therapist at the registry, I clarified about the ECG, they said the therapist directs. The therapist hears for the first time, all coupons are given by the registry. In addition, I would like to note the following, there were patients on sick leave in the queue, a nurse came out, asked who to close the sick leave, just collected the sheets and took them out after a while. That is, the patient decides for himself whether he has recovered or not and a specialist examination is not required??? Before that, I had not applied to the clinic for about five years, and of course the impressions are the saddest.
Horror. Horror. Bring Back The Doctors. you have a reddish throat, but 9 days of sick leave is a lot. Go die at work. They don't take tests anymore. All the circles of hell. It's obvious that a generation has come with purchased diplomas.
I really like the new young therapists, they are smart, literate, friendly, it's a pity it's hard to get to a neurologist, but in general everything is fine
Quality service. You can take a ticket on the Internet. It's convenient. In the pre-hospital they immediately took a cardiogram, which is very convenient.
I called and ordered a ticket to the therapist, as a result, on the day of the reception, when I went to pick up the ticket, they said that they did not record me anywhere…
If you want to waste your time uselessly, then you are here, I passed a medical commission , all doctors are still tolerable , but if you want to get a conclusion, you will have an office 9 written, where they accept from 9-11 , then they will tell you that the conclusion is in another office, in order to make a conclusion, you had to pay in advance, where no one will tell you, you have to guess for yourself, then after payment you sit in line , after that you may be able to do it, or maybe not .
I'm going through the second day of a professional examination for work. She is a doctor herself, but the organization of the event is disgusting, and it is unrealistic to get to the neurologist's office for the second day, despite the fact that the queue took place at 13:00, and the professional examination at 14:00.There were about 20 people gathered, yesterday's who did not have time to get to this time, c14-15 and today's, and the doctor apparently is in no hurry. He spends 10-15 minutes per person, i.e. 8-10 people per hour.
An ordinary ordinary polyclinic. There are always queues for ordinary specialists, even though they give out coupons. There are few parking spaces. The sauna broke down, but it's a pity
I could hardly wait, all the operators are busy. And I started calling at 08:01 a.m. I called the registrar from my mobile phone, I was 15 in line, I decided to wait for about 20 minutes somewhere.. In order for me to be answered in a box
- hello poleklinika
Me: hello, can I make an appointment with Shalafan for today?
- And what do you have?
Me: take a sick
leave - with a passport, reverse for half a clinic
That's it? That's it.
