I am a student, I am 20 years old.
On 30.09.2024, she went to the emergency room with acute back pain. First, they sent me to the doctor on duty in room 116, as a result, the nurse checked the policy and said that I could NOT apply here, having a place of residence in Moscow, having a Moscow policy and everything attached: either go to a paid one, or at the place of residence.
That is, with acute pain, I had to drive 50 km.
