I had an appointment with a neurologist. It felt like the nurse was more important than the doctor (both girls are young) But it seems that the nurse makes the decision After bypassing the doctors and taking a picture (I have a problem with both feet), she was sitting in the hallway with the pictures waiting for an appointment with a doctor.A nurse came out, said that she had previously worked as a surgeon, checked the pictures for light, in front of visitors, and determined the diagnosis.(the initial stage of a heel spur), and I have been suffering from pain for the third month. The advice was unique, I suggested watching YouTube and learning how to massage (although at the reception I said that I was doing massage and everything possible)To which she said that she wouldn't give me sick leave anyway (even though I didn't need it). Then she suggested going to the FORESAIL .There's nothing else she can do or offer me. In the hallway, I didn't immediately understand what happened, but at home I began to realize all her advice. And I realized that I had to talk to the doctor. It was also not pleasant that at the initial appointment she constantly ate something, handing the food to the doctor (it was obvious that the doctor was embarrassed in front of me) I have no complaints about the doctor .A young girl, a good specialist, I go to the clinic very rarely, when I myself am unable to do something, It's a shame that I came for help, but I was offered to watch YouTube and help myself, Nothing changes, I will look for more experienced specialists, and more responsible
I took a ticket to the doctor in advance. It didn't matter to whom, Panfilova fell out. She may be good as a doctor, but she didn't have time to get to know each other, so she waited for half an hour under the closed door of the office without information: where is the doctor? It's more like questions to the clinic, why no one warned through a buy ticket or just going out into the corridor that there was a force majeure, there was no doctor. I managed to get redirected to another specialist only after asking for a complaint book. The rest of the doctors passed quickly and without delay. But these half hours that have fallen out of a life of empty and useless waiting…
"Potemkin" medicine - it doesn't matter what your problem is, it's important to check the box "done".
The 11th nursery was temporarily moved here: the vaccination room next to the X-ray (where both children and adults go with legs and lungs), the pediatrician conducts an examination of healthy (before Mantoux) and sick children together, the queue is a mess - the usual, beneficiaries, the disabled - all in a heap... The doctors and the deputy chief physician only pretend to be sympathetic, but they are not going to do anything.
The result is that 3 days after the visit, my wife, daughter (4 months) and son (9 months) came down with the flu. "Thank you" for the services... The quality is zero. We won't go into this mess anymore.
Traumatology, are you crazy???
The Children's department, there are not enough benches, toddlers and teenagers are forced to be placed on the floor. Yesterday we arrived at the beginning of the reception, a huge number of people were already sitting. We served 3.5 hours to get a referral for an X-ray (specifically, we had a repeat examination). The inspection itself lasted 3 seconds, during which the plaster was removed and sent to the 7th floor. On the 7th floor, a specialist came to us and informed us that the device was not working and it was not known when it would be repaired. After hobbling to the traumatologist's office (the queue did not get any smaller, by the way), we were packed in plaster again, and sent to another clinic, specifying that we should remove the plaster ourselves before the X-ray and then put it back on ourselves, since it is forbidden to remove plaster without indications!!!
The question is why do we need such medicine if everything is needed in the end do it yourself?!
It is a pity for the wasted nerves and time of parents, it is very sad to see how children, instead of quality treatment, are forced to marinate for 4 hours in queues in disgusting conditions.
Excellent service! The polyclinic copes with a heavy workload with "Hooray!" Considering that there is a whole neighborhood of attached children and a children's polyclinic is currently visiting. Hold on, dear ones, it will soon become easier when all the "guests" leave for their clinics. I'm sorry to part with you!
Terrible clinic! What have you done, with your coupons, on the ground floor, now it's some kind of madhouse, the queues are terrible! Return it as it was! I couldn't get through to the help desk, the phone was off and I couldn't get through, I took the trouble to come to the clinic after unsuccessful calls and the phone was off!!!!! What is going on, or should I contact other authorities about this! Take action!
A good clinic! Thanks to the therapist Panfilova Yu.P
. I was at the reception today, everything was clear and fast. It was Yulia Petrovna's first time, I got the impression that this is a Doctor who will always help!
I also took tests at this clinic, doctors are trying to help everyone and do everything in time and they succeed! Individual approach to each patient!
Repairs are needed, there are few staff, I would like more. The doctors are competent, the queues are long. It's hard to get through, but you can. There is a convenient electronic service for receiving coupons.
Attentive staff, there are specialists in almost any field, if there are not enough specialists in the clinic itself, then in the near future they will issue a coupon to the institution where they are available.
Due to the closure of the 11th floor for repairs, you will have to spend the whole day in queues. And this is not a joke.
The work of the X-ray room is especially "pleasing".almost 3 hours in the hospital with suspected pneumonia.I would like to wish such "wonderful" specialists-.....Nothing.
It's terrible!!!
The clinic is TOP, in the red zone, patients with fever are admitted once an hour, which I think is a good indicator, but what if we sit on a salary and keep one person for an hour, and the shift will close quickly and there is no need to work :)
Due to the repair of the 11th polyclinic, the reception for the 11th and 19th sections was postponed to the 28th. There are a lot of people to the trauma surgeon. Children spend 2-3 hours in queues. There are THREE queues to defend. to the reception, to the picture, then back to the reception with the picture! 30-50 minutes each. At the same time, the doctors leading the reception delay the time before the break and manage to surf the Internet right during the reception! Maybe, in connection with the merger of the two sites, the reception should be expanded somehow?
Gynecologist Margarita Vladimirovna Shumskaya should not work as a doctor at all. It lacks human understanding. She keeps talking like a dog. He does not make concessions. And he does everything to spite the patients. I was very unhappy with her, both as a doctor and as a person in general.
I was there recently, the doctor was polite, she told me everything and explained, in one day both the picture and the solution to the problem. I am satisfied.
The queue for a toaviatologist and a rengent is a separate art form... The traumatologist is on the ground floor, the rengent is on the 7th... God forbid you break something and you will become a participant in this quest for at least 4 hours. 2 elevators that work every other time and, if 5 people have entered, simply refuse to work. In general, there is something to strive for - optimization at least.
This is not a clinic, but just a mockery of people. Standing outside the door of the office for several hours for a simple unsubscription of a non-doctor...Unfortunately, it's very common there.
The phone doesn't work all day. It's busy, that's all. There is not even the expectation of the old "you.... In the queue, wait" there are just beeps, it is impossible to get through
I want to leave a review to the obstetrician-gynecologist, Daria Andreevna Salova is an incredibly pleasant specialist. It is important for every girl/woman to come to the reception in a good atmosphere. I've never met a better gynecologist!
I want to express my gratitude to the surgeon of the 28th polyclinic!
A woman of about 50 years old, dark hair (unfortunately I do not know her full name)
I came with pain on my thumb, thinking with confidence that pus had accumulated there
But as a qualified surgeon, she dispelled my guesses
I had - INFLAMMATION WITHOUT PUS 100000000%!
And of course, the next day, my inflammation began to BREAK OUT, and pus began to stand out from there
And I thought, "inflammation?"
No!
It turns out that I'm kind of a surgeon too?
Who realized that he had pus
Isn't there a qualified doctor?
Great job, keep it up!
An ordinary good clinic. There have never been any serious problems, except for waiting lists for a therapist, but this is a common thing in the season. Very nice and polite women work in the help.
I was at a doctor's appointment with Daria Andreevna Salova. I was completely delighted. A qualified, calm and confident doctor. The doctor conducted a thorough examination, answered all your questions and gave clear recommendations!
A dubious institution, came to donate blood from a finger, accepts 1 person, but an active woman where there is no queue, agitates to donate from a Vein, 3 people are accepted there, but there is no queue, and we will take a general analysis from a vein, she says! So is it possible to add 4 people to the team and not collect the queue, and already take the general blood and all the rest from the vein and everything, there is no fence from the finger!!!!!
The specialists are wonderful, they know their job, but not all the specialists are there. The staff is responsible. The attitude of doctors towards the client is like that, not all doctors can pretend to be an innocent and not indifferent person all day long. The waiting time is average, but it depends on which day and which doctor, because I can't say for sure.
There have never been any problems in this clinic. Very nice doctors serve in my area. It's just a pity that now the children's clinic has also been opened.. There are too many people.
Disgusting, about zero, 3 hours in line to get to the therapist. Only one office is open, but there are a lot of staff- doctors from office to office, but everyone has run out of appointment time. Do you think this is normal? In 30 minutes, 2 people, disgusting, I will complain above
A good clinic. The doctors are competent, they take care of the person.

Due to the repair of 11 polyclinics, they were redirected here. The clinic itself is not bad, the renovation is very beautiful, the staff is friendly. But, it is as difficult as possible to navigate for those who are here for the first time
The fact that the facade was updated and the corridors were repaired is good. And try to unload this polyclinic - four microdistricts serve. Invite the admin. May Day district, let them try to get to the reception like everyone else. Maybe they'll start thinking about how to build new neighborhoods.
After the relocation of the children's polyclinic, the queues for pediatricians feel like they have become smaller

It's just a tin can. Elevators are constantly running badly, and the chief medical officer is generally a terrible woman. Pokes visitors, is rude, does not know how to communicate correctly. She suggested that I walk up the stairs with my ligaments torn. This is the first time I've seen such a person. Apparently, then there's a mess in the clinic. There are not enough doctors. The queues for the traumatologist are hellish
There are few positive emotions from visiting this institution, I go to the department of traumatology on a regular basis due to a medical error of six years long, the last trip killed some desire to see a doctor, in particular, to pass the commission of the VCC (after you can safely drink a sedative not only to the patient, but also to the doctor who risked opening the sick list) where they tell you that the pain is already chronic, it is easier for yourself to prescribe pain relieving drugs that are freely available at the pharmacy.
There is no access to the doctors themselves in traumatology and surgery.
The staff at the reception work clearly, they have all 5 stars.
I opened the hospital once, the queues are tin, of course, but it's everywhere, and I turned to the head of the residential complex. Yakhnovets I.K. is an excellent doctor, I took a coupon on a paid basis, everything went smoothly and, most importantly, without unpleasant sensations)
It's like 30 years ago. Queues, coupons. Doctors work slowly. Half of the specialists are on vacation in the summer. There are not enough narrow specialists!
