Due to the repair of the 11th polyclinic, the reception for the 11th and 19th sections was postponed to the 28th. There are a lot of people to the trauma surgeon. Children spend 2-3 hours in queues. There are THREE queues to defend. to the reception, to the picture, then back to the reception with the picture! 30-50 minutes each. At the same time, the doctors leading the reception delay the time before the break and manage to surf the Internet right during the reception! Maybe, in connection with the merger of the two sites, the reception should be expanded somehow?

The Children's department, there are not enough benches, toddlers and teenagers are forced to be placed on the floor. Yesterday we arrived at the beginning of the reception, a huge number of people were already sitting. We served 3.5 hours to get a referral for an X-ray (specifically, we had a repeat examination). The inspection itself lasted 3 seconds, during which the plaster was removed and sent to the 7th floor. On the 7th floor, a specialist came to us and informed us that the device was not working and it was not known when it would be repaired. After hobbling to the traumatologist's office (the queue did not get any smaller, by the way), we were packed in plaster again, and sent to another clinic, specifying that we should remove the plaster ourselves before the X-ray and then put it back on ourselves, since it is forbidden to remove plaster without indications!!!
The question is why do we need such medicine if everything is needed in the end do it yourself?!
It is a pity for the wasted nerves and time of parents, it is very sad to see how children, instead of quality treatment, are forced to marinate for 4 hours in queues in disgusting conditions.
The queue for a toaviatologist and a rengent is a separate art form... The traumatologist is on the ground floor, the rengent is on the 7th... God forbid you break something and you will become a participant in this quest for at least 4 hours. 2 elevators that work every other time and, if 5 people have entered, simply refuse to work. In general, there is something to strive for - optimization at least.
Terrible clinic! What have you done, with your coupons, on the ground floor, now it's some kind of madhouse, the queues are terrible! Return it as it was! I couldn't get through to the help desk, the phone was off and I couldn't get through, I took the trouble to come to the clinic after unsuccessful calls and the phone was off!!!!! There are few positive emotions from visiting this institution, I go to the department of traumatology on a regular basis due to a medical error of six years long, the last trip killed some desire to see a doctor, in particular, to pass the commission of the VCC (after you can safely drink a sedative not only to the patient, but also to the doctor who risked opening the sick list) where they tell you that the pain is already chronic, it is easier for yourself to prescribe pain relieving drugs that are freely available at the pharmacy.
There is no access to the doctors themselves in traumatology and surgery.

Most of the excellent doctors have left.I think it's from the load. Now a New Borovaya, Kopishche, Uruchye has been attached to this polyclinic.., because there is no outpatient clinic of its own. Therefore, it is clear why everyone is running.
If you need to lose a year of your life in one visit, then I recommend it. Long queues to see a therapist and a weak organization in general. I apply when there are no other options.
