My clinic is located at my place of residence. There were problems before. But it's good that now there are young specialists. Now patients are being carefully examined and listened to. The attitude towards patients has improved a lot. Electronic queues have appeared, which has become much better for patients.

Firstly, I sat in line for an appointment for 3 hours (during this time he took 3 people, i.e. an hour is spent per person), secondly, after looking at the records from the pre-medical office in 5 seconds, I concluded that I was absolutely healthy :) She complained of fever (which was at night), headache, weakness, nasal congestion, nausea, cough. But before going to the clinic, I drank antipyretic, so when measuring the temperature in the pre-hospital room it was 36.6, which I told the doctor, to which he gave well, drink on! They just looked at my throat and listened, they didn't ask me anything, or what pills I was drinking or if I was drinking anything at all, there was just no examination as such. Then he threw a piece of paper with my details to the nurse and said that's it, let her go, she has nothing. They didn't prescribe medications either, they said if my throat hurts (well, suddenly it hurts me, then spray it). That's it, guys, if you feel bad, your bones ache, you shake, your nose is stuffy, your head hurts and dizzy, but there is no fever, know that you are all right! And I don't care that ARVI can occur without fever, that your head may hurt and your nose is stuffy from sinusitis, but this nedovrach without tests and quality examinations immediately sees that you are absolutely healthy! God forbid everyone to get to such doctors in principle in life.
I was also offended by the fact that I am from Russia, legally staying and officially working under a contract in the Republic of Belarus, which means that I have the right to medical care at the expense of the budget, since, unfortunately, I pay tax, including for the maintenance of such doctors. And this doctor, as soon as he saw my passport, said "these comrades should only be serviced on a paid basis", it is immediately clear that a person has a vocation to treat people ...). Dear administration of the polyclinic, let your doctors read the laws) Specifically, the legal nuances of the treatment of foreigners in Belarus) Better yet, explain to them that it's none of their business at all.
A normal clinic with a good repair. The help desk and reception staff are very pleasant. We have added doctors' assistants (young specialists). There is a wheelchair in the lobby for the movement of patients. They try to do everything for the convenience of patients.
