One star only for the fact that there is a polyclinic in principle. And thanks for that, as they say. Everything that happens in it is hell on earth. At the reception, everyone is as good as they come, angry and dissatisfied from the very beginning of their working day. They allow themselves to express out loud their dissatisfaction with the fact that "everyone is coming to my window." Writing down on Tuesday, they say "I'll write it down for Wednesday", and it turns out to be Wednesday in two weeks, they don't say the number, everything needs to be pulled out with ticks! The doctors are tired and seem to be working on their last legs. The only place where you can still keep a good mood is a women's consultation, although many people also lack politeness! If the Ministry of Health is interested in reviews on Yandex, pay attention to this clinic, because it is a shame for medical institutions!!!!

There is some kind of lawlessness going on in the clinic. I work 5/2 from 9 to 17:30, my therapist works the same way in this interval, how do I get to her to get a basic certificate? I went to work, for the hours that I was absent, then I need to work outside of working hours or - to the PO. I took a coupon for 11, and as a result, I went into the office only at 12 (the time of admission for sick leave is over, let them take me through one with the one with coupons), I was late for work, etc. for the rest of the day. But the therapist himself, despite the fact that it is necessary to receive people on coupons (I had the first coupon for today), ran away from the office constantly for a long time, just a nightmare!!!

I visited an optometrist for the first time in December. The first impression is good. Spacious entrance hall, elevators and wide corridors. Friendly staff. At the doctor's appointment, the queue moved very quickly.
